Description
Claims (24)
- 対向する第1のシャフト端及び第2のシャフト端に支持されたモータと、
第1の吸気部を含み、前記第1のシャフト端に設けられた第1のインペラーと、
第2の吸気部を含み、前記第2のシャフト端に設けられた第2のインペラーと、
前記モータを支持すると共に、前記第1のインペラーから前記第2のインペラーへの空気の路に沿ってガスをガイドする、前記モータに近接したチャネルを少なくとも部分的に規定するケーシングと
を備え、
前記第2の吸気部は、前記第1のインペラーと前記第2のインペラーとの間に配置され、
前記チャネルは、前記第1のインペラーから前記第2のインペラーへの螺旋形の路によって一部が規定される、送風機。 - 前記ケーシングは、前記第1のシャフト端及び前記第2のシャフト端に沿って伸びる軸に平行な平面に沿って並べられた第1の半部分と第2の半部分とを有し、
前記第1の半部分及び前記第2の半部分は互いに結合されている、請求項1に記載の送風機。 - 前記ケーシングの内側面が、前記チャネルを少なくとも部分的に規定する、請求項1または2に記載の送風機。
- 前記ケーシングの内側面は、前記モータの固定子と隣接して形成され、前記固定子と前記内側面との間に前記チャネルを規定する、請求項3に記載の送風機。
- 前記ケーシングに設けられたダンピング・スリーブを更に備える、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記ダンピング・スリーブは、結合された場合に一部が前記チャネルを規定する分離可能な第1の半部分と第2の半部分とを有する、請求項5に記載の送風機。
- 前記ダンピング・スリーブは、シリコン、フォーム、ラバー、及びポリウレタンのうちの少なくとも1つで形成される、請求項5または6に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1のインペラー及び前記第2のインペラーの各々は、周囲に沿って扇型に形成される、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1のインペラーは、前記ケーシングの第1端と隣接して規定される第1のボリュートの内側で回転するように設けられる、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1端、及び前記モータの固定子の一部は、前記第1のボリュートを規定する、請求項9に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1のインペラーに隣接する第1の端部キャップ、及び前記第2のインペラーに隣接する第2の端部キャップを更に備え、
前記チャネルは、前記第1の端部キャップ及び前記第2の端部キャップの間に規定される、請求項9に記載の送風機。 - 前記第1の端部キャップは、前記第1のインペラーに導く前記第1の吸気部を含む、請求項11に記載の送風機。
- 前記ケーシングは、前記第2のインペラーの接線方向となる路に沿って前記ガスを案内する排気部を有する、請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第2のインペラーは、前記ケーシングの第2端に隣接して規定される第2のボリュートの内側で回転するように設けられる、請求項1から13の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第2のボリュートは、前記モータの固定子に設けられた、形状にあった平面と、前記第2のインペラーに隣接する第2の端部キャップの内側面との間に規定され、
前記形状にあった平面は、前記第2の吸気部を含む、請求項14に記載の送風機。 - 前記ケーシングは、アルミニウムで作られる、請求項1から15の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1のシャフト端及び前記第2のシャフト端は、共通のシャフトの一部として設けられる、請求項1から16の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1のインペラー及び前記第2のインペラーは、共に同じ方向に回転するように設けられる、請求項1から17の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1のインペラー及び前記第2のインペラーは、共通の方向に前記空気を案内するように設けられたブレードを有する、請求項1から17の何れか1項に記載の送風機。
- 請求項1から19の何れか1項に記載の送風機を備えた睡眠疾患の治療のための持続的陽圧/非侵襲的陽圧喚起(CPAP/NIPPV)装置。
- 患者とのインターフェースを更に備えた請求項20に記載のCPAP/NIPPV装置。
- 前記CPAP/NIPPV)装置は、呼吸の周期における吸息相の間における吸息性の陽性の気道圧力(IPAP)を届けるとともに、呼吸の周期における呼息相の間における呼息性の陽性の気道圧力(EPAP)を届けるプリセットである、請求項20に記載のCPAP/NIPPV装置。
- 前記IPAPは、前記EPAPよりも大きい、請求項22に記載のCPAP/NIPPV装置。
- 前記送風機は、前記患者とのインターフェースにおける測定で180L/minまでの流速で4cmH2Oから28cmH2Oまでの範囲の圧力を生成する、請求項21に記載のCPAP/NIPPV装置。
