Abstract

Claims (12)
- 送風機であって、
吸気部及び排気部との間のガス流路と、
モータと、
インペラー・アセンブリとを備え、
前記インペラー・アセンブリは、
第1の軸の周囲を回転運動する前記モータに連絡されたシャフトと、
前記軸に対して動かないように固定された第1及び第2のインペラーと
を含み、
前記第1及び第2のインペラーは、
前記吸気部から前記排気部へと流れるガスを協同して圧縮するために両方のインペラーが前記吸気部及び前記排気部との間に配されるように、前記ガス流路によって互いに流体伝達されるよう配されたこと
を特徴とする送風機。 - 前記第1及び第2のインペラーは、前記吸気部及び前記排気部との間で直列に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 一部が各第1及び第2のインペラーの周囲に配されたハウジングを更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1及び第2のインペラーは、前記ハウジングの、それぞれ反対側の両端に配されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記ハウジングは、第1及び第2のボリュートを含み、前記第1のボリュートは、前記第1のインペラーの周囲に流れるガスを含み、前記第2のボリュートは、前記第2のインペラーの周囲に流れるガスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記吸気部は、前記第1のボリュート内に配され、前記排気部は、前記第2のボリュート内に配されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の送風機。
- 前記ガス流路は、前記第1のボリュートと前記第2のボリュートとの間にチャネルを備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の送風機。
- 前記第1及び第2のインペラーが、前記第1の軸に沿って互いに垂直に間隔をあけられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送風機。
- 前記チャネルが、前記第1のボリュートの側部及び前期第2のボリュートの側部に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の送風機。
- 前記チャネルが、前記第1のボリュートの側部及び前期第2のボリュートの端部に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の送風機。
- 前記チャネルがパイプであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の送風機。
- 流入口及び流出口を有し、ボリュートの中心から前記流出口の方向へと深さを増加する実質的に螺旋形の形状を有する気流のチャネルを、内部において規定するボリュートと、
モータと、
前記モータに操作的に接続され、前記流入口から前記流出口へ流れるガスを圧縮するために前記流入口及び前記流出口に対して流体伝達されるインペラーとを備えたことを特徴とする送風機。
