Claims (4)
- 外部から照射される光が透過する透過部を含み、光を放出してイメージを表示する表示パネルであって、第1基板と該第1基板と対向して配置する第2基板とを備え、前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に有機発光素子を備える表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの表面に対して第1赤外線を照射する赤外線ソース部と、
前記表示パネルの下に位置し、タッチによって前記表示パネル方向に照射された前記第1赤外線から変換されると共に前記透過部を透過する第2赤外線をセンシングする赤外線センシング部と、
前記表示パネルと前記赤外線センシング部との間に位置し、前記表示パネルが放出する前記光及び前記第2赤外線のうちの前記第2赤外線を透過させる赤外線透過部と、
を含み、
前記赤外線透過部は前記第2基板の外側の面に形成され、
前記表示パネルは、
前記透過部と隣接して前記光を放出して前記イメージを表示する表示部をさらに含み、
前記表示部は、前記光を発光する有機発光層と、前記有機発光層を間に置いて相互に対向する第1電極及び第2電極と、を含み、
前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうちの一方は光反射性を有し、前記第1電極及び前記第2電極のうちの他方は光透過性を有し、
前記透過部に対向すると共に光反射性である前記第1電極の一部または前記第2電極の一部は開口されていることを特徴とする、タッチ表示装置。 - 前記赤外線ソース部は前記表示パネルの下に位置し、前記表示パネルの前記透過部を介して前記表示パネルの表面に前記第1赤外線を照射し、
前記タッチは前記表示パネルに実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記赤外線ソース部は前記表示パネルの上に位置し、
前記赤外線ソース部と隣接して前記表示パネルの上に位置し、前記赤外線ソース部で照射する前記第1赤外線が内部で全反射される全反射板をさらに含み、
前記タッチは前記全反射板に実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルの下に位置するセンシング板をさらに含み、
前記赤外線センシング部は前記センシング板に装着されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチ表示装置。
