Claims (32)
- 燃料用燃料ポンプシステムにおいて、
― 燃料用の第1の容積(12;22)と圧縮流体用の第2の容積(14;24)とを提供する少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)と;
― 前記第1の容積(12;22)と前記第2の容積(14、24)との間の分離膜(16;26)と;
― 前記燃料を前記第1の容積(12;22)に送給するための、前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の入口ポート(18;28)と;
― 前記燃料を高圧で前記第1の容積(12;22)から排出するための、前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の出口ポート(38、48)と;
― 前記圧縮流体を前記第2の容積(14;24)に供給し前記第2の容積から除去するための、前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の流体ポート(30a;40a)とを有し、
前記流体ポート(30a;40a)は、前記圧縮流体を前記リザーバ(10;20)に供給し前記リザーバから除去するための圧縮流体ポンプ装置(50)に結合されており、
減衰装置(32;42)が、流体管路(30;40)内において、前記圧縮流体を前記第2の容積に供給し前記第2の容積から除去するための前記流体ポート(30a;40a)と、前記ポンプ装置(50)との間に配置されることを特徴とする燃料ポンプシステム。 - 制御弁(52;54)が流体管路(30;40)内において前記流体ポート(30a;40a)と前記ポンプ装置(50)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記制御弁(52;54)は、前記減衰装置(32;42)と前記ポンプ装置(50)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記燃料出口ポート(38;48)は、高圧装置(70)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 第1の逆止め弁(34;44)が流体管路(62;62a;62b)内において燃料貯蔵タンク(60)と前記リザーバ(10;20)との間に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 第2の逆止め弁(36;46)が流体管路(72;72a;72b)内において前記リザーバ(10;20)と高圧装置(70)との間に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記減衰装置(32;42)は、熱交換器からなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 少なくとも2個のリザーバ(10、20)が設けられ、各リザーバ(10、20)は、膜(16;26)により分離される第1及び第2の容積(12、14;22、24)と;前記燃料用の入口ポート(18;28)と;高圧の前記燃料用の出口ポート(38;48)と;前記圧縮流体を前記第2の容積(14;24)に供給又は前記第2の容積から除去するための流体ポート(30a;40a)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記圧縮流体ポンプ装置(50)は、前記リザーバ(10、20)に共に結合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記燃料貯蔵タンク(60)は、前記リザーバ(10、20)に共に結合されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記高圧装置(70)は、前記リザーバ(10、20)に共に結合されることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記燃料は、ディーゼル燃料より低い潤滑特性、及び/又は、比較可能な周囲条件下においてディーゼル燃料より少なくとも高くも低くも50%、好ましくは少なくとも高くも低くも2倍の粘度を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記圧縮流体は潤滑剤からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記圧縮流体はディーゼル燃料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 前記燃料はジメチルエーテルからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプシステム。
- 燃料が第1の容積(12;22)内において圧縮される燃料ポンプシステム(100)の動作方法において、少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)内に入れられた圧縮流体の第2の容積(14;24)が増加せしめられ、前記リザーバ(10;20)内において前記第1の容積(12;22)内に入れられた前記燃料は、前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の前記第1及び第2の容積(12、14;22、24)間の柔軟な膜(16;26)を膨張させることによって圧縮されるようになっており、
前記圧縮流体は、流体管路(30;40)内において、前記圧縮流体を前記第2の容積に供給し前記第2の容積から除去するための前記リザーバ(10;20)の流体ポート(30a;40a)と、前記圧縮流体を前記リザーバ(10;20)に供給し前記リザーバから除去するための圧縮流体ポンプ装置(50)と、の間に配置された減衰装置(32;42)によって、減衰されるようになっていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記圧縮流体は、少なくとも2個のリザーバ(10;20)間を行き来するようにポンプ送りされ、各リザーバ(10;20)は、前記燃料用の第1の容積(12;22)と前記圧縮流体用の第2の容積(14;24)とを提供することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 一方の前記リザーバ(10;20)が低圧状態で燃料を補充される一方で、燃料は、他方の前記リザーバ(20;10)内において所望の圧力まで圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料は、500バールを超える圧力まで、好ましくは1000バール/1500バール/2000バール/3500バール/4000バールを超える圧力まで圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料は、ディーゼル燃料より低い潤滑特性、及び/又は、比較可能な周囲条件下においてディーゼル燃料より少なくとも高くも低くも50%、好ましくは少なくとも高くも低くも2倍の粘度を呈することを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮流体は、前記圧縮流体により圧縮されている前記燃料より高い粘度、及び/又は、より良好な潤滑特性を呈することを特徴とする請求項16〜20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ディーゼル燃料は、前記第1及び第2の容積(12;22)内においてジメチルエーテルを圧縮するために、前記第2の容積(14;24)内において圧縮流体として用いられることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 燃料を高圧下で燃焼機関に供給するコモンレール(70)からなる燃料噴射システムにおいて、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の燃料ポンプ装置(100)であって、
― 前記燃料用の第1の容積(12;22)と圧縮流体用の第2の容積(14;24)とを提供する少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)と、
― 前記第1の容積(12;22)と前記第2の容積(14;24)との間の分離膜(16;26)と;
― 燃料貯蔵タンク(60)に結合される、前記燃料用の前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の入口ポート(18;28)と;
― 前記燃料を高圧でコモンレール(70)へと排出するための、前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の出口ポート(38、48)と;
― 前記圧縮流体を前記第2の容積(14;24)に供給又は前記第2の容積から除去するための圧縮流体ポンプ装置(50)に結合される前記少なくとも1個のリザーバ(10;20)の流体ポート(30a;40a)とを含む燃料ポンプ装置(100)を特徴とする燃料噴射システム。 - 少なくとも2個のリザーバ(10;20)が設けられ、各リザーバ(10;20)は、膜(16;26)により分離される第1の容積(12;22)と第2の容積(14;24)と、前記燃料用の入口ポート(18;28)と、高圧の前記燃料用の出口ポート(38;48)と、前記圧縮流体を前記第2の容積(14;24)に供給又は前記第2の容積から除去するための流体ポート(30a;40a)とを有することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記圧縮流体ポンプ装置(50)は、前記リザーバ(10、20)に共に結合されて、前記圧縮流体を一方のリザーバ(10、20)内にポンプ送りして前記燃料を圧縮する一方で、少なくとも1個の他方のリザーバ(10,20)から圧縮流体を排出することを特徴とする請求項23又は24に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 燃料貯蔵タンク(60)が、前記リザーバ(10、20)に共に結合されることを特徴とする請求項23〜25のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記コモンレール(70)は、前記リザーバ(10、20)に共に結合されることを特徴とする請求項23〜26のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 少なくとも1個の逆止め弁(36;46)が、流体管路(72;72a;72b)内において前記コモンレール(70)と前記リザーバ(10、20)との間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項23〜27のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 前記燃料は、ディーゼル燃料より低い潤滑特性、及び/又は、比較可能な周囲条件下においてディーゼル燃料より少なくとも高くも低くも50%、好ましくは少なくとも高くも低くも2倍の粘度を呈することを特徴とする請求項23〜28のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射システム。
