Description

用于低温燃料的燃料输送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分的特征的用于低温燃料的燃料输送装置。燃料输送装置包括高压泵,借助该高压泵能够对低温燃料加载以高压。
背景技术
低温燃料尤其可以是天然气(“Natural Gas”=NG),天然气在车辆上以液态形式(“Liquefied Natural Gas”=LNG)被储存在专门为其设计的箱中,用于运行内燃机。为了液化,天然气被冷却到大约-160℃的温度。
为了对液态气体加载以高压,由现有技术已知一种输送装置,该输送装置包括实施为活塞泵的高压泵。通过可往复运动的、限制压缩室的活塞能够对液态气体加载以高压。在用于LNG直接喷射的燃料喷射系统中达到超过300bar的压力。为了将由于泄漏而引起的损失保持得小,通常将泄漏量引回到箱中。
由US 7 293 418 B2已知一种用于液态天然气的高压泵,该高压泵至少区段式地布置在箱中,使得泄漏量可以直接泄漏到箱中。然而,高压泵的该布置导致显著的结构设计费事,因为箱必须向外密封。
此外,因此已知一种包括布置在箱外的高压泵的燃料喷射系统。在这种情况下,积累的泄漏量的回引通过单独的回流管路实现,该回流管路将高压泵与箱连接。高压泵在箱外的布置具有以下缺点:高压泵在较长的静止状态之后由于被加热而通常不能立即运行。因此,为了主动冷却,在“冷启动”时用来自箱的低温液态燃料冲刷高压泵。
发明内容

此外,为了将泄漏量和冲刷量引回而仅需要一个回流管路,使得降低了结构设计费事。在此,通过止回阀保证,冲刷量以尽可能直接的路径、尤其是不绕过低压室地被引导回到箱中。因为冲刷量就能够不太强烈地加热,由此减少了到箱中的热输入。
此外,如果低温燃料到达低压区域中,则存在以下危险:在邻接到低压室上的液压区域中发生液压介质的冻结。通过止回阀可以消除该危险。
根据本发明的一个优选实施方式,止回阀构造在所述壳体部件与另一壳体部件的接触区域中。该措施使止回阀的构造变得容易,因为接触区域在装配高压泵之前可容易地接近。在这种情况下,接收止回阀的孔延伸通过两个壳体部件。所述另一壳体部件优选轴向地安装到第一壳体部件上和/或轴向地与第一壳体部件夹紧,以便确保所需的密封。
