前記外筒の前端側には、小径の突縁部と、大径の当接部とを段差状に連成し、
前記アダプタには、前記外筒の突縁部及び当接部の外側を覆う意匠部と、前記外筒に係合する係合部とを連成し、
前記板部材に、前記外筒の突縁部に対応する小径開口部、又は前記アダプタの係合部に対応する大径開口部のいずれかを設け、
