The claws 14 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the coupling leg 13. The plurality of claws 14 are notched by slits 15 extending along the longitudinal direction of the coupling leg 13. When the slit 15 functions as a relief groove, the claw 14 can be slightly bent in the circumferential direction of the coupling leg 13.

The top plate 10 is formed with a through hole 18 having a circular cross section that communicates the outer surface with the inner surface facing the receiving recess 12. An opening end (outer end) on the outer surface side of the through-hole 18 forms a diameter-expanded portion 20 that is expanded stepwise via a step portion 19.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a guide groove 21 extending in the direction of the axis A of the through hole 18 is provided at a position corresponding to the short direction of the first member 2 on the hole wall (inner wall) of the through hole 18. Is formed. The guide groove 21 is provided with a bottom portion 22 located on the radially outer side with respect to the hole wall of the through-hole 18, and a vertical portion extending from the side portion of the bottom portion 22 and continuing to the hole wall of the through-hole 18. It has the 1 side wall part 23 and the 2nd side wall part 24, and the cross section is formed in the substantially square shape. At the end (inner end) of the through hole 18 on the receiving recess 12 side, each of the first side wall portion 23 and the second side wall portion 24 of the guide groove 21 extends to the receiving recess 12 side from the bottom portion 22, and the first side wall portion. An inner end 25 and a second side wall inner end 26 are formed. A surface of the second side wall portion 24 facing the first side wall portion 23 extends in parallel with the axis A. On the other hand, the surface of the first side wall 23 facing the second side wall 24 is inclined with respect to the axis A so as to approach the second side wall 24 as it advances from the outer end to the inner end of the through hole 18. A surface 27 is formed. Due to the inclined surface 27, the width of the guide groove 21 (the width in the circumferential direction of the through hole 18) decreases as it advances from the outer end to the inner end of the through hole 18.

On the side opposite to the guide groove 21 side of the first side wall portion 23, a hollow portion 28 extending along the axis A direction from the inner end of the through hole 18 is recessed. By providing the lightening part 28, the first side wall part 23 is easily bent (easily tilted) toward the lightening part 28 side.

The first side wall inner end portion 25 has an end surface 29 that is perpendicular to the axis A. The boundary between the end surface 29 and the inclined surface 27 is formed with a locking surface (locking portion) 30 that is a chamfered surface inclined with respect to the end surface 29 and the inclined surface 27. A boundary line (ridge line) portion between the inclined surface 27 and the locking surface 30 in the first side wall portion 23 protrudes most toward the second side wall portion 24 in the first side wall portion 23.

At the inner end of the through hole 18, the portion of the side wall portion 28 opposite to the first side wall portion 23 side forms a plane perpendicular to the axis A and has a hole edge 33 extending in the circumferential direction of the through hole 18. Forming. A peripheral wall 34 extending along the hole edge 33 is provided upright at a portion of the hole edge 33 located radially outward of the through hole 18. The hole edge 33 and the peripheral wall 34 form a passage extending in the circumferential direction of the through hole 18. The hole edge 33 extends from the thinned portion 28 around the axis A to a position rotated by 90 ° from the guide groove 21 toward the first side wall portion 23, and a regulating wall 35 is erected at an end portion thereof.

The structure formed around the through hole 18 such as the guide groove 21, the first side wall part 23, the second side wall part 24, the lightening part 28, the hole edge 33, and the regulation wall 35 described above is configured with the axis A A rotationally symmetric structure is also formed at the 180 ° rotational position as the axis of symmetry.

As shown in FIG. 1, the second member 3 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped substrate 41. The substrate 41 is formed in a size that can be inserted into the receiving recess 12 of the first member 2. It is preferable that the board | substrate 41 is formed in the magnitude | size which fits in the receiving recessed part 12 without rattling. Cylindrical spacers 42 protrude from both ends of the upper surface of the substrate 41 in the longitudinal direction. When the substrate 41 is inserted into the receiving recess 12, the spacer 42 abuts against the inner surface of the top plate 10 or a rib formed on the inner surface of the top plate 10, and the relative relationship between the first member 2 and the second member 3 is reached. Regulate the position.

Two coupling legs 43 having the same claws 14 and slits 15 as the coupling legs 13 of the first member 2 protrude from both ends of the lower surface of the substrate 41 in the longitudinal direction.

A coupling piece 46 projects from the center of the upper surface of the substrate 41. The coupling piece 46 has a columnar base 47 that protrudes perpendicularly from the upper surface of the substrate 41, and an enlarged head 48 provided at the tip of the base 47. The enlarged head 48 is formed in a plate shape parallel to the substrate 41, extends in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 41, and protrudes toward both ends of the substrate 41 from the base 47. As a result, the coupling piece 46 has a substantially T-shape when viewed from the short side of the substrate 41. On the other hand, the enlarged head 48 is short in the short direction of the substrate 41 and has the same width as the diameter of the base 47. When the enlarged head 48 is viewed from the tip side along the axis A, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the enlarged head 48 have notches 49 at the corners on the counterclockwise side with the axis A as the center. .

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the connecting member 4 includes a disk-shaped flange 51 and a pair of hooks 52 that protrude from the lower surface of the flange 51. A tool hole 53 into which a tool can be fitted is formed on the upper surface of the flange 51. The tool hole 53 may be a bottomed hole or a through hole. In the present embodiment, the tool hole 53 is formed in a shape that can be fitted with a flathead screwdriver.

The pair of hooks 52 has a 180 ° rotational symmetry with the axis B of the flange 51 as the axis of symmetry. The hook 52 has a side portion 54 that extends vertically downward from the lower surface of the flange 51, and a jaw portion 55 that protrudes from the tip of the side portion 54 toward the axis B side. The side part 54 is formed in the circular arc shape centering on the axis line B, The outer surface and inner surface are the circumferential surfaces. A guide convex portion 56 that protrudes outward in the radial direction of the axis B is formed at the lower end portion of the outer surface of the side portion 54. The guide convex portion 56 has a check surface parallel to the flange 51 at a portion on the flange 51 side, and the protruding end surface is a circumferential surface centering on the axis B.

The jaw portion 55 has an upper surface 57 facing the flange 51 side. When the jaw portion 55 is viewed from the flange 51 side along the axis B, the upper end 57 of the jaw portion 55 on the clockwise side with respect to the axis B is moved toward the end portion so that the jaw portion 55 is moved forward. The cam surface 58 is formed so as to be thin. On the other hand, at the end of the upper surface 57 of the jaw portion 55 on the counterclockwise side with the axis B as the center, a regulating wall 59 extending to the flange 51 side along the side edge of the side portion 54 is erected. ing. The tips of the pair of jaw portions 55 are separated from each other via a gap.

Next, a method for assembling the connecting member 4 to the first member 2 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the axis B of the flange 51 of the connecting member 4 and the axis A of the through-hole 18 of the first member 2 are aligned, and the guide convex portion 56 of the connecting member 4 is guided by the guide of the first member 2. In a state corresponding to the groove 21, the tip end side of the hook 52 is inserted from the outer end side of the through hole 18. At this time, the guide convex portion 56 advances in the guide groove 21, and the outer surface of the side portion 54 of the hook 52 is in sliding contact with the hole wall of the through hole 18.

Since the width of the guide groove 21 becomes narrower as it goes from the outer end side to the inner end side, the guide convex portion 56 becomes closer to the inner end side in the guide groove 21 as the first side wall portion 23 and the second side wall portion 24. And is resistant to insertion. When the connecting member 4 is pushed into the through-hole 18 while resisting resistance, the first side wall portion 23 is slightly bent toward the thinned portion 28 side, and the guide convex portion 56 advances toward the inner end side, and is engaged with the inclined surface 27. Cross the surface 30 and the boundary to the inner end side. Further, the peripheral edge portion of the flange 51 is received in the enlarged diameter portion 20 of the through hole 18. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the state where the guide convex portion 56 exceeds the boundary portion between the inclined surface 27 and the locking surface 30, the check surface of the guide convex portion 56 is locked to the locking surface 30. Removal of the connecting member 4 from the through hole 18 is prevented. Further, in a state where the flange 51 is in contact with the step portion 19 of the through hole 18 and the insertion depth of the connecting member 4 with respect to the through hole 18 is restricted, the guide convex portion 56 has the first sidewall inner end portion 25 (end surface 29). Since the guide convex portion 56 abuts the locking surface 30 and is rotated around the axis A with respect to the first member 2 of the connecting member 4. Is regulated. The rotation position of the connecting member 4 with respect to the first member 2 (through hole 18) at this time is defined as a first position.

As described above, assembly of the connecting member 4 to the first member 2 can be performed only by a simple operation of pushing the connecting member 4 into the through hole 18. Further, the connecting member 4 assembled to the first member 2 is prevented from being removed from the first member 2 and rotated with respect to the first member 2, and is maintained at the first position.

Next, a method for fastening the two panels 100 and 101 using the fastener 1 described above with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 7, the first panel 100 and the second panel 101 are plate members having a predetermined thickness. The first and second panels 100 and 101 each have two coupling holes 102 and 103 extending in the thickness direction in the vicinity of the edges. The coupling holes 102 and 103 may be bottomed holes or through holes.

The fastener 1 is coupled to the panels 100 and 101 in a state where the first member 2 to which the connecting member 4 is assembled and the second member 3 are separated. The two coupling legs 13 of the first member 2 are inserted into the two coupling holes 102 of the first panel 100, and the claw 14 is engaged with the hole wall of the coupling hole 102, whereby the first member 2 is attached to the first panel 100. Combined. Similarly, when the two coupling legs 43 of the second member 3 are inserted into the two coupling holes 103 of the second panel 101 and the claw 14 is engaged with the hole wall of the coupling hole 103, the second member 3 is Coupled to panel 101.

Next, the substrate 41, the spacer 42 and the coupling piece 46 of the second member 3 protruding from the outer surface of the second panel 101 are inserted into the receiving recess 12 of the first member 2. The front end of the spacer 42 abuts on the inner surface of the top plate 10 of the first member 2 or a rib provided on the inner surface, and the substrate 41 abuts on the side plate 11 of the first member 2, whereby the first member 2 and the second member 3 is guided to a predetermined relative position. At this time, the connecting member 4 is in the first position, and the coupling piece 46 enters between the pair of hooks 52 as shown in FIGS. By inserting the second member 3 into the first member 2 as described above, the first panel 100 is arranged at a position that is perpendicular to the second panel 101 and in contact with the side edges.

Next, when viewed from the upper surface side of the flange 51, the connecting member 4 is rotated clockwise about the axis B with respect to the first member 2. The connecting member 4 is rotated using a flathead screwdriver that fits into the tool hole 53. The rotation in the opposite direction is restricted by the guide convex portion 56 coming into contact with the second side wall portion 24. By rotating the connecting member 4, the guide convex portion 56 presses the locking surface 30, and the first side wall inner end portion 25 is bent toward the thinned portion 28 side. At the same time, the guide convex portion 56 slides on the locking surface 30 and the end surface 29 and crosses the first side wall inner end portion 25 toward the thinned portion 28 side. At this time, in addition to the first side wall portion 23, the connecting member 4 including the guide convex portion 56 may be bent.

The guide protrusion 56 beyond the first side wall inner end 25 slides on the hole edge 33 in accordance with the rotation of the connecting member 4. The rotation of the connecting member 4 is regulated by the guide projection 56 coming into contact with the regulation wall 35. The rotation position of the connecting member 4 at this time is defined as a second position. In the process in which the connecting member 4 rotates from the first position to the second position, the jaw portion 55 of the hook 52 enters the space between the enlarged head 48 and the base plate 41 below the enlarged head 48 of the coupling piece 46 and expands the head. Engage with part 48. As a result, the second member 3 is coupled to the first member 2 via the connecting member 4 and cannot be detached from the receiving recess 12. 10 and 11 show the position of each member of the fastener 1 when the connecting member 4 is located at the second position. The jaw 55 contacts the enlarged head 48 at the cam surface 58, thereby displacing the enlarged head 48 toward the flange 51, in other words, toward the top plate 10 of the first member 2 according to the rotation of the connecting member 4. That is, according to the rotation of the connecting member 4, the second member 3 is drawn to the top plate 10 side. The hook 52 is in sliding contact with the hole wall of the through hole 18 on the outer surface of the side portion 54, and is in sliding contact with the peripheral wall 34 at the protruding end of the guide convex portion 56. When retracting, both hooks 52 are prevented from falling (bending). As shown in FIG. 11, when the connecting member 4 is in the second position, the restricting wall 59 of the jaw portion 55 is disposed in the notch 49 of the enlarged head 48, and the restricting wall 59 contacts the enlarged head 48.

Further, when the connecting member 4 is disposed at the second position, the protrusion 66 protruding from the lower surface of the flange 51 is fitted into the small hole 65 recessed at a predetermined position of the step portion 19. Thus, a click feeling and a click sound (collision sound) are generated.

The fastener 1 configured as described above includes the first panel 100 and the second panel 101 when the first member 2 is coupled to the first panel 100 and when the second member 3 is coupled to the second panel 101. Since it is not necessary to consider the relative position to the mounting, the mounting work is simple. And the 1st member 2 and the 2nd member 3 can be connected only by inserting the 2nd member 3 in the 1st member 2, and rotating the connection member 4 with respect to the 1st member 2. FIG. In particular, the fastener 1 can be assembled to the first member 2 so that the coupling member 4 is positioned at the first position only by pushing the coupling member 4 into the through hole 18, and the assembly workability is good.

Although the description of the specific embodiment is finished as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be widely modified. For example, the shape of the 1st member 2, the 2nd member 3, and the connection member 4 is an illustration, Comprising: It can be set as various shapes.
