The mentioned products remain weak in terms of assembly strength and cause a weaker construction than before when they need to be reassembled. The probability of occurrence of this problem increases due to the lengthening of the moment lever in bulky furniture. Each of the above-mentioned inventions bears this drawback.
In addition, the difficulty caused by the fact that the screwdriver cannot match the coaxial angle with the bolt during tightening the bolts that allow the assembly of the device attached to the pressing panel on some of the mentioned connectors causes the bolt head and the end of the device that tightens the bolt to be deformed during installation.
These connectors do not have any features that allow the panels to hold on to each other before the fixing screws are tightened, this deficiency leaves the need for the help of a second person during the roof of the panels.
The available connectors suggest the same product for the installation of cabinets such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, rail cabinet, TV unit. The wardrobe, the rail cabinet and the loaders have a much larger mass than the kitchen modules. Furniture of different sizes and volumes either requires connectors of different strength or requires the use of more connectors than necessary. Since these connectors do not have any more suitable variations to be used in heavy furniture, the durability of such furniture that they are used weakens. The current solutions are both more complex and not worth the smallest processing times, as the panels require more than one tool in the CNC during their processing, and therefore the change of tooling is necessary. The mentioned connectors, for the reasons mentioned above, are not able to ensure the production of high-strength, durable furniture that can be quickly installed on furniture manufactured with a CNC Router.
Description of the Invention:
The presented invention is a family of connectors operating on common principles, which have the characteristics to eliminate the above-mentioned shortcomings.
The presented invention provides that panel furniture that can be disassembled and installed:
• Accelerate the production,
• Reduce the need for manpower during assembly,
• Increase the durability of furniture,
• Increase the speed of assembly,
• Ensuring ease of application,
• Increase the number of unscrews, it is designed to ensure that panels that are joined at right angles to each other can be processed on 3-axis CNC Router machines so that they do not need a second machine to process the side surface.
Acceleration of production with the invention: in terms of processing panels, one of the differences of the invention from other connectors is that slots can be opened where all parts of the connector will be placed with just a knife. Due to this feature, the panels are ready for installation in a shorter time compared to other connectors, especially if they are processed on CNC Router machines that do not have automatic tool change. In this way, the manufacturer's need for complex CNC machines is also reduced. Reducing the need for personnel during assembly together with the invention: the structural design of the male and female parts in our invention allows them to be attached to each other before tightening with a mounting bolt, while the panels are aligned with each other. In this way, only a staff member can fasten the panels together first and then tighten them with bolts and bring the furniture to a stable state.
Increasing the durability of furniture with the invention: the loads at various angles to which the panels are exposed in all of the said connectors are met from a single point by a dowel or non-dowel bolt that enters the panel whose end is pressed. In our invention, the cutting loads are met by the male and female parts, and the separation force is met by bolts. Such a distribution of the load increases the durability of the furniture. There is also a modified variation of the invention for use in even larger loads (Figures 15-16).
Increasing the assembly speed along with the invention: another consequence of the presence of male and female parts is that the assembly time is shortened. Because, unlike other connectors, instead of matching the bolt to the hole in the printed panel, the trapezoidal-like section centering guide with a radial end structure makes it easier to position the panels relative to each other and assembly is accelerated. This convenience makes it possible to perform the assembly process on its own, even for the end user who does not have technical knowledge.
Ease of application with the invention: another distinctive feature that distinguishes the invention from others is that the mounting bolt enters the printed panel at the a angle in Figure-9 and Figure-10. The design simplifies the application, which allows you to reach the bolt at the same angle even with the simplest screwdriver.
The asymmetric design of the corresponding (female) body to be attached to the printed panel and the (male) body to be attached to the printed panel prevents them from being inserted into the slot in reverse.
Increasing the number of disconnections with the invention: the parts of the other connectors on the pressed panel are in direct contact with the pressed panel. In the case of disassembly, licks also occur on the panel. In our invention, the male and female parts interact with each other and do not cause any deterioration in the panels because they do not contact the panels. In this way, the number of dismantling is increased. The way the invention is applied to industry: the invention is an indispensable production technology of our time with CNC Router for furniture, kitchen, bathroom, rail cabinet, office furniture, etc. it is a great complementary element in its production. CNC Router technology is increasing its use every day in the world due to the fact that it makes quality production by reducing the manufacturing time in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Since the invention is fully compatible with the CAD/CAM programs used today and is designed using the innovations brought by CAD/CAM technology to furniture manufacturing to the fullest, it is clear that furniture makers who have problems with their counterparts on the market in terms of assembly and who cannot make quality assembly will solve their problems in assembly very quickly. In addition, the invention reduces the cost of the furniture maker's machine because it is designed to be used in toolchange models, which are more economical models of CNC Routers.
The invention consists of hard plastic or metal alloys.

Detailed Description of The Invention:
The invention is a furniture connection device that allows the assembly of furniture assembly panels on modular parts such as kitchens, bathrooms, rail cabinets, office furniture that can be manufactured on a CNC Router machine in such a way as to ensure their vertical connection to each other, which can be fixed and disassembled into the slot of the apparatus (Y) created by a CNC machine. The invention consists of a counterpart (female) (2), a body (male) (1) and a cover (3), which can be made of hard plastic or metal (Figure- 1).
The invention isolates the pressing panel (A) and the pressed panel (B) to be connected to each other and provides that the connection process is indirect, by connecting the pressing panel (A) and the pressed panel (B) directly to the counterpart (female) (2) and the body (male) (1) together. The invention eliminates the process of installing and removing devices directly connected to the parts, which actually restricts the number of assembled-disassembled cycles by causing deformation of the parts by this indirect fastening method (Figure-2). The invention relates to kitchen cabinets, bedroom furniture, rail cabinet, bathroom furniture, bookshelf, etc., which are manufactured with wood, chipboard and mdf, especially in the furniture manufacturing sector the CNC Router for products is designed to be used in the assembly of holes, channels and after milling and cutting quickly and accurately. The connection devices of the products drawn with cad programs on the computer are also determined in cad programs. The manufacturing codes are sent to the CNC Router machines to be cut in accordance with these devices. On the CNC Router machine, the slots in which our special connection device of our invention will be installed are opened on wood, mdf or chipboard. The body (male) (1) of the invention is placed manually on the furniture in the slot that is opened suitable for it. the body (male) (1) is struck with a plastic hammer to ensure that it fits snugly into the slot (Figure-3).
The counterpart body (2.6) of the invention is also manually placed in its own slot of the apparatus (Y), which is opened on the furniture. In return, counterpart (female) (2) is struck on the body (male) (1) with a plastic hammer to ensure that it fits snugly into the slot of the apparatus (Y). The counterpart (female) (2) is fixed to the furniture with 2 wood screws (6) from counterpart body mounting bolt slot (2.4) located on the body (male) (1). The pressing panel (A) and the pressed panel (B) are brought closer to each other by 90 degrees (Figure-2).
The Centering guide (1.1) located on the body (male) (1) and the counterpart centering surface (2.1) located on the counter body (female) (2) are placed manually on the same axis the furniture is assembled by tightening the connecting bolt (4) from the mounting hole (1.3) in the body (male) (1) with the nut (5) located on the counterpart body (2.6). the assembly is completed by closing the body (male) (1) and the counterpart body (2.6) with the lid (3) (Figure-1).

Claims

CLAIMS 1- The invention is a furniture connection device that allows furniture assembly panels to be fixed perpendicular to each other, which can be manufactured on a CNC Router machine, such as kitchen, bathroom, rail cabinet, office furniture in modular form, which can be fixed and disassembled into the slot of the apparatus (Y) created with the G code, and its feature; on the pressed panel (B), the counterbody body (2.6) is placed inside the slot of the apparatus (Y) created with the codes G, counterpart teeth (2.5), which are formed on the outer surface of the counterpart body (2.6) and allow it to hold on to the side surfaces of the the slot of the apparatus (Y), - the counterpart centering surface (2.1) formed on the counterpart body (2.6), which is held in the socket with the corresponding teeth, two counterpart body mounting bolt slot (2.4) formed for the tree Wood screw (6), which ensure that the counterpart centering surface (2.1) is fixed on the pressed panel (B), a counterpart (female) (2) containing a counterpart body edge taper (2.2) formed between two counterpart body mounting bolt slot (2.4) counterpart body edge taper (2.2), - body teeth (1.5) that contact the side surfaces of the slot of the apparatus (Y) created with codes G on the pressing panel (A) that will be fixed to the pressed panel (B) so that it is 90 degrees, - body feet (1.8), that touch the bottom of the slot of the apparatus (Y) a body (male) (1) containing a Centering guide (1.1) formed in such a way as to contact the counterpart body edge taper (2.2) located on the counterpart (female) (2), a nut (5) inserted into the counterpart body nut slot (2.7) formed in the counterpart (female) (2), - the connecting bolt (4), which secures the counterpart (female) (2) and the body (male) (1) to each other with a nut (5), and it consists of a cover (3). 2- As mentioned in Claim 1, it is an apparatus that provides a perpendicular connection of furniture mounting panels to each other, its feature is;
