Description
Claims (4)
- 直列に接続された2つの排気ターボチャージャ(2、6)を有する内燃機関のためのエンジンブレーキ方法であって、それぞれの排気ターボチャージャが、排気ラインに排気ガスタービン(3、7)を、吸気ラインにコンプレッサ(4、8)を有し、
前記排気ガスタービン(3、7)のそれぞれが不変のタービン入口断面積を有する固定式構造を備え、
所望の又は必要なエンジンブレーキ力を設定するために、エンジンに近いコンプレッサ(4)を迂回するバイパス(12)を通って導かれる空気の流量、及びエンジンに近い排気ガスタービン(3)を迂回するバイパス(10)を通って導かれる排気ガス流量を調整し、エンジンブレーキ力を増大するために、エンジンから離れた排気ガスタービン(7)を迂回するバイパス(14)を開放し、
高いエンジンブレーキ力値から、エンジンブレーキ力を減少させたい場合に、
エンジンから離れた排気ガスタービン(7)を迂回するバイパス(14)を閉鎖位置の方向に調整を行い、次いで、
エンジンに近いコンプレッサ(4)を迂回するバイパス(12)を開放位置の方向に調整を行い、次いで、
エンジンに近い排気ガスタービン(3)を迂回するバイパス(10)を開放位置の方向に調整を行う、方法。 - 一定の車速(クルーズコントロール機能)を設定するために、エンジンから離れた排気ガスタービン(7)を迂回するバイパス(14)及びエンジンに近いコンプレッサ(4)を迂回するバイパス(12)を通る流量を調節することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンブレーキ方法。
- エンジンに近い排気ガスタービン(3)を迂回するバイパス(10)の開放位置の方向の調整は、エンジンから離れた排気ガスタービン(7)を迂回するバイパス(14)の開放と連係して行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンジンブレーキ方法。
- 直列に接続された2つの排気ターボチャージャ(2、6)を有し、それぞれの排気ターボチャージャが、排気ラインに排気ガスタービン(3、7)を、及び吸気ラインにコンプレッサ(4、8)を有し、
エンジンに近いコンプレッサ(4)を迂回するバイパス(12)と、エンジンに近い排気ガスタービン(3)を迂回するバイパス(10)と、エンジンから離れた排気ガスタービン(7)を迂回するバイパス(14)を有し、
チェックバルブ(11、13、15)を調整する作動信号を生成する閉ループ・開ループ制御ユニット(23)を有し、
前記2つの排気ガスタービン(3、7)のそれぞれが不変のタービン入口断面積を有する固定式構造を備え、前記各バイパス(10、12、14)に調整可能な前記チェックバルブ(11、13、15)が配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエンジンブレーキ方法を行う内燃機関。
