Description
まず、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る光電変換モジュールに用いられる光電変換素子について説明する。第1の実施形態に係る光電変換モジュールに用いられる光電変換素子D1は、図1に示すように、基板2と、電極3と、カルコパイライト系化合物半導体層4と、バッファ層5と、透光性導電層6と、を備えている。本実施形態では、カルコパイライト系化合物半導体層4とバッファ層5とで光電変換層を形成している。なお、光電変換層はこれに限定されず、他の材料のものであってもよい。
次に、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る光電変換モジュールについて図面を参照しつつ説明する。

Claims (10)
- 第1の主面を有する少なくとも一つの光電変換層と前記第1の主面上に位置する透光性導電層とを含む光電変換素子と、
前記透光性導電層上および前記光電変換層の側面上に位置し、エチレンビニルアセテート樹脂および受酸剤を含む保護部材と、を具備しており、
前記光電変換層は、前記側面に水酸基を有する化合物半導体を含む、光電変換モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの光電変換層は複数の光電変換層を含み、前記複数の光電変換層は互いに隙間をあけて位置し、前記隙間に前記保護部材が位置する、請求項1記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記化合物半導体は、金属硫化物、金属酸化物および金属水酸化物が混晶化した混晶化合物半導体を含む、請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記受酸剤は第2の金属水酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第2の金属水酸化物は水酸化マグネシウムを含む、請求項4に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記透光性導電層は酸化亜鉛を含む、請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記透光性導電層は錫を含有した酸化インジウムを含む、請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの光電変換層は、カルコパイライト系の化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記光電変換素子は前記第1の主面の裏面となる第2の主面を有し、
前記保護部材は前記光電変換素子の前記第2の主面上にさらに位置している、
請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。 - 前記光電変換素子は前記第1の主面の裏面となる第2の主面を有し、
前記第2の主面上に電極が位置し、前記電極と前記保護部材との界面に複数の気泡が位
置する、
