Claims (14)
- 作業用車両に2速度動力取出軸を取り付け、作業用車両上の2速度動力取出軸を取り外す改良型の動力取出アセンブリシステムであって、
前方内側底面と、切取部分を有する前方端面と、スプラインが形成された内側上端部分を有する前方内側面と、後端とを有するPTO出力軸と、
前記スプラインが形成された内側上端部分と係合することができ、前記スプラインが形成された内側上端部分によって固定される外側にスプラインが形成されたリバーシブルPTOスタブ軸であって、延長端と、中央と、前記中央の近くに取り付けられた突き出た肩部とを有するPTOスタブ軸と、
前記突き出た肩部によって捕捉され、前記PTOスタブ軸の周囲に固定された止め輪と、
前記PTO出力軸の前記後端に固定して取り付けられた、高歯車速度位置と低歯車速度位置との間を軸方向に移動することができる歯車カラーと、
前記歯車カラーに結合されたばね式機構であって、前記PTOスタブ軸の軸方向の移動を防ぐ遠位側ストップとして機能するばね式機構と
を含む改良型の動力取出アセンブリシステム。 - 前記突き出た肩部が、前記止め輪およびPTOスタブ軸が軸方向に移動し、前記ばね式機構と係合することを防ぐ、請求項1に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記PTO出力軸の前記前方内側底面が、前記止め輪をしっかりと着座させる凹みを有する、請求項1に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記凹みの中への前記止め輪の前記着座が、前記PTOスタブ軸が軸方向に移動し、前記ばね式機構と係合することを防ぐ、請求項3に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記止め輪が一対のタブを有する、請求項1に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記切取部分が、取付けおよび取外し中に前記止め輪タブにクリアランスを提供する、請求項5に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 一対の作業工具を使用するときに、前記止め輪タブが、取付けおよび取外し中に前記止め輪を圧縮するための空間を提供する、請求項5に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記止め輪タブが、前記PTOスタブ軸から突き出すように半径方向外側へ曲げられた、請求項5に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記前方内側面の前記スプラインが形成された内側上端部分が、前記PTO出力軸と前記外側にスプラインが形成されたリバーシブルPTOスタブ軸との間の相対的な回転運動を防ぐ、請求項1に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記前方内側面の前記スプラインが形成された内側上端部分が、前記外側にスプラインが形成されたリバーシブルPTOスタブ軸が軸方向に移動することを制限する、請求項1に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 作業用車両に2速度動力取出軸を取り付け、作業用車両上の2速度動力取出軸を取り外す改良型の動力取出アセンブリシステムであって、
前方内側底面と、切取部分を有する前方端面と、スプラインが形成された内側上端部分を有する前方内側面と、後端とを有するPTO出力軸と、
前記スプラインが形成された内側上端部分および前記前方内側底面と係合することができ、延長端と、中央と、前記中央の近くに取り付けられた突き出た肩部とを有する、外側にスプラインが形成されたリバーシブルPTOスタブ軸と、
前記PTO出力軸の前記後端に固定して取り付けられた、高歯車速度位置と低歯車速度位置との間を軸方向に移動することができる歯車カラーと、
前記歯車カラーに結合されたばね式機構であって、前記PTOスタブ軸の軸方向の移動を防ぐ遠位側ストップとして機能するばね式機構と、
前記外側にスプラインが形成されたリバーシブルPTOスタブ軸の軸方向の移動を制限する手段と
を含み、
前記制限手段が、前記外側にスプラインが形成されたリバーシブルPTOスタブ軸上の前記突き出た肩部によって捕捉され、前記PTOスタブ軸の周囲に固定された止め輪である、
改良型の動力取出アセンブリシステム。 - 前記制限手段が、前記PTO出力軸の前記前方内側面の前記スプラインが形成された内側上端部分である、請求項11に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記制限手段が、前記PTO出力軸の前記前方内側底面の凹みである、請求項11に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
- 前記制限手段が、前記PTOスタブ軸の端が前記ばね式の機構と係合することを防ぐ、請求項11に記載の改良型動力取出アセンブリシステム。
