Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及一种可转换的双速动力传输轴,尤其涉及一种用于廉价而有效的安装过程的改进的动力传输轴。
背景技术
动力传输轴或PTO用于诸如拖拉机的农用车辆中,以提供发动机的动力给农具。PTO的使用已开发了很多年,该工业已形成一种用于包含1000和540转/分齿轮速度的双速动力输出的标准。因此,为了适应相应适当齿轮速度的具体工具的工业标准,必须提供一种动力输出装置,其允许合适的动力传输(PTO)轴的快速简单安装及其关联的运转速度。作为大多数动力输出装置的共有特征,其输出轴具有一内部花键部分,该花健部分适用于轴向容纳外部的花健可转换PTO轴,以防止所述PTO轴与输出轴之间的相对旋转运动。典型地,所述期望的PTO轴速度是通过PTO轴端插入所述输出轴中的结构确定的。当使用可转换的PTO轴时,如本发明的情况,为了选择的速度,外部端部分适用于接合农具,而内部端部分的结构把移位机构相对于弹簧加载的压力定位以选择性地接合合适的齿轮速度。
上述的PTO轴通常由锁紧机构,典型地如凸缘锁紧机构保持在适当的位置,并被布置在与PTO轴连接的输出轴外部。PTO轴及现用的凸缘锁紧机构的一个缺点是需要费时费力地安装,这可能需要使用额外人员或额外工人。
其它已知的PTO轴由一内卡环将PTO轴保持在适当的位置,所述内卡环的形状适合接合所述输出轴的内部。因为需要高压来压缩所述卡环以安装,所以通常需要诸如钳子的专用工具,以反转所述PTO轴端。为了进行使用卡环的安装,操作员必须推动所述PTO轴,以克服弹簧加载移位机构(例如弹簧柱塞)的高轴向力,并同时安装所述卡环。
因此有必要提供一种改进的PTO轴设计,提供以一期望的方向快速而可靠地安装所述PTO轴至输出轴,而不使用钳子。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是通过增强轴设计改进双速可转换PTO轴的安装和拆卸过程,使操作员通过转动轴使齿轮凸缘齿对准合适的齿轮以容易把该PTO轴插入输出轴中抵着一弹簧加载机构。
本发明的另一个目的是通过提供一位于输出轴的前内部顶端部分的凹槽以锁住或容纳紧固在PTO轴周围的卡环,快速而容易地安装或拆卸PTO轴。这允许安装者松手放开用于挤压卡环的工具,利用双手把所述PTO轴插入抵着凸缘回位弹簧并转动轴使齿轮凸缘齿对准所述齿轮。
本发明的再一目的是延伸所述PTO轴的端部并增加突出的肩部,以进一步锁住或容纳卡环。
本发明的又一目的是通过提供输出轴的前端面的挖去的断面以使卡环调整片间隙来修正所述输出轴的设计。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,根据下文接合附图对本发明优选的实施例的详细描述,本发明的另外目的、益处及新颖特征是很明显的。

具体实施方案
尽管本发明容许各种形式的实施例,此处所示的附图及下文所述的优选的实施例是为了更好地理解本发明的内容,而不是为了把本发明限制在所述的具体实施例。
现在参考附图,其中几个图中相同的引用数字表示相同的部件。图1表示动力输出装置10。PTO输出轴20支撑齿轮凸缘14,齿轮凸缘14花键连接在PTO输出轴20上以允许有限的轴向运动。齿轮凸缘14位于齿轮16与齿轮18之间,根据车辆操作员要想的具体速度,齿轮凸缘14能够在分别为1000转/分和540转/分的高齿轮速度18和低齿轮速度16之间轴向滑动。
图1-3表示紧固在PTO轴12外表面周围的卡环24,其中卡环24安置在沿着PTO输出轴20的前方内部底表面的凹槽或凹处部分28。一旦卡环24被对准并安置在凹处28,则卡环被锁在该凹处内,PTO轴的轴向运动被限制。
参考附图1-3描述本发明优选的实施例的操作。在图1中,表示在开始的安装点具有优选的9mm的延伸端的PTO轴12,其中所述PTO轴12轴向移动直至所述PTO轴12锁入输出轴20的前方内部表面的内部花键的顶端部分38。紧固在PTO轴12的外部表面周围的卡环24同时被安置在输出轴的前方内部底表面40上的凹处28中。输出轴的前方内部表面的内部花键的顶端部分38防止PTO轴12轴向或以向右轴向方向移动,同时输出轴的前方内部底表面40上的凹槽或凹处28防止卡环25和PTO轴12轴向或以向左轴向方向移动。该改进的过程使工作车辆操作员或安装者能够使用双手在PTO轴12上,以克服安装过程中弹簧26的高压力,并推动齿轮凸缘14接近或向右接合图3中所示的低齿轮速度,以使输出轴20和PTO轴12符合低齿轮速度运转的条件。如前所述,PTO轴12具有优选的至少9mm的延伸端,以在安装或拆卸过程中更好地紧握,然而,PTO轴12可以延伸9-20mm之间的任何地方,以获得类似的期望效果。PTO轴12的长度由操作员期望的紧握面积大小决定,以轻松进行PTO轴的安装和拆卸过程。
在图2中,表示正好在卡环24接合PTO轴12的突出的肩部30之前的安装点的PTO轴12。所述突出的肩部30被连接在第一端32与第二端34之间靠近PTO轴12的中心,并作为限制卡环24轴向移动的工具。进一步如图2所示,PTO轴12被移动靠近输出轴20的前方内部底表面上的凹处部分28,一旦卡环24被对准,则其安置在输出轴20的凹处25中,从而把卡环24和PTO轴12锁在适当的位置,以防止PTO轴12轴向运动。被所述突出的肩部锁住的所述凹处28、输出轴的前方内部表面的内部花键的顶端部分38及所述卡环24可以是用于限制PTO轴12的轴向运动的工具。图2表示与弹簧加载机构22接合的PTO轴12,该接合以向左方向对着所述PTO轴12施加压力。
图3表示在锁住的安装位置并适用于540转/分的PTO轴12。在该锁住的安装位置28,所述PTO轴12牢固地安置在凹处部分28内及输出轴的内部花键顶端38。在该位置,所述弹簧加载机构22被所述PTO轴12完全接合,弹簧26的力以向左轴向方向完全施加。一旦该力被施加,所述输出轴20上的内部花键顶端38和凹处部分28都运行以锁住所述PTO轴,并防止所述PTO轴12向左或向右方向移动。
(未示出)如果需要通过反转所述PTO轴12来改变齿轮速度,则所述第一端32被插入所述输出轴20内,而第二端34被定位朝向所述工作车辆。然后操作员使用类似钳子的工具压所述卡环24,以拆卸所述PTO轴12。当所述PTO轴被拆卸时,所述弹簧26继续朝远端或所示实施例中向左轴向方法推动齿轮凸缘14,直至所述齿轮凸缘14被移动启动所述低齿轮速度。
图4表示PTO轴12的正视图,一具有调整片的卡环24紧固在所述轴的外表面上。所述输出轴20的前端表面提供有一挖去的断面以容许安装所述PTO轴12时所述卡环调整片24的间隙。
由前文所述可知,在不脱离本发明的精神或范围下可进行许多个变化和修改。应当理解的是本公开的目的是作为说明本发明的例子,并不是限制本发明于所示的具体实施例。
Claims (15)
1、一种改进的动力输出装置系统,用于安装和拆卸工作车辆上的双速动力输出装置,其包括:
一PTO输出轴,其具有一前方内部底表面、一具有挖去的断面的前端面、一具有内部花键顶端部分的前方内表面、及一后端;
一外部花键可转换的PTO轴,其可与内部花键顶端部分接合并被固定,该PTO轴具有一延伸的端部、一中心及一连接在该中心附近的突出的肩部;
一卡环,其被所述突出的肩部锁住并被紧固在所述PTO轴周围;
一齿轮凸缘,其固定安装在所述PTO输出轴的后端,并可在一高齿轮速度位置与一低齿轮速度位置之间轴向移动;
一弹簧加载机构,其连接至所述齿轮凸缘,作为远端止动以防止所述PTO轴的轴向运动。
2、如权利要求1所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述突出的肩部防止所述卡环和PTO轴轴向移动和接合所述弹簧加载机构。
3、如权利要求1所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述PTO输出轴的前方内部底面具有一凹处以牢固地安置所述卡环。
4、如权利要求3所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述卡环安置在所述凹处防止PTO轴轴向移动和接合所述弹簧加载机构。
5、如权利要求1所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述卡环具有一对调整片。
6、如权利要求5所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述挖去的断面提供安装或拆卸过程中用于所述卡环的间隙。
7、如权利要求5所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述卡环调整片提供空间,以在使用一对工作工具的安装和拆卸过程中挤压所述卡环。
8、如权利要求5所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述卡环调整片向外径向弯曲以与所述PTO轴的切面边缘相合。
9、如权利要求1所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:前方内表面上的所述内部花键顶端部分防止所述PTO输出轴与所述外部花键可转换的PTO轴之间的相对旋转运动。
10、如权利要求1所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:前方内表面上的所述内部花键顶端部分限制外部花键可转换的PTO轴轴向移动。
11、一种改进的动力输出装置系统,用于安装和拆卸工作车辆上的双速动力输出装置,其包括:
一PTO输出轴,其具有一前方内部底表面、一具有挖去的断面的前端面、一具有内部花键顶端部分的前方内表面、及一后端;
一外部花键可转换的PTO轴,其可与内部花键顶端部分和前方内部底表面接合,该PTO轴具有一延伸的端部、一中心及一连接在中心附近的突出的肩部;
一齿轮凸缘,其固定安装在所述PTO输出轴的后端,并可在一高齿轮速度位置与一低齿轮速度位置之间轴向移动;
一弹簧加载机构,其连接至所述齿轮凸缘,作为远端止动以防止所述PTO轴的轴向运动;
一工具,其用于限制所述外部花键可转换的PTO轴的轴向运动。
12、如权利要求11所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述限制工具是一卡环,该卡环由外部花键可转换的PTO轴上的突出的肩部锁住。
13、如权利要求11所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述的限制工具是PTO输出轴的前方内表面上的内部花键顶端部分。
14、如权利要求11所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述限制工具是所述PTO输出轴的前方内部底表面上的凹处。
15、如权利要求11所述的改进的动力输出装置系统,其特征在于:所述限制工具防止所述PTO轴端部接合所述弹簧加载机构。
