Description
電極間において効果的に開回路を与え、それらの間に電流が流れることを防ぐ。図2bの図解は、皮膚と接触する複数電極を示す。各電極は、Ag/AgCl層12及び皮膚と接触するヒドロゲル層30を有する。電極を分離し、確実に互いに対して触れないようするよう、誘電又はバリア材料は、各電極間のギャップを埋めるよう必要とされる。この機能は、図2aの例においてフォームフレーム36によって与えられる。薄く可撓性のある保定層202は、パッチ10においてしっかりと個別のヒドロゲル片を保持するよう使用される。ヒドロゲルは、接着特性を示すよう形成され得るため、ヒドロゲルディスクは、皮膚に対してくっつき得、保定シール202によって適所に保持されない限り、パッチがある位置から他の位置へ動かされる際にパッチから剥がれる。パッチの設計(Ag/AgCl)において、保定シールは、ヒドロゲルのエッジに重なり、個々の片をパッチにおいて固定し続ける。
Claims (13)
- ECG監視装置であって:
ヒドロゲルを有する別個の導電性範囲によって身体に接触する複数の電極を有するハンドヘルド電極パッチと;
使用前に前記ヒドロゲルの範囲を覆う取外し可能なリリースライナーと;
当該監視装置を対象に対して接着取付けする前記電極パッチの身体対面側部上に位置決めされる感圧接着剤と;
前記電極との電気通信において前記電極パッチに対して取り付けられるECG電子モジュールと、
を有し、
前記取外し可能なリリースライナーは更に、前記ヒドロゲルの範囲と位置合わせされる導電性範囲を備える非導電性材料のシートを有する、
ECG監視装置。 - 前記ヒドロゲルの範囲は、前記電極パッチの前記身体対面側部上に位置決めされ、前記感圧接着剤は、前記ヒドロゲルの範囲の周囲にあり、
前記取外し可能なリリースライナーは、使用前に前記ヒドロゲルの範囲及び前記感圧接着剤を覆う、
請求項1記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記電極パッチは更に、ECG電子モジュールが前記電極パッチに対して取り付けられる際に該ECG電子モジュールとの電気通信を与える電気的接触範囲を有する、
請求項2記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記電極パッチは、使い捨てであり、前記ECG電子モジュールは、使用後に再使用可能である、
請求項3記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記電極と接触する前記ヒドロゲルの範囲を保定するよう作用する前記ヒドロゲルの範囲に位置合わせされた開口を備える保定シール、を更に有し、
前記感圧接着剤は、該保定シールの前記身体対面側部上に位置決めされる、
請求項1記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記電極パッチは更に、該電極パッチを対象上において位置合わせするよう使用され得る位置合わせエッジを有する、

請求項6記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記ECG電子モジュール及び前記電極パッチは、再使用可能であり、前記ヒドロゲルの範囲は、使用後に使い捨て可能である、
請求項1記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記ECG電子モジュールは更に、受信されたECGデータを格納及び/又はディスプレイ装置に対して送信するよう適合される通信リンクを有する、
請求項1記載のECG監視装置。 - 前記ECG電子モジュールは更に、受信されたECGデータを表示するよう適合されるディスプレイを有する、
請求項1記載のECG監視装置。 - ハンドヘルド装置を有して対象のECGデータを取得する方法であって、該ハンドヘルド装置は、ECG電子モジュール、導電性ヒドロゲルを備える複数の電極、及び当該ハンドヘルド装置を対象に対して接着取付けする前記電極の身体対面側部上に位置決めされる感圧接着剤を有し、リリースライナーで覆われた前記ヒドロゲルは、該ヒドロゲルと位置合わせされた導電性範囲を備える非導電性層を有し、
当該方法は:
ECGデータを取得するよう前記ハンドヘルド装置の前記リリースライナーを前記対象との接触において配置する段階と;
前記ヒドロゲルを暴露するよう前記リリースライナーを取り外す段階と;
前記ECGデータを取得するよう前記ヒドロゲルを前記対象との接触において配置する段階と、
を有する方法。 - 前記対象に対する前記電極パッチの位置をマークする段階、
を更に有する請求項11記載の方法。 - 前記リリースライナーを取り外す段階は、前記感圧接着剤を暴露する段階と;
前記感圧接着剤を用いて前記ハンドヘルド装置を前記対象に対して取り付ける段階と、
を更に有する請求項11記載の方法。
