- バルーンカテーテル(10)において、
拡張管腔と、前記拡張管腔と流体的に連通したカテーテル本体の末端壁の開口部とを含むカテーテル本体(101)と、
第一の端部と第二の端部とを含む拡張可能な部材(105)であって、前記第一の端部は前記カテーテル本体の周りに配設された可動部材(110)に連結され且つ前記カテーテル本体に対するシールを形成し、前記第二の端部は前記カテーテル本体の末端に固定される拡張可能な部材と、
管腔(403)を有する外側送り出しシース(401)とを備え、前記送り出しシースは、前記カテーテル本体及び前記拡張可能な部材が通過するのを許容する一方、前記可動部材の通過を阻止する形態とされた末端の開口部(409)を有する、バルーンカテーテル。 - 請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記カテーテル本体は、前記可動部材が末端方向に向けて動くのを制限する形態とされた肩部(307)を含む、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記可動部材は、前記カテーテル本体の外面上のねじ部(215)と噛み合う形態とされた内面上のねじ部(207)を含む環状体を備える、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項3に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記拡張可能な部材は、拡張した状態及び非拡張状態にて実質的に一定のままである内表面積を有する非順応性バルーンである、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記拡張可能な部材の前記第二の端部は、前記カテーテル本体に恒久的に固定された係止部材に装着される、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記カテーテル本体の末端と接続された非外傷性先端(117)を更に備え、前記先端は、ガイドワイヤーを通過させる形態とされた管腔を備える、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項6に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記カテーテル本体は、先端の前記管腔と連通したガイドワイヤー管腔を更に備える、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記拡張可能な部材は、熱可塑性ポリマーにて出来た順応性バルーンである、バルーンカテーテル。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のバルーンカテーテルにおいて、前記バルーンカテーテルは、PTAバルーンカテーテルである、バルーンカテーテル。
