Claims (15)
- 直径が5〜10μmの外径を持つ連続纎維が多数本纏まった束(bundle)形状を持つカーボン纎維、前記カーボン纎維の外面に同時に附着されるナノ粒子及び金属を含んで構成されることを特徴とする多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維。
- 前記金属は、銅(Cu)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、白金(Pt)、ニッケル(Ni)の伝導性金属の中で一つ以上を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維。
- 前記金属は、1nm〜500nmの厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維。
- 直径が5〜10μmの外径を持つ連続纎維が多数本纏まった束形状を持つカーボン纎維と、前記カーボン纎維の外面に電気泳動過程を通じて附着されるナノ粒子と、前記カーボン纎維の外面に電解メッキ過程を通じて附着される金属とで構成された多機能性複合纎維と、前記複合纎維に合浸され複合纎維の形状を維持する高分子混合物を含んで構成されることと、前記ナノ粒子と金属は電気泳動過程と電解メッキ過程の同時実施によって前記カーボン纎維の外面に混合した状態で附着されたことを特徴とする多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維とを具備した複合材料。
- 前記高分子混合物は、熱硬化性樹脂と熱可塑性樹脂の中で、一つ以上を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維を具備した複合材料。
- 前記高分子混合物には、ナノ材料、ナノカーボン材料の中で、一つ以上が含まれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維を具備した複合材料。
- 前記ナノ材料は、500nm以下の粒径を持ち、銅(Cu)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、白金(Pt)、ニッケル(Ni)の伝導性金属の中で、一つ以上を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維を具備した複合材料。
- 前記ナノカーボン材料は、500nm以下の粒径を持ち、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノ纎維、カーボンブラックのナノ粒子の中で、一つ以上を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維を具備した複合材料。
- 70MPa以上の層間せん断強度を持つことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維を具備した複合材料。
- 直径が5〜10μmの外径を持つ連続纎維が多数本纏まった束形状を持つカーボン纎維とナノ粒子及び金属材料を準備する材料準備段階と、前記ナノ粒子表面が陽(+)電荷を帯びるようにする機能化段階と、陽(+)電荷を帯びたナノ粒子と金属材料を電解液が入っている複合処理槽に装入して、前記カーボン纎維の外面にナノ粒子及び金属を同時に附着させる電気付着段階とで構成されることを特徴とする多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維の製造方法。
- 前記金属材料は、銅(Cu)、金(Au)、銀(Ag)、白金(Pt)、ニッケル(Ni)の伝導性が高い金属の中で、一つ以上を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維の製造方法。
- 前記金属材料は、多数金属材料を含む合金または単一金属材料で形成された金属板、及び電解液に添加される金属イオンの中の一つであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維の製造方法。
- 前記電気付着段階以後には、前記カーボン纎維、ナノ粒子及び金属を電解液で洗浄する洗浄過程と、洗浄されたカーボン纎維、ナノ粒子及び金属を真空オーブンで乾燥する乾燥過程が選択的に具備されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維の製造方法。
- 前記電気付着段階は、カーボン纎維に陰(-)極を連結し、金属材料に陽(+)極を連結した状態で、電圧を所定時間印加する過程であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維の製造方法。
- 前記金属材料は、電気付着段階で金属イオンにイオン化されてカーボン繊維に附着されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の多成分同時付着による多機能性複合纎維の製造方法。
