Description
The present invention relates to an elevator door device, and more particularly to an interlocking rope type elevator door device.
In general, an interlocking rope type elevator door is composed of a plurality of doors, one of which is a driving side door driven by a driving device, and the other is interlocked with the driving side door by the function of the interlocking rope. It is a driven door that opens and closes. Furthermore, the door on the driving side and the door on the driven side are each composed of a car door provided on the car side and a landing door provided on the landing side, and the door is opened and closed on the stop floor. In this case, the car door and the landing door are engaged each time to open and close at the same time.
However, in such a configuration, if the interlocking rope breaks for some reason in the car door or the landing door, the driven side door cannot be opened and closed in conjunction with the driving side door. There is a possibility that the elevator will run with the side door open. In order to prevent such troubles, in conventional elevators, the gate switch is attached to both the drive side door and the driven side door with respect to the car door, and the drive side with respect to the landing door. A lock switch is attached to the door, and a gate switch is attached to the driven door, and it is confirmed that the elevator door is fully closed by these switches so that the elevator travels.
As another conventional example, 2S type (2 door side opening type) or 3S type (3 door side opening type) of 2 or 3 doors opening only in one direction (one side) There is one that has proposed the above-mentioned countermeasures limited to elevator doors (for example, see Patent Document 1). In this type of door, when the door is open. The door on the driving side and the door on the driven side move in the same direction and are stored in the door pocket so that they overlap, and the door is fully opened.
Therefore, in the conventional example described in
However, in the prior art, one gate switch or one lock switch is attached to the landing door on each floor as in the conventional elevator described above, or the magnetic material is attached to the landing door on each floor as in
In addition, as in
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and can be applied to various types of elevator doors, and can quickly detect the disconnection of the interlocking rope without providing a detection device or the like. The purpose is to obtain a door device.

FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing a configuration of a car door in a CO type elevator door. FIG. 1 shows a state where the elevator door is fully closed. In FIG. 1,
Thus, in the configuration of FIG. 1 of the present invention, an existing gate switch circuit for detecting the opening and closing of the door in which the gate switch 9, the door
FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing a configuration of a landing door in a CO type elevator door. The configuration of FIG. 2 is the same as that of FIG. 1 except that the
Therefore, also in the configuration of FIG. 2 of the present invention, an existing door opening / closing detection circuit for detecting the opening / closing of the door in which the
Thus, in the CO type elevator door device of the present invention, either the car door or the landing door can be provided by providing the structure of FIG. 1 on the car door and providing the structure of FIG. 2 on the landing door. When the
FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram showing the configuration of the car door in the 2S type elevator door. FIG. 3 shows a state where the elevator door is fully closed. In FIG. 3, 1 is a drive side door (door), 2 is a driven side door (door), and 3 is attached to the upper part of the
Thus, in the present invention, an existing gate switch circuit for detecting the opening and closing of the door in which the

FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram showing a configuration of a landing door in a 2S type elevator door. The configuration of FIG. 4 is the same as that of FIG. 3 except that the
Therefore, also in the configuration of FIG. 4 of the present invention, as in FIG. 3, an existing door opening / closing detection circuit for detecting the opening / closing of the door in which the
As described above, in the 2S type elevator door device of the present invention, either the car door or the landing door is provided by providing the structure of FIG. 3 on the car door and providing the structure of FIG. 4 on the landing door. When the interlocking
FIG. 5 is an overall configuration diagram of the elevator door device in FIGS. 1 and 3. In FIG. 5,
In the configuration of FIG. 5, the
Although the above-described operation is performed in a normal state, a case where the interlocking
FIG. 6 is an overall configuration diagram of the elevator door device in FIGS. 2 and 4. The configuration in FIG. 6 is the same as that in FIG. 5 except that the
In the configuration of FIG. 6, the
Although the above-described operation is performed in a normal state, a case where the interlocking
As described above, according to the present invention, the gate switch circuit (in the case of a car door) or the lock switch circuit (in the case of a landing door) is connected via the interlocking
In addition, in the present invention, by using the existing configuration as described above, two door switches are attached to each floor as in the past, or a magnetic body and a magnetic detection unit (or light emission as in Patent Document 1). It is not necessary to newly provide a detection device such as a car door and a landing door, so that costs and installation time can be reduced.
Further, even if the door is in a fully closed state, if the interlocking rope breaks, the door closing
As described above, the present invention can be applied to a center opening type elevator door as well as a side opening type elevator door, and the drive side door and the driven side door are optional. Since it can be applied even if it is constituted by the number of sheets, the elevator door device according to the present invention can be applied to any type of elevator without being limited to the door type. In addition, in this specification, although the example applied to the center opening type elevator door and the side opening type elevator door has been described, it is also applicable to other types of elevators. Needless to say.
