Claims (10)
- 船舶のための、後縁(20)を有する水中翼であって、
渦の形成を削減するために、前記後縁(20)に、少なくとも1つの突起体(30)を前記後縁(20)から突起して配置し、
前記突起体(30)は、前記水中翼とは別体として形成された板状体の突起したリブであって、前記後縁(20)の長さの少なくとも50%以上にわたって延びており、且つ、前記後縁(20)の幅よりも狭く形成されており、
前記水中翼(100)の横断面において、前記水中翼(100)の中心線(17)と平行に延びているか、又は前記中心線(17)に沿って延びている、ことを特徴とする水中翼。 - 前記少なくとも1つの突起体(30)は、前記水中翼(100)の長手方向軸に平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水中翼。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起体(30)は、前記後縁(20)の面から垂直に突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の水中翼。
- 前記突起体(30)の幅は、前記後縁(20)の幅の少なくとも半分に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか一つに記載の水中翼。
- 少なくとも2つの突起体(30)が設けられており、該2つの突起体(30)は互いに離れて且つ平行に延びているか、又はその何れか一方が満たされていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一つに記載の水中翼。
- 前記突起体(30)の数は5又は7以上の奇数であり、横断面において、1つの突起体(30a)を、前記後縁(20)の中心に配置して、偶数個の突起体(30b、30c)を、前記中心に配置された突起体(30a)の両側に配置することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか一つに記載の水中翼。
- 前記中心に配置された突起体(30a)が最大の幅を有しており、その他の突起体(30b、30c)の幅が、外側に向かうにつれて漸進的に減少することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水中翼。
- 複数の突起体(30)が設けられており、個々の突起体(30)の間の間隔が同じであるか又は異なっていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7の何れか一つに記載の水中翼。
- 横断面において、前記水中翼(100)の輪郭は、前記後縁(20)に向かう方向に、前記後縁(20)とは逆に配置されている先頭縁(10)から、前記水中翼(100)の輪郭において最も広い部分を形成する中央領域に向かって広くなっており、前記水中翼(100)の輪郭は、前記中央領域から、前記水中翼(100)の輪郭において最も狭い部分を形成する後方領域(16)に向かって次第に細くなり、そして、前記水中翼(100)の輪郭は、前記後方領域(16)から前記後縁(20)に向かって再び広くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8の何れか一つに記載の水中翼。
- 前記後縁(20)が、直線状、凸状、又は凹状に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の水中翼。
