Claims (9)
- 電極端子としてリードタブを備えた電極組立体と、前記リードタブの一部が外部に露出するように前記電極組立体を収容するケース本体と、前記ケース本体の上部で結合するトップケースとを備える二次電池において、
前記リードタブが露出する領域の前記ケース本体には密封部が備えられ、前記密封部に接するリードタブの一領域は、絶縁部を備え、前記トップケースには、前記リードタブの絶縁部との干渉を回避するための空間としての回避部を形成し、
前記絶縁部は、絶縁テープによって形成され、
前記トップケースは、前記回避部内において、前記トップケースから延びて位置する少なくとも1つの第2支持リブをさらに備え、前記第2支持リブは、第1支持リブより小さい長さで存在することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部は、前記リードタブの一部がポリマーセルまたは前記ケース本体の密封部に接し、端部は外部に露出する形態を有し、前記トップケースの回避部は、前記絶縁部が位置可能な大きさで備えられ、前記トップケースと前記絶縁部との間には空間が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記トップケースは、前記トップケースの前面と後面の両側において前記ケース本体方向に延びた側壁を備え、前記リードタブは、前記側壁に平行するように延長することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記回避部は、前記側壁の少なくともいずれか一側壁に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記側壁の少なくともいずれか一側壁には、前記リードタブに隣接する位置に少なくとも2つの回避部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記トップケースは、前記いずれか1つの回避部とトップケースの端部との間に少なくとも1つの第1支持リブを備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2支持リブは、前記回避部が形成された長さより小さく形成され、前記第2支持リブと前記ケース本体とは互いに離隔していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2支持リブは、前記回避部の幅より狭く形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2支持リブは、前記第1支持リブの幅より狭く形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
