Claims (8)
- 脈動流体流動を発生させるためのトランスデューサー及び前記脈動流体流動を冷却すべき物体に向けて方向づけるための流体ガイド構造体を含む脈動流体冷却デバイスであり:
トランスデューサーの外部にある少なくとも1つの可変要素を検出するためのセンサー;
該可変要素を示すフィードバック・シグナルを提供するためのフィードバック経路;及び
当該デバイスの共振周波数又は反共振周波数である前記トランスデューサーの動作周波数を制御するため、該フィードバック・シグナルを受信し、該フィードバック・シグナルに基づいて周波数制御シグナルを発生する制御回路;
を含む脈動流体冷却デバイス。 - 前記可変要素が前記冷却する物体での状態に関係する、請求項1に記載された冷却デバイス。
- 前記可変要素が前記物体の温度変化、前記物体の近辺の流量及び前記物体の近辺の流体速度の1つに関係する、請求項2に記載された冷却デバイス。
- 前記制御回路が電圧制御発振器を含む、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項に記載された冷却デバイス。
- 前記制御回路が:
前記トランスデューサーの電圧の位相を示す第1シグナルと前記トランスデューサーを通る電流の位相を示す第2シグナルを合成するための合成ユニット;及び
該位相差シグナルに基づいて前記周波数制御シグナルを発生させるための制御ユニット;
を含む、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載された冷却デバイス。 - 冷却デバイスにおいて、脈動流体流動を発生させ、物体の方向に流動を方向づけることによって、物体を冷却する方法であり:
トランスデューサーの外部の少なくとも1つの可変要素を検出する段階;
該可変要素を示すフィードバック・シグナルを提供する段階;
該フィードバック・シグナルに基づいて周波数制御シグナルを発生させる段階;及び
前記トランスデューサーの動作周波数を制御するように前記制御シグナルを使用し、該動作周波数が当該冷却デバイスの共振周波数又は反共振周波数である、段階;
を有する方法。 - 前記可変要素が冷却する物体における状態に関係する、請求項6に記載された方法。
- 前記可変要素が前記物体の温度変化、該物体の近辺の流量及び該物体の近辺の流体速度のうち1つに関係する、請求項7に記載された方法。
