Claims (13)
- 第1電極、第2電極および前記第1電極と前記第2電極の間のセパレーターを含む電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースに結合された蓋板と、
前記第1電極に電気的に連結され、前記電極組立体に巻回された短絡回路誘導部材と
を含み、
前記第1電極は前記電極組立体の第1側部に延びた第1無地部を含み、
前記第2電極は前記電極組立体の第2側部に延びた第2無地部を含み、
前記第1電極の領域は前記第2電極より長く、前記第2電極を越えて延びた前記第1電極の領域が前記短絡回路誘導部材を成し、
前記短絡回路誘導部材の領域は前記第1無地部に溶接されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記短絡回路誘導部材は、少なくとも前記短絡回路誘導部材と前記第1電極の境界まで巻回可能な長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡回路誘導部材は1〜7回の範囲で前記電極組立体に巻回されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの内部に他の電極組立体をさらに含み、前記短絡回路誘導部材は前記電極組立体に巻回された第1短絡回路誘導部材と、前記他の電極組立体に巻回された第2短絡回路誘導部材とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースの内部に他の電極組立体をさらに含み、前記短絡回路誘導部材は前記すべての電極組立体に一体に巻回されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記セパレーターは前記短絡回路誘導部材の両面に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡回路誘導部材は金属箔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡回路誘導部材は活物質を有する金属箔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡回路誘導部材は銅またはアルミニウムからなる金属箔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記短絡回路誘導部材は前記ケースと異なる材質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 第1電極端子をさらに含み、前記短絡回路誘導部材、前記第1無地部および前記第1電極端子は電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極は金属箔および活物質を含み、前記短絡回路誘導部材は前記金属箔と前記活物質の領域を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極は金属箔を含み、前記短絡回路誘導部材は前記金属箔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。
