Description
(実施形態1)
図1乃至図6に、本発明の燃焼機の実施形態1の構成図を示す。図1は本実施形態の燃焼炉の断面構成図、図2は燃焼炉を下から見た下面図、図3は図1の燃焼炉を右から見た側面図を示す。なお、図3では燃焼炉の図において左側の部材は、図を簡単化するために、図示を省略している。図4は本実施形態の特徴部の掻き混ぜ手段が組み込まれた火床を上から見た断面図、図5は掻き混ぜ手段の構成を示す図、図6は図4の矢印VI-VIから見た矢視断面図である。

図7乃至図9を参照して、本発明の特徴部に係る火床3の掻き混ぜ手段の他の実施形態を説明する。
(実施形態3)
図10、図11に、本発明の特徴部に係る火床3の掻き混ぜ手段のさらに他の実施形態の構成を示す。図10(a)は火床3周りの断面図、同(b)は火床3の一部を断面にして示した側面図、同(c)は火床3を下から見た下面図である。図11は、図4矢印VI-VIから見たと同様の本実施形態の矢視断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 多孔板の上にセラミック粒子を層状に敷き詰めて火床を形成し、前記火床に木質ペレットを分散させ、前記多孔板の下側から燃焼用空気を噴出させて前記木質ペレットを燃焼させ、燃焼により発生する灰を燃焼用空気又は燃焼ガスの気流によって下流の二次燃焼空間に排出する木質ペレットの燃焼方法において、
前記多孔板の板面に沿って移動する掻き混ぜ部材を前記セラミック粒子の層内に位置させて移動させることにより、前記火床のセラミック粒子の層を掻き混ぜて、前記火床で形成される燃焼灰のクリンカを砕くことを特徴とする木質ペレットの燃焼方法。 - 多数の孔を有する多孔板と、該多孔板の上にセラミック粒子を層状に敷き詰めて形成された火床と、前記火床に木質ペレットを供給する燃料供給手段と、前記多孔板の孔から前記火床に燃焼用空気を噴出させる空気供給手段と、前記木質ペレットに着火する着火バーナと、前記火床から発生する燃焼ガスを導いて燃焼させる二次燃焼空間とを備えてなる木質ペレットの燃焼機において、
前記セラミック粒子の層内に位置させて前記多孔板の板面に沿って移動する部材により前記火床の前記セラミック粒子の層を掻き混ぜる掻き混ぜ手段を備えたことを特徴とする木質ペレットの燃焼機。 - 請求項2において、
前記掻き混ぜ手段は、前記多孔板に沿って移動可能に支持して前記セラミック粒子の層内に設けられた直状の移動部材と、該移動部材に直交させて固定され前記多孔板に沿って設けられた掻き混ぜ部材と、前記火床の外部に引き出された前記移動部材の一端に連結された駆動部を備えてなることを特徴とする木質ペレットの燃焼機。 - 請求項3において、
前記掻き混ぜ部材は、前記移動部材に直交させて固定された棒状部材と、該棒状部材から前記火床の上方に向けて起立して設けられたピン部材とから形成されてなることを特徴とする木質ペレットの燃焼機。 - 請求項2において、
前記火床は、前記多孔板に対して鉛直に配置された一対の側板と、該側板の両端に配置された前面板と後面板とにより囲まれた領域内に前記セラミック粒子を層状に敷き詰めて形成され、
前記多孔板は、前記火床の前面板と後面板に形成されたスリットに前端と後端を挿入して前後に移動可能に支持され、
前記掻き混ぜ手段は、前記火床の一対の側板に対向させて該側板の前後方向に間隔をあけて形成された複数の鉛直方向の長孔と、該長孔に挿入して前記一対の側板に渡して設けられた複数の掻き混ぜ棒と、前記多孔板を前後に移動する駆動部を備えてなることを特徴とする木質ペレットの燃焼機。
