Claims (15)
- 被加工品の連続静電塗装を行う塗装装置のための噴霧装置であって、
塗料を高電圧に帯電するためのデバイスを有し、アクチュエータ(6)及びセンサ(7)を含む部品を包含し、前記部品の少なくとも一部は作動中に高電位にある静電噴霧器(11)と、
外部供給ライン(2)に接続され、少なくとも部分的には前記噴霧器(11)あるいは前記噴霧装置の内部、及び/又は前記塗装装置の部品(10)内あるいは該塗装装置の外部に配置された、変圧器装置(T1〜T3)と、
を備え、
前記変圧器装置(T1〜T3)が、1次及び2次回路間に高電圧絶縁パーツを有し、あるいは高電圧絶縁パーツが前記変圧器装置から前記噴霧装置に繋がる配線中に配置され、 前記変圧器装置(T1〜T3)が、バルブ制御システムを含むセンサ(7)及び/又はアクチュエータ(6)に接続され、前記センサ(7)及び/又は前記アクチュエータ(6)に必要な電力を供給し、前記センサ(7)及び/又は前記アクチュエータ(6)が、前記噴霧装置内に配置され、及び高電位にある、
ことを特徴とする噴霧装置。 - 前記噴霧器(11)の回転噴霧要素のための電気駆動モータ(M)を含む回転噴霧器を備え、
前記モータは、変圧器装置(T1)によって給電され、及び/又は制御される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記噴霧器(11)又は前記塗装装置の可動要素(10)が、前記噴霧装置の前記変圧器装置(T3)によって給電される高電圧発生器(9)を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記変圧器装置(T1〜T3)が、少なくとも部分的には塗装ロボットのアーム(10)内に配置され、
前記アームは、可動要素を形成する、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記ロボットアーム(10)内に配置された前記変圧器装置の一部(14)が作動中に高電位にある、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記変圧器装置の一部(14)が構造的に前記ロボットアーム(10)の本体に組み込まれ、そのために前記ロボットアームの機械的強度に寄与する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の噴霧装置。 - 被加工品の連続静電塗装を行う塗装装置のための噴霧装置であって、
塗料を高電圧に帯電するためのデバイスを有する静電噴霧器(11)と、
作動中に高電位にあり、アクチュエータ(6)及びセンサ(7)を含む部品が配置される領域と、
を備え、
前記噴霧装置のセンサ(7)、アクチュエータ(6)、制御システム、及び/又は他の電気部品によって伝送及び/又は受信された信号が、電気的に絶縁された方法で、高電位にある前記噴霧装置の前記領域(1)に送受信される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記噴霧器(11)に配置された全ての前記アクチュエータ(6)及び前記センサ(7)からの信号が、電気的に絶縁された方法で、高電位にある前記領域(1)に送受信される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の噴霧装置。 - 光ファイバ(OWG)が前記信号の無電位の伝送のために配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の噴霧装置。 - 無線回線(25)が前記信号の前記伝送のために配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。 - Bluetooth(登録商標)システム又はWLANシステムが前記無線回線(25)として使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の噴霧装置。 - 双方向信号伝送が同一の伝送路(OWG、25)上で実施される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記噴霧装置へ伝送され及び/又は前記噴霧装置から伝送された前記信号が変圧器装置の電圧と重畳される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。 - 前記受信信号の正確さを検査するためのシステムが配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。 - 伝送路(OWG、25)を監視し、伝送情報を検査するための監視ソフトウエアを備える電子監視デバイスが配置され、
前記電子監視デバイスは、前記監視ソフトウエアによってエラーが確定された場合にエラーメッセージを生成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の噴霧装置。
