Description
該ガイドチューブは、穿刺針内へ挿入可能な外径を有し、
該ガイドチューブの遠位端が閉塞し、そして該遠位端に、内視鏡に備えられた把持鉗子により把持可能なチップ部を備え、
該ガイドチューブの近位端に、送気装置への接続部を備え、そして
該ガイドチューブが、該可撓性チューブの内腔が送気により加圧された場合に該内腔と外部とを連通することが可能な少なくとも1つの側孔を有する側孔領域を備える。
体表から目的の管腔内までを穿通可能な針長を有する穿刺針、
を備える、気腹形成システムを提供する。
内視鏡を被験者の管腔臓器の管腔内に挿入する工程;
該内視鏡による観察下で、該被験者の体表から該管腔内へ穿刺針を穿通する工程;
該穿刺針の内腔を通して、上記のいずれかのガイドチューブの遠位端を該管腔内に挿入する工程;
該遠位端を該内視鏡に備えられた把持鉗子により把持する工程;
該穿刺針を抜去し、該ガイドチューブの側孔の少なくとも1つを腹腔内に配置させる工程;および
該ガイドチューブの側孔よりガスを該腹腔内へ注入する工程;
を包含する。
内視鏡を被験者の管腔臓器の管腔内に挿入する工程;
該内視鏡による観察下で、該被験者の体表から該管腔内へ穿刺針を穿通する工程;
該穿刺針の内腔を通して、上記のいずれかの項に記載のガイドチューブの遠位端を該管腔内に挿入する工程;
該遠位端を該内視鏡に備えられた把持鉗子により把持する工程;
該穿刺針を抜去し、該ガイドチューブの側孔の少なくとも1つを体腔内に配置させる工程;
該ガイドチューブの側孔よりガスを該体腔内へ注入する工程;
該ガイドチューブを近位方向へ引き、該内視鏡に備えられた管腔壁貫通手段を該管腔の壁に導く工程;および
該管腔壁貫通手段により該管腔の壁に体腔への到達ルートを造設する工程;
を包含する。

Claims (6)
- 内腔を有する可撓性チューブからなる、気腹形成用ガイドチューブであって、
該ガイドチューブが、穿刺針内へ挿入可能な外径を有し、
該ガイドチューブの遠位端が閉塞し、そして該遠位端に、内視鏡に備えられた把持鉗子により把持可能なチップ部を備え、
該ガイドチューブの近位端に、送気装置への接続部を備え、
該ガイドチューブが、該可撓性チューブの内腔が送気により加圧された場合に該内腔と外部とを連通することが可能な少なくとも1つの側孔を有する側孔領域を備え、そして
該側孔領域よりも遠位側および近位側の外表面上に、マーカーを備える、
ガイドチューブ。 - 前記側孔領域の長さが7cmから15cmまでの範囲である、請求項1に記載のガイドチューブ。
- 前記穿刺針が、14Gから18Gのサイズである、請求項1または2に記載のガイドチューブ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかの項に記載のガイドチューブ;および
体表から目的の管腔内までを穿通可能な針長を有する穿刺針、
を備える、気腹形成システム。 - さらに送気装置を備える、請求項4に記載の気腹形成システム。
- さらに内視鏡を備える、請求項4または5に記載の気腹形成システムであって、該内視鏡が、少なくとも観察光学系、照明光学系、把持鉗子、および送気・吸気手段を備える、気腹形成システム。
