Description

該終端部が該径方向へ最も収縮している場合に、該終端部が、管腔壁の組織を切開することなく該組織の繊維方向に沿って該組織を押し分けることが可能な先端を形成し、そして
該基端部が、該導管に接続され、そして該導管と略同等の内径を有するように該径方向に拡張されている。

Claims (4)
- 管腔壁穿刺用オーバーチューブであって、
手術器具を通すための内腔を有しそして管腔内に挿入可能な可撓性の導管、および該導管の遠位端にスリーブを備え、
該スリーブが、基端部と終端部とを有し、該基端部から該終端部まで延びる軸線方向の内腔を有し、そして該スリーブの内腔の径方向へ拡張可能な編み込まれたメッシュであり、
該終端部が該径方向へ最も収縮している場合に、該終端部が、管腔壁の組織を切開することなく該組織の繊維方向に沿って該組織を押し分けることが可能な先端を形成し、そして
該基端部が、該導管に接続され、そして該導管と略同等の内径を有するように該径方向に拡張されている、
オーバーチューブ。 - 前記スリーブが、形状記憶材料でなり、そして該形状が、前記径方向へ最も収縮した形状である、請求項1に記載のオーバーチューブ。
- 前記スリーブが、前記径方向へ最も収縮した場合に、前記終端部の該径方向の外径が2.0mm以下である、請求項1または2に記載のオーバーチューブ。
- 前記手術器具が内視鏡である、請求項1から3のいずれかの項に記載のオーバーチューブ。
