Claims (13)
- 固定子鉄心にコイルが巻かれた固定子と、該固定子と所定間隙をもって対向配置されると共に、回転子鉄心の外周部に形成された永久磁石スロットに永久磁石が埋設されてなる回転子とを備えた永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記永久磁石スロットが、前記回転子鉄心の外周部に配置されると共に、前記回転子鉄心内の周方向に沿って1極当たり少なくとも4つに分割され、
かつ、各分割された前記永久磁石スロット内の各々に永久磁石が埋設されると共に、前記回転子鉄心の外周部において、分割された周方向の各永久磁石間に連結部が形成され、
前記連結部の内、1極の中央部にある連結部の連結幅と、隣接する極性が異なる極間となる連結部の連結幅とが、それ以外の連結幅より大きく形成されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記永久磁石が埋設された前記各永久磁石スロットの端部に曲線部を設け、該曲線部の1極分が交互に極性を変え周方向に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
1極の中央となる前記永久磁石スロットの回転子外周側端部と前記回転子の外周との距離と、隣接する極性が異なる極間の前記永久磁石スロットの回転子外周側端部と前記回転子の外周側との距離をそれぞれa1とし、前記回転子の半径をrとしたとき、a1/rを0.015以上0.0177以下にしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子の極性が異なる極間となる回転子外周部に凹部を設けたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項4に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記凹部に隣接する永久磁石スロットの回転子外周側の端部曲率半径を、前記凹部に隣接してない永久磁石スロット端部曲率半径より大きくしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子の分割した永久磁石の配置を前記回転軸側から見てハの字状に配置し、ハの字状を構成する開き角度をθとした時、θを120°≦θ≦150°としたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子の分割した永久磁石を収める永久磁石スロットの端部形状を左右非対称にしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子の分割した永久磁石を全て同一寸法にしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子の分割した永久磁石の配置を周方向に沿って配置し、かつ分割した永久磁石の回転子径方向の位置を全て同一にしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
前記回転子の永久磁石を収める永久磁石スロット内で永久磁石を分割したことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
1極の中心にある前記連結幅と隣接する極性が異なる極間となる連結幅をaとし、それ以外の前記連結幅をbとしたとき、a/b比を1.4以上1.6以下にしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の永久磁石式回転電機において、
1極の中央となる前記永久磁石スロットの回転子外周側端部と回転子外周からの距離と、隣接する極性が異なる極間の前記永久磁石スロットの回転子外周側端部と回転子外周からの距離をa1とし、このa1を0.9以上1.1以下にしたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機。 - 永久磁石式回転電機とエンジンを備え、前記エンジンが駆動することで前記永久磁石式回転電機で発電する永久磁石式回転電機システムにおいて、
前記永久磁石式回転電機を、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の永久磁石式回転電機としたことを特徴とする永久磁石式回転電機システム。
