Description
−3mmの厚さをもつ外部ガラス基材10、
−ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)および/またはポリウレタン(PU)から作製され、以下に外部中間層11と呼ばれる、3から9mmの間の厚さをもつプラスチック中間層、
−8または10mmの厚さをもつ中間ガラス基材12、
−2から5mmの厚さをもつ、標準的なやや硬質なPVBシート13ならびに
−6または8mmの厚さをもつ内部ガラス基材14
である。
−ポリマー中間層は、20℃で200Hzにおいて、高められた音響減衰特性、すなわち、0.6以上の損失係数tanδおよび2×107N/m2未満の剛性率G’を有する材料を含み、
−ポリマー中間層の片側に置かれた第1のガラス基材の重量は、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上であり、ポリマー中間層の反対側に置かれた他の要素のすべての重量も、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上である
ことを特徴とする。
−ポリマー中間層は、20℃で200Hzにおいて、高められた音響減衰特性、すなわち、0.6以上の損失係数tanδおよび2×107N/m2未満の剛性率G’を有する材料を含み、
−ポリマー中間層の片側に置かれた第1のガラス基材の重量は、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上であり、ポリマー中間層の反対側に置かれた他の要素のすべての重量も、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上である
ことを特徴とする。
−窓ガラスが、その意図された最終的な位置に搭載される際に、例えば、外側と接することを意図され、好ましくは5mmの厚さを有する第1のガラス基材20、
−防音性PVBから作製され、好ましくは3mmを超えない厚さを有する防音性ポリマー中間層21、
−好ましくは10mmの厚さを有する中間ガラス基材22、
−好ましくは5mmの厚さを有し、標準的な非防音性のPVBである、ある程度PVBから作製された硬質基材23および
−例えば、窓ガラスがはめ込まれる装置の内側に接することを意図され、好ましくは6mmの厚さを有するさらなるガラス基材24
である。
−5mmの厚さをもつ第1のガラス基材20、
−0.38mmの厚さをもつ防音性PVBから作製されたプラスチック中間層21、
−10mmの中間ガラス基材22、
−5mmの厚さをもつ標準的なPVBから作製された硬質基材23および
−6mmの厚さをもつさらなるガラス基材24
を含む。
−5mmの厚さをもつ第1のガラス基材10、
−2mmの厚さをもつPUから作製されたプラスチック中間層11、
−10mmの中間ガラス基材12、
−5mmの厚さをもつPVBから作製された硬質基材13および
−6mmの厚さをもつさらなるガラス基材14
を含む他の窓ガラス(曲線Ccomp3)と比較された。
Claims (9)
- 高められた防音特性を有し、第1のガラス基材(20)、少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層(21)、第2のガラス基材(22)、プラスチック基材(23)および第3のガラス基材(24)を含み、
ポリマー中間層(21)は、20℃で200Hzにおいて、高められた音響減衰特性、すなわち、0.6以上の損失係数tanδおよび2×107N/m2未満の剛性率G’を有する材料を含み、
ポリマー中間層(21)の片側に置かれた第1のガラス基材(20)の重量は、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上であり、ポリマー中間層(21)の反対側に置かれた他の要素のすべての重量も、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上である
ことを特徴とする防音性窓ガラス。 - 高められた防音特性を有し、第1のガラス基材(20)、少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層(21)、ならびに厚さが少なくとも15mmの様々な合わされたガラス基材およびプラスチック層を含み、
ポリマー中間層(21)は、20℃で200Hzにおいて、高められた音響減衰特性、すなわち、0.6以上の損失係数tanδおよび2×107N/m2未満の剛性率G’を有する材料を含み、
ポリマー中間層(21)の片側に置かれた第1のガラス基材(20)の重量は、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上であり、ポリマー中間層の反対側に置かれた他の要素のすべての重量も、窓ガラスの全重量の20%以上である
ことを特徴とする防音性窓ガラス。 - 前記プラスチック基材(23)が、20℃で200Hzにおいて、0.6未満の損失係数tanδまたは2×10 7 N/m 2 以上の剛性率G’を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
- ポリマー中間層(21)の両側に接合された第1のガラス基材(20)および第2のガラス基材(22)が、同じ厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
- 第1のガラス基材(20)が、3から8mmの間の厚さを有すること、ポリマー中間層(21)が、少なくとも0.38mmの厚さを有すること、ならびに防音性窓ガラスが、少なくとも、第1の基材の反対側のポリマー中間層(21)に接して置かれた5から10mmの間の厚さをもつガラス基材(22)、プラスチック基材(23)および3から10mmの間の厚さをもつさらなるガラス基材(24)から形成される積層された組合せを、第1のガラス基材(20)の反対側に、ポリマー中間層(21)に接合されて含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
- ポリマー中間層(21)が、20℃で200Hzにおいて0.6以上の損失係数tanδおよび2×10 7 N/m 2 未満の剛性率G’を有する防音性ポリビニルブチラールをベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
- ポリマー中間層(21)が、20℃で200Hzにおいて0.6以上の損失係数tanδおよび2×10 7 N/m 2 未満の剛性率G’を有する少なくとも1つの防音性ポリビニルブチラール層、ならびに、20℃で200Hzにおいて0.6未満の損失係数tanδまたは2×10 7 N/m 2 以上の剛性率G’を有するポリウレタンおよび/または標準的ポリビニルブチラール層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
- プラスチック基材(23)が、1から10mmの間の厚さを有し、20℃で200Hzにおいて0.6未満の損失係数tanδまたは2×10 7 N/m 2 以上の剛性率G’を有する標準的ポリビニルブチラール製またはポリウレタン製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
- 航空機の窓ガラス、自動車の窓ガラス、鉄道の窓ガラスまたは建築物の窓ガラスを構成することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の防音性窓ガラス。
