Description
Claims (1)
- ロール・ツー・ロールプロセスによって、ガス拡散層を組み込んだガスケット(GIG)燃料電池サブアセンブリを作製する方法であって、
熱及び圧力のうちの一方又は両方によって加工可能であり、離間した開口を有する熱/圧力加工可能な材料を、固着ステーションに移送する工程と、
第1のガスケット層の離間した開口に関連して配設されるガス拡散層を有する、前記第1のガスケット層を、前記固着ステーションに移送する工程と、
前記熱/圧力加工可能な材料を、前記第1のガスケット層及び前記ガス拡散層に整合させる工程と、
前記固着ステーションで、前記熱/圧力加工可能な材料を、前記第1のガスケット層及び前記ガス拡散層に固着する工程であって、前記熱/圧力加工可能な材料は、固着後、前記ガス拡散層を前記第1のガスケット層に付着させる第2のガスケット層を形成する、固着する工程と、を含む、方法。
