Claims (2)
- 1.0〜6.0重量%の亜鉛(Zn)と、0.2〜2.0重量%の軽希土類とを含有し、残部がマグネシウム(Mg)及び不可避不純物からなるマグネシウム合金に、450℃〜350℃の温度範囲で粗圧延を行い、この粗圧延より低く且つ300℃を越える温度範囲で中間圧延を行い、この中間圧延より低く且つ300℃以下の温度範囲で仕上げ圧延及び2段ロール矯正を最終的に圧延率が35%を越える範囲となるまで行い、前記マグネシウム合金を板厚が3mm以下,結晶粒径が10μm以下の均一微細粒子からなる薄板状に成形することを特徴とする展伸用マグネシウム薄板の製造方法。
- 前記軽希土類に、セリウム(Ce)やランタン(La)、ネオジム(Nd)、プラセオジム(Pr)のいずれかを採用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の展伸用マグネシウム薄板の製造方法。
