Claims (9)
- レーザー光を発振する光源と、
前記レーザー光を第1及び第2波長に共振させる第1及び第2共振器と、
前記光源から発振される前記レーザー光を前記第1及び第2共振器に分離して供給し、前記第1及び第2共振器から各々共振される前記第1及び第2波長のレーザー光を前記光源に再びフィードバックするカプラーと、
前記第1及び第2共振器は前記カプラーから分岐される第2及び第3光ファイバーと、前記第2及び第3光ファイバーに各々連結される第1及び第2ブラッグ格子と、
前記第1及び第2共振器は前記第1及び第2ブラッグ格子を引っ張る少なくとも1つの変換ステージと、
を含み、
前記第1及び第2共振器は前記第1及び第2波長のレーザー光を各々安定化する安定化レーザー光を供給する第1及び第2安定化光源と、前記第1及び第2安定化光源を前記第2及び第3光ファイバーに各々連結する第1及び第2共振カプラーをさらに含み、前記第1及び第2安定化光源はファブリーペローレーザーダイオードを含む光ファイバーレーザー。 - 前記第1及び第2ブラッグ格子は各々光ファイバーブラッグ格子またはポリマーブラッグ格子を含む請求項1に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 前記第1及び第2安定化光源と、前記第1及び第2共振カプラーとの間に各々形成される第1及び第2アイソレータを含む請求項1に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 前記カプラーは光ファイバーカプラー、導波路カプラーまたは多重モード干渉カプラーの中で何れか1つを含む請求項1に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 光源は、前記カプラーに連結された第1光ファイバーと、前記第1光ファイバーにポンプ光を供給するポンプ光源と、前記カプラーからフィードバックされる前記第1及び第2波長の前記レーザー光を出力する出力端を含む請求項1に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 前記光源は、前記ポンプ光源と前記第1光ファイバーを結合する入力カプラーと、前記出力端及び前記第1光ファイバーを結合する出力カプラーをさらに含む請求項5に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 前記第1光ファイバーは、前記出力カプラー、前記入力カプラー及び前記カプラーを連結する循環リングからなる請求項6に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 前記光源は、前記第1光ファイバーで前記入力カプラーから前記出力カプラーに進行される前記ポンプ光をフィルタリングする少なくとも1つのアイソレータをさらに含む請求項7に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
- 光源は、前記カプラーに連結された第1光ファイバーと、前記第1光ファイバーに形成された半導体光増幅器を含む請求項1に記載の光ファイバーレーザー。
