Claims (6)
- 熱伝導率が良好で電気絶縁性を有する素線保持体の周囲に螺旋溝を形成し、該螺旋溝は平行に2列に形成し、2列の前記螺旋溝にそれぞれ別の金属素線を埋設し、前記金属素線は前記素線保持体の先端の遠端において短絡させると共に、前記素線保持体を保護管中に間隙を設けずに挿入したことを特徴とする測温抵抗体。
- 前記金属素線を埋設した螺旋溝を絶縁材により封止したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測温抵抗体。
- 前記金属素線の2つの近端及び前記遠端同士の短絡部から各1本ずつ計3本の前記リード線を引き出したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測温抵抗体。
- 前記金属素線の2つの近端及び前記遠端同士の短絡部から各2本ずつ計6本の前記リード線を引き出したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測温抵抗体。
- 前記遠端に接続した前記リード線は、前記素線保持体の中心に設けた中心孔を通して引き出したことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の測温抵抗体。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1つの請求項に記載の2つの測温抵抗体を用い、一方の測温抵抗体を加熱ヒータとして、他方の測温抵抗体を測温センサとして使用した熱式流量計。
