Claims (3)
- 金属チタンまたは金属チタンを主体とする合金材からなるチタン線を軟鋼でコートし、冷間伸線により縮径し、得られた縮径コート線を600〜700℃で3〜8分間焼鈍し、
得られた焼鈍コート線を複数本束にして、軟鋼からなる金属管に入れ、ついで
金属管ごと50m以上伸線加工し、
前記焼鈍においては、前記伸線加工中に[コート線の引っ張り強さ<金属管の引っ張り強さ]を満たす程度まで軟化させ、断面減少率が85%以上になるように伸線する、
チタン繊維の製造法。 - 得られたチタン繊維が、絡合または編組することにより細胞培養担体または生体組織誘導型スカフォールド材料の全体または一部を構成するために用いられる請求項1記載のチタン繊維の製造法。
- 請求項1の製造法によって製造されたチタン繊維であって、表面に微小な突起を有するチタン繊維。
