Claims (8)
- 金属チタンまたは金属チタンを主体とする合金材からなるチタン線を軟鋼パイプからなるコート材でコートして縮径し、
得られたコート線を600〜700℃で3〜8分間焼鈍し、
焼鈍したコート線を複数本束にして、軟鋼からなる金属管に入れ、
金属管ごと50m以上伸線加工し、
前記焼鈍においては前記伸線加工中に[コート線の引っ張り強さ<金属管の引っ張り強さ]を満たす程度まで軟化させ、
ついで金属管およびコート材を酸で溶解除去する、
チタン長繊維の製造法。 - 前記伸線加工のとき、金属管ごと70m以上、伸線する請求項1記載のチタン長繊維の製造法。
- 前記コート線を複数本束にして金属管に入れた後、伸線加工の前に、スエージング加工により減面率15〜25%まで縮径する請求項1記載のチタン長繊維の製造法。
- 前記金属管ごと複数本のコート線を伸線加工した後、酸で溶解する前に、圧延して異形断面とする請求項1記載のチタン長繊維の製造法。
- 前記伸線加工後、溶解除去する前に、
得られたチタン長繊維を、短辺1に対し、長辺比が2〜8.5倍の扁平な断面形状に圧延加工する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のチタン長繊維の製造法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかの製造法によって製造されたチタン長繊維であって、絡合または編組することで細胞培養担体の全体または一部を構成するチタン長繊維。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの製造法によって製造されたチタン長繊維であって、絡合または編組することで生体組織誘導型スカフォールドの全体または一部を構成するチタン長繊維。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかの製造法によって製造されたチタン長繊維を1本用い、絡合または編組することで生体組織誘導型スカフォールドの全体または一部を構成するチタン長繊維。
