Description
Claims (20)
- 加熱式ハンドルグリップであって、
取付用の穴とインタフェース部材とを備えた内部筐体と、
その筐体内に取り付けるプリント回路基板と、
ハンドルバーへの取付構造と内部筐体への取付構造を備えたベゼルと、
そのベゼルに取り付ける制御ノブと、
プリント回路基板と動作可能な形で接続された、少なくとも一つのハンドルグリップのための加熱用抵抗素子と、
プリント回路基板に搭載された、加熱用抵抗素子への電力供給を制御するための制御回路と、
絶縁された内部筐体の外側の溝と、
を有する加熱式ハンドルグリップ。 - 当該の加熱用抵抗素子が、薄いポリマー製フィルム又は強化ポリマー製複合材上に取り付けられた加熱素子用プリント配線で構成されており、そのような加熱パッドが、ハンドルグリップ内に取り付けられている請求項1に記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 更に、加熱用抵抗素子と隣接して取り付けられた温度センサーを有する請求項1又は2に記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 更に、制御ノブ、ベゼル及び筐体と、制御ノブとベゼルの間及びベゼルと筐体の間の少なくとも二つの封止構成とによって構成される、湿気の進入に対する蛇行した通路を有する請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 更に、プリント回路基板と筐体の間に衝撃吸収層を有する請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 更に、プリント回路基板に直に取り付けるとともに、当該の取付用の窪みに取り付けられているポテンショメーターを有する請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該のベゼルと制御ノブが、更に、使用者に触覚によるフィードバックを提供するために取り付けられた移動止めを有する請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の移動止めが、少なくとも一つのローラとばねを有する請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の移動止めが、ベゼルと制御ノブの中の一方における曲がった部分又はローラを備えた板ばねと、ベゼルと制御ノブの中の他方における、その曲がった部分又はローラに対するインタフェース部材とで構成される請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の制御回路が、比較器と、その比較器と動作可能な形で接続された二つの抵抗回路とを有する請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 更に、制御ノブとベゼルにおける対を成す挟み嵌め式コネクタを有する請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の内部筐体が絶縁されている請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の移動止めが、制御ノブとベゼルの間に取り付けられた二つのローラとばねを有する請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の制御回路が、制御ノブの設定に応じて、加熱用抵抗素子に電力を供給するように構成された比較器回路を有する請求項1から13までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 更に、加熱用抵抗素子に隣接して取り付けられた温度センサーが配備されており、当該の制御回路が、制御ノブの設定と温度センサーの温度に応じて、加熱用抵抗素子に電力を供給するように構成されている請求項1から14までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該のベゼルと内部筐体が、更に、第一の封止構成用取付部分と第二の封止構成用取付部分を有し、第一の封止構成用取付部分が制御ノブとベゼルに隣接し、第二の封止構成用取付部分がベゼルと内部筐体に隣接しており、制御ノブ、第一の封止構成、ベゼル、第二の封止構成及び内部筐体が、湿気の進入に対する蛇行した通路を構成している請求項1から15までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 第一の封止構成用取付部分と第二の封止構成用取付部分が、ベゼルにおける溝を有する請求項1から16までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- 当該の封止構成用取付部分が、制御ノブ、ベゼル及び内部筐体の中の少なくとも一つにおける溝を有する請求項1から17までのいずれか一つに記載の加熱式ハンドルグリップ。
- ハンドルグリップの加熱方法であって、この方法が、
薄いポリマー製フィルム上に取り付けられた加熱用プリント配線を有する加熱パッドを準備し、このフィルムが、任意選択により、ガラス繊維で強化されており、この加熱パッドを自動二輪車のハンドルグリップ内に取り付ける工程と、
この加熱パッドをハンドルグリップ内の制御回路と接続する工程と、
この制御回路に温度センサーを接続する工程と、
この制御回路を用いて、加熱パッドを加熱する工程と、
この温度センサーを用いて、加熱パッドへの電力供給を制御する工程と、
更に、この温度センサーを前記のフィルムに取り付ける工程或いは前記のフィルムに導線又は導電性プリント配線を取り付ける工程と、
を有する方法。 - 更に、ハンドルグリップ上の制御ノブとベゼルを用いて、当該の加熱パッドへの電力供給を制御し、この制御ノブとベゼルが、更に、使用者に触覚によるフィードバックを提供するための移動止めを備えている工程を有する請求項19に記載の方法。
