Claims (3)
- 電気機械変換器(2;102)と、圧力媒体供給源(13;113)に接続されていてシリンダ(8;108)とそのシリンダ内で動作軸(5;105)に沿って摺動可能なピストン(9;109)を有している油圧機械式の出力段(10;110)を備えてなり、前記油圧機械式の出力段に付属していて少なくとも部分的に前記ピストン(9;109)の内部に配置されるとともに誘導孔内で前記動作軸に沿って摺動可能に誘導されるスプール弁(23;123)に対して前記電気機械変換器が作用し、油圧式のシーケンス制御を形成するために前記誘導孔上に設けられた対応する第2リーディングエッジ(39a,39b;139a;139b)と協働作用する2つの第1リーディングエッジ(38a,38b;138a,138b)を前記スプール弁が有してなる電動油圧昇圧機であり、前記誘導孔をシリンダに固定された第1の区域(25;125)と動作軸(5;105)に沿って変位可能で第2のリーディングエッジ(39a,39b;139a;139b)を備えている第2の区域(27;127)からなる二分割式に構成し、前記誘導孔の第1の区域(25;125)をシリンダ(8;108)内に挿入されたガイドスリーブ(29;129)内に形成し、前記誘導孔の第2の区域(27)をピストンに固定して構成することによって油圧機械式の出力段(10)を一段式に構成し、ガイドスリーブ(29)の外面(32)がピストン(9)の袋孔(31)の内面(33)に気密に接合することを特徴とする電動油圧昇圧機。
- ガイドスリーブ(29;129)の外面上を少なくとも部分的に油圧液が通流し、好適には環状の油圧動作空間(20;120)によって被包することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動油圧昇圧機。
- 電動リニア直結駆動装置(7;107)の可動子(12;112)を油圧機械式の出力段(10;110)のシリンダ(8;108)と気密に結合されて電動リニア直結駆動装置の固定子(52;152)を貫通しているブシュ(B)内に収容し、そのブシュの内部空間を油圧機械式の出力段の油圧液を含有している低圧空間(46;146)と接続することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動油圧昇圧機。
