Claims (14)
- 生体の表面を介して物質を移送する無針経皮移送装置であって、
前記物質を保持するチャンバと、
前記チャンバに流体連通するノズルと、
前記チャンバに移送される前記物質を貯蔵する薬剤貯蔵部と、
前記チャンバに連通する、制御可能なローレンツ力電磁式アクチュエータであって、電気的入力を受けることにより前記物質を前記チャンバから前記生体に無針移送する力を生成するアクチュエータと、
を備えており、
前記アクチュエータは、前記電気的入力の変化に応じて可変に前記力を生成し、かつ、前記薬剤貯蔵部から前記物質を取り出し、正確に制御されて制御可能な量の前記物質を前記チャンバに移動させる、
無針経皮移送装置。 - 請求項1において、さらに、前記薬剤貯蔵部内の前記物質を自動的に加圧して、該物質を前記薬剤貯蔵部から前記チャンバ内に移送する圧力源を備える無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アクチュエータが、可動コイル装置と固定磁石とを備えている無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、前記アクチュエータが、可動磁石装置と固定コイル装置とを備えている無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項3において、前記アクチュエータにより前記コイル装置内で生成された前記力が、前記アクチュエータが受け取った前記電気的入力の変化に応じて動的に変化可能である無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、前記制御可能な電磁式アクチュエータが、二方向性のものであり、第1の電気的入力に応答して正方向の力を生成し、第2の電気的入力に応答して負方向の力を生成する無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、前記電磁式のアクチュエータが、前記物質を前記ノズルを介して押し出し、前記生体の前記表面を貫通するのに十分な速度の噴流を生成する無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記電気的入力の生成に使用される再充電可能な電源装置を備える無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記物質を前記ノズルから押し出して供給するピストンを備える無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、位置センサからのフィードバックに応じて前記アクチュエータの位置を自動的に調整するプロセッサを備える無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、前記制御可能な電磁式のアクチュエータに電気的に連通して前記電気的入力を供給するサーボコントローラを備える無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、複数の独立した無針移送を、短い時間間隔で連続的に行うことが可能である無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項1において、さらに、自動的に充填を行う間に前記ノズルを密封する手段を備える無針経皮移送装置。
- 請求項13において、前記ノズルを密封する手段が、前記チャンバに前記物質を充填する際に閉じて、前記物質を射出する際に開く、自動的に制御される、前記ノズルに設けられたフリップキャップを有する無針経皮移送装置。
