Claims (1)
- Pdナノ粒子のコアをFe2O3ナノ粒子のシェルが被覆するFe2O3/Pdナノ粒子を水素還元熱処理することにより、FePdナノ粒子のコアをFeナノ粒子のシェルが被覆するFe/FePdナノコンポジット磁石の製造方法において、
上記水素還元熱処理を磁場中で行うことを特徴とするFe/FePdナノコンポジット磁石の製造方法。
