Description
少なくともヨウ化水素酸/酢酸/水を含む3成分系の原液Dから蒸留法にてヨウ化水素酸を濃縮分離する前に、図示しないオスマー気液平衡蒸留装置を用いて、この原液の48mmHgの定圧での気液平衡組成を測定した。
内径が22mm、塔の高さが1mの図示しない磁製ラシヒ充填塔を付した1L蒸留フラスコを用いた蒸留法にて実廃液を原液Dとしてヨウ化水素酸を濃縮した。
内径が25mm、塔の高さが1.5mの図示しない磁製ラシヒ充填塔を付した1L蒸留フラスコを用いて、上記(2)で得られた濃縮液Cの全量を原液Dとして蒸留精製した。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも水、酢酸および無機ヨウ素化合物を含む被処理液から電気透析法によりヨウ化水素酸を濃縮分離する
ことを特徴とするヨウ化水素酸の製造方法。 - 少なくとも水、酢酸およびヨウ化水素酸を含む被処理液から蒸留法によりヨウ化水素酸を濃縮分離する
ことを特徴とするヨウ化水素酸の製造方法。 - 少なくとも水、酢酸および無機ヨウ素化合物を含む被処理液から電気透析法によりヨウ化水素酸を濃縮分離してヨウ化水素酸濃縮液とする濃縮分離工程と、
この濃縮分離工程にて得られたヨウ化水素酸濃縮液を蒸留精製する精製工程と
を具備したことを特徴とするヨウ化水素酸の製造方法。 - 少なくとも水、酢酸およびヨウ化水素酸を含む被処理液から蒸留法によりヨウ化水素酸を濃縮分離してヨウ化水素酸濃縮液とする濃縮分離工程と、
この濃縮分離工程にて得られたヨウ化水素酸濃縮液を蒸留精製する精製工程と
を具備したことを特徴とするヨウ化水素酸の製造方法。 - 無機ヨウ素化合物は、ヨウ化水素酸およびヨウ化水素酸のアルカリ塩の少なくともいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または3記載のヨウ化水素酸の製造方法。
