Description
Claims (16)
- バッテリーであって:
複数のバッテリーセル;
前記複数のバッテリーセルを直列に接続するためのコネクタ;および、
各々が、それぞれ1つ以上の前記複数のバッテリーセルによって電力供給される複数のセル信号装置;を備え、
各セル信号装置は、セル信号装置に電力供給する1つまたは複数のセルへ接続可能な電力入力端子、および前記電力入力端子を介して前記コネクタへ信号を送信するために前記電力入力端子を通って接続される指令送信器を備えるバッテリー。 - 各セル信号装置は、前記並列入力端子を横切る前記指令送信器と並列に接続され、前記電力入力端子を介して前記コネクタから指令を受信するよう動作可能な指令受信器を備える請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- バッテリーであって:
複数のバッテリーセル;
前記複数のバッテリーセルを直列に接続するためのコネクタ;および、
各々が、それぞれ1つ以上の前記複数のバッテリーセルによって電力供給される複数のセル信号装置;を備え、
各セル信号装置は、セル信号装置に電力供給する1つまたは複数のセルへ接続可能な電力入力端子、および前記電力入力端子を介して前記コネクタからの通信を受信するために前記電力入力端子を通って接続される指令受信器を備えるバッテリー。 - 前記指令送信器は、送信されるためのデータを有する搬送信号を変調するよう動作可能である請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記指令送信器は、送信されるべきデータに従って前記搬送信号を周波数変調するよう動作可能である請求項4に記載のバッテリー。
- 各指令受信器は、前記データを取出すために前記コネクタから前記受信通信を復調するよう動作可能である請求項2または3に記載の請求項によるバッテリー。
- 前記搬送信号の周波数は、前記送信された搬送信号が電解質を通過しないように前記バッテリーセルの電解質に関連して選択される請求項4または5に記載のバッテリー。
- 各セル信号装置は、セル信号装置に電力供給する1つまたは複数のセルの状態を示す信号を、センサから受信するよう動作可能な少なくとも1つのセンサ入力端子を備える請求項1から7の何れかに記載のバッテリー。
- バッテリー全体を監視するためのバッテリー集中監視システムを更に備え、前記セル信号装置の各々が前記コネクタを介して前記バッテリー集中監視システムと通信できるよう動作可能である、請求項1から8の何れかに記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バッテリ集中監視システムは、前記複数のセル信号装置の各々を順次ポーリングするよう動作可能であり、そしてポーリングされると、各セル信号装置は、前記セル信号装置に電力供給するセルの状態を示す信号を、前記コネクタを介して前記バッテリ集中監視システムへ戻すよう動作可能である請求項9に記載のバッテリー。
- 各セル信号装置は、前記コネクタからの通信を受信し、前記コネクタへの通信を送信するよう動作可能なマイクロコントローラを備える請求項1から10の何れかに記載のバッテリー。
- 前記セル信号装置に電力供給する1つまたは複数のセルへ接続可能な電力入力端子;および、前記電力入力端子を介して通信リンクへ信号を送信するために、前記電力入力端子を通って接続される指令送信器;を備える請求項1から11の何れかに記載のバッテリーで用いるためのセル信号装置。
- 前記電力入力端子を通る前記指令送信器と並列に接続され、前記電力入力端子を介して通信リンクから通信を受信するよう動作可能な通信受信器を更に備える請求項12に記載のセル信号装置。
- 前記セル信号装置に電力供給する1つまたは複数のセルへ接続可能な電力入力端子;および、前記電力入力端子を介して通信リンクからの通信を受信するために、前記電力入力端子を通って接続される通信受信器;を備える請求項1から11の何れかに記載のバッテリーで用いるためのセル信号装置。
- 前記バッテリーセルの端子は、前記セル信号装置の電力入力端子へ接続可能であるバッテリーセルと組合せた請求項12から14の何れかに記載のセル信号装置。
- コネクタによって直列接続される複数のバッテリーセル間で信号を送るための信号方法であって:
各々が、それぞれ1つ以上の前記複数のバッテリーセルによって電力供給される複数のセル信号装置を提供し;
セル信号装置へ電力供給する1つまたは複数のセルへ接続される電力入力端子を介して各セル信号装置に電力供給し;
前記電力入力端子を介して前記コネクタから前記セル信号装置へおよびそこから前記コネクタへ信号を送る各ステップを含む方法。
