Claims (12)
- 核燃料ペレットなどのチップを含んでいる場合のある円柱状物体(5)を搬送するように設計され、少なくとも第1の振動スクリーン(14)と第2の振動スクリーン(24)とを備えるコンベヤ装置(10)であって、それぞれのスクリーンは、振動によって前記物体の第1の方向への移動を可能とし、前記第1のスクリーン(14)および前記第2のスクリーン(24)は、一定間隔の平行なバー(16、26)で構成され、その長軸が前記第1の方向を形成し、これらバーは前記移動方向に沿って順次配置され、第2の垂直方向に沿って互いに離間し、前記第2のスクリーン(24)上の移動速度が前記第1のスクリーン(14)上の移動速度よりも速くなるように、各スクリーン(14、24)が互いに独立な振動手段(18、28)に連結された装置。
- 各スクリーンのバーが同種であって、前記第2のスクリーン(24)のバー(26)が前記スクリーンの平面内で、前記第1のスクリーン(14)の前記バー(16)から2分の1ピッチずれている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のスクリーン(14)の上流側に連結されたコリダ(12)をさらに備え、前記第1のスクリーン(14)に向う前記第1の方向に沿って円柱状物体(5)を移動できる、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのポット(30)をさらに備え、前記スクリーン(14、24)の間を通過するチップおよび粉塵を回収するように設計された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記最後のスクリーン(24)の下流側に振動ボウル(32)をさらに備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 核燃料ペレットなどのチップを含んでいる場合のある円柱状物体(5)を整列する方法であって、円柱状物体を第1のスクリーン(14)に配置する段階と、前記第1のスクリーン(14)の終端に向う第1の方向に沿って前記第1のスクリーン(14)を振動することによって物体(5)を移動する段階と、前記第1のスクリーン(14)の下部に配置された第2のスクリーン(24)上に円柱状物体(5)を落とす段階と、前記第2のスクリーン(24)上の物体(5)をスクリーンの振動によって移動する段階とを含み、前記第2のスクリーン(24)上の前記物体(5)の移動速度が、前記第1のスクリーン(14)上の前記物体(5)の移動速度よりも速い方法。
- 前記第2のスクリーン(24)が、前記第1のスクリーン(14)から垂直方向に前記物体(5)の長さよりも短い距離(d)離されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 各スクリーン(14、24)が、前記円柱状物体(5)の移動方向に沿って一定のピッチで離隔された平行なバー(16、26)で構成され、前記第2のスクリーン(24)の前記バー(26)が前記スクリーンの平面内で、前記第1のスクリーン(14)内のバー(16)から2分の1ピッチずれている、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のスクリーン(24)の下流側に配置された整列装置(32)へ前記円柱状物体(5)を供給する段階をさらに備えた、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 貯蔵システム(3)から前記第1のスクリーン(14)上に前記円柱状物体(5)を供給する段階をさらに備えた、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーン(14、24)を通過する間に円柱状物体からチップおよび粉塵を取り除く段階をさらに備えた、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 核燃料ペレットを整列するための、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
