Description
損傷領域の上に複合材レイアップを置く工程と、
損傷領域の上に少なくとも一つの圧力室を配置する工程であって、圧力室は変位可能なアバットメントフェースを含む、工程と、
圧力室を通して昇温昇圧下で流体を循環させ、これにより、圧力室のアバットメントフェースと複合材との間のレイアップを圧縮すると共にその温度を上昇させてレイアップの硬化を行う工程と、を備えた方法が提供される。
2つの別個の金属コンポーネントを近接した関係に配置し、これにより、それらの間に接着領域を提供する、工程と、
少なくとも一つの金属セクション及び接着剤を含む接着材料を接合領域に付与する工程と、
接着領域の上に少なくとも一つの圧力室を配置する工程であって、圧力室は変位可能なアバットメントフェースを含む、工程と、
圧力室を通して昇温昇圧下で流体を循環させ、これにより、圧力室の変位可能なアバットメントフェースで接着領域を圧縮し、その温度を上昇させて接着領域の接着を行う、工程と、を備えた方法が提供される。
二つの別個のコンポーネントを近接した関係に配置することにより提供された接合領域の上に圧力室を配置するための配置手段と、
接合領域を圧縮してその硬化又は接着を行うために、少なくとも一つの圧力室を通して昇温昇圧下で流体を循環させるための流体循環手段と、を備えた装置が提供される。
各圧力室を通して昇温昇圧下で流体を循環させ、これにより、それぞれの圧力室の変位可能なアバットメントフェースでフランジ部を圧縮すると共にその温度を上昇させてフランジ部の金属パネルへの接着を行う、工程と、を備えた方法が提供される。
互いに離間して平行な関係で配置された一対の細長の圧力室であって、各圧力室は変位可能なアバットメントフェースを持つ、一対の細長の圧力室を含み、
セクションの中央チャネル部は、セクションのフランジ部の上に各圧力室のアバットメントフェースをそれぞれ配置可能なようにして、圧力室同士の間に配置可能であり、フランジ部を金属パネルに圧縮して接着するために各圧力室を通して昇圧昇温下で流体を循環させるための流体循環手段を含む、装置が提供される。
金属複合材料をその間にある接着剤と共に、対向する圧力室の間に配置する工程であって、各圧力室は変位可能なアバットメントフェースを持つ、工程と、
各圧力室を通して昇温症圧下で流体を循環させ、これにより、対向するアバットメントフェースの間の前記金属複合材料を曲げ、成形し、及び圧縮すると共に、前記金属複合材料の温度を上げて前記金属への前記接着剤の接着を行う、工程と、を備えた方法が提供される。
Claims (22)
- 複合材コンポーネントを接合する方法であって、
各々の複合材コンポーネントが硬化されないか又は部分的に硬化された部分を有する、2つの別個の複合材コンポーネント(50,52,53,55,56,70,74)を提供する、工程と、
前記2つの複合材コンポーネント(50,52,53,55)の前記部分同士を互いに近接した関係に配置し、これにより、それらの間に接合領域を提供する、工程と、
前記接合領域の上に、変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)を含む少なくとも一つの圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)を配置する、工程と、
昇温され昇圧された流体を前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)を通して循環させ、これにより、前記圧力室の前記変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)で前記接合領域を圧縮すると共にその温度を上昇させて前記接合領域の硬化を行う、工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。
- 少なくとも硬化樹脂を含む接合材料(64,82)を前記接合領域に付与する工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)内の圧力を周期的に変動させる工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)は、弾性的に変形可能なシート材料で形成された弾性的に変形可能な膜によって提供される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)は、別個の可撓な膨張バッグによって提供される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記接合領域又は接着領域の反対側に変位可能なアバットメントフェース(6)を持つ第2圧力室(4,68,80)を配置する工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 各圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)内の流体圧力は少なくとも略同じである、請求項6記載の方法。
- 接合される前記コンポーネント(50,52,53,55,56,70,74)を少なくとも一つの固定ジグ(72)を用いて整合配置する工程であって、前記少なくとも一つの圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)は前記接合領域上への配置のために移動可能である、工程を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- コンポーネントを接合するための装置と、接合される複数のコンポーネント(50,52,53,55,56,70,74)との組み合わせにおいて、
各々の前記コンポーネント(50,52,53,55,56,70,74)が硬化されないか又は部分的に硬化された部分を有し、
変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)を持つ少なくとも一つの圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)と、
二つの別個のコンポーネント(50,52,53,55,56,70,74)の前記部分同士を近接した関係に配置することにより提供された接合領域の上に前記圧力室を配置するための配置手段(76)と、
前記接合領域を圧縮してその硬化又は接着を行うために、前記少なくとも一つの圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)を通して昇温され昇圧された流体を循環させるための流体循環手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする組み合わせ。
- 前記変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)は、弾性的に変形可能なシート材料で形成された弾性的に変形可能な膜によって提供されている、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)は、別個の可撓な膨張バッグによって提供されている、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記変位可能なアバットメントフェース(5,6)は、前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)の残りの部分に浮動の関係にて支持された剛性のモールドフェースによって提供されている、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記流体循環手段は、流体供給ラインを介して前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)に流体を循環させるための流体ポンプ、及び循環される流体を収容する少なくとも一つの流体リザーバを含む、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記流体リザーバに連通してその内部の流体を加圧するための圧縮ガス源を含む、請求項13記載の組み合わせ。
- 複数の流体リザーバを含み、各リザーバがそれぞれ異なる温度の流体を収容する、請求項13又は14に記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)内で、圧力又は圧力波効果を周期的に変動させるための振動手段を含む、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記振動手段は、前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)に取り付けられたバイブレーターを含む、請求項16記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)への流体の流れを周期的に遮断するための遮断弁の形体の振動手段を含む、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記振動手段は、前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)又はその中を循環する流体に周期的な衝撃力を与えるための周期的衝撃装置を含む、請求項18記載の組み合わせ。
- 接合される前記コンポーネント(50,52,53,55,56,70,74)を整合配置するための少なくとも一つの固定ジグ(72)をさらに含み、前記配置手段は、前記接合領域上への配置のために前記少なくとも一つの圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)を移動可能としている、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記接合領域又は接着領域の両側に配置可能である変位可能なアバットメントフェースを持つ二つの前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)を含む、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
- 前記アバットメントフェース(5,6)に近接し又は前記アバットメントフェースと一体に配置された、少なくとも一つの補助の流体室を含み、流体は、差異化された加熱/冷却のために、前記補助の流体室を介して異なる温度にて前記圧力室(3,4,66,68,80)内の流体に循環される、請求項9記載の組み合わせ。
