Description

The present invention relates to a washing floor used for a unit bath.

For example, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is generally used for a bathroom floor such as a unit bath in which a bathtub and a washing place are configured as one unit. This is because FRP satisfies various requirements such as strength, waterproofness, formability, designability, cost, etc. required for bathroom floors in a well-balanced manner. Material. In particular, in recent years, in order to improve productivity and reduce costs, FRP (SMC: Sheet Molding Compound) pre-processed into a sheet shape is used, and the “FRP monocoque structure” molded by hot pressing it has been adopted. Yes.

In this way, although it is FRP that is the most suitable material around the water, such as in the bathroom, it is impossible to perform simple material recycling such as melting and re-molding because thermosetting resin is used. In addition, the inclusion of volatile organic compounds such as styrene is unavoidable in the production process of materials, and as a result of the formation of a recycling-oriented society and the increase in environmental consideration in recent years, there has been a strong wind for its use. ing.

Against this background, it has also been proposed to employ general-purpose thermoplastic resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene, which are relatively easy to recycle and inexpensive, as an alternative to FRP for bathroom floors.

Thermoplastic general-purpose resins such as polypropylene and polyethylene are more advantageous than FRP in terms of cost and environment, but the material strength is considerably lower than that of FRP, and creep deformation and the like occur with a load over a long period of time. For this reason, in order to improve the material strength of the raw material itself, there can be an idea of improving the FRP based on a thermoplastic resin by mixing glass fiber or the like in the resin. However, adding glass fiber increases the unit price of the material. As a result, the price competitiveness declines despite the use of general-purpose resins. In addition, the recyclability of a composite material mixed with glass fiber or the like is greatly reduced.

Patent Document 1 discloses a waterproof pan provided with a rib-like reinforcing body on the back surface of a floor board made of a thermoplastic resin, and Patent Document 2 discloses a foam resin on the back surface of the base material made of a thermoplastic resin. Although a waterproof pan is disclosed in which a reinforcing material of another member composed of either a metal material or a wooden material is attached and formed, the waterproof pan is actually used as a bathroom floor only by applying such reinforcement. However, if the different member is incorporated into the thermoplastic resin as in Patent Document 2, recycling becomes difficult.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a floor having a waterproof function according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a cross-sectional structure of a main part of the floor according to the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, for example, a floor in a bathroom in a bathroom will be described as an example. The floor according to the present embodiment includes a frame-shaped gantry 11, a plate-shaped gantry 12, a waterproof pan 13, and a surface design sheet 14.

The frame-shaped gantry 11 is installed on a building floor on which a bathroom is installed via support legs 21. The frame-like gantry 11 receives the weight of the plate-like gantry 12, the waterproof pan 13, the wall panel 16, the ceiling panel (not shown), and the dynamic load caused by the movement of a person on the floor at the bottom of the bathroom structure. Functions as a foundation. Therefore, the frame-shaped gantry 11 has sufficient strength, and is configured by combining square members made of steel, for example, vertically and horizontally. Moreover, the lower end part of the support leg 21 has a bolt-like structure screwed into the base part of the support leg 21, and the installation height can be adjusted.

On the frame-shaped mount 11, a plate-shaped mount 12 is fixed by, for example, screwing. The plate-like gantry 12 has a plate shape having substantially the same plane dimensions as the washing floor surface, and plays a role of increasing the mechanical strength of the floor together with the frame-like gantry 11, and also has surface strength (rigidity) against bending and bending of the floor surface. To play a role in improving

The plate-like mount 12 is made of, for example, a sandwich steel plate in which a core material such as a gypsum board, a wooden board, or a hard polyurethane foam is sandwiched between two thin steel plates. These materials have smaller dimensional changes due to temperature changes than resins, have excellent shape stability, and can obtain the accuracy required for assembly. Therefore, members for determining the dimensions in the bathroom, such as the mounting bracket 22 for attaching the column member 15 (represented by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1) serving as a framework of the bathroom, are fixed to the plate-like gantry 12. For example, in the present embodiment, the mounting bracket 22 is fixed to the four corners of the plate-like gantry 12. It should be noted that the bathroom dimension determining member such as the mounting bracket 22 may be similarly fixed to the frame base 11 having excellent dimensional stability and made of steel or the like.

In particular, in the plate-like mount 12 adopting a sandwich steel plate structure, if a core material having excellent heat insulation properties such as hard polyurethane foam or rock wool board is used, it is difficult to cool the floor surface, and the user feels uncomfortable (feeling cold) ) Can be difficult to give.

A waterproof pan 13 is placed and supported on the plate-like mount 12. The waterproof pan 13 is fixed on the plate-like gantry 12 by, for example, a screw, an adhesive, a double-sided tape, an engagement method using elastic deformation of resin, or the like. Alternatively, the waterproof pan 13 may be simply placed on the plate-like gantry 12 without being fixed to the plate-like gantry 12. Even in this case, the displacement in the surface direction of the waterproof pan 13 can be regulated by the mounting brackets 22 fixed to the four corners of the plate-like gantry 12.

The waterproof pan 13 has a waterproof property that prevents hot water from leaking out of the bathroom. The waterproof pan 13 has a shallow container shape, and a drain opening 28 is formed on the bottom surface thereof. Further, a drainage gradient inclined downward from the edge toward the drainage opening 28 is attached to the surface portion of the bottom surface of the waterproof pan 13.

Mechanical strength as a bottom of a person or a structure that supports the weight of an installation on the floor, and floor surface strength (rigidity against bending or bending) are sufficiently ensured by the frame-like gantry 11 and the plate-like gantry 12. Therefore, the waterproof pan 13 only needs to have a waterproof function. For this reason, for example, a thin molded article of a general-purpose resin that is weaker than FRP can be used as the waterproof pan 13, and the strength is increased by providing reinforcing ribs or containing a reinforcing material such as glass fiber. Therefore, it is not necessary to make various devices for the purpose. Therefore, the cost required for the waterproof pan 13 can be reduced compared to the case where FRP is used.

As the waterproof pan 13, for example, a molded product of a general-purpose thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS, or polyvinyl chloride can be used. This molded product may be newly produced from petroleum as a main raw material, or may be a recycled resin regenerated from waste plastic or the like. When the recycled resin is used, the material cost can be further reduced and the resources can be effectively used.

An inspection port is opened at the center of the bottom surface of the waterproof pan 13 (in FIG. 1, a lid 27 for closing the inspection port is shown). An inspection port 23 is also opened at the center of the plate-shaped gantry 12, and the waterproof pan 13 is placed on the plate-shaped gantry 12 with the inspection port 23 and the inspection port formed in the waterproof pan 13 being aligned. Through the inspection port, the height of the support leg 21 provided on the back side of the frame-like gantry 11 can be adjusted, maintenance, and the like can be performed. In the conventional structure having a monocoque structure of FRP and the surface of which is a design surface, if the inspection port is formed, the designability is impaired. In this embodiment, the surface design sheet 14 is placed on the waterproof pan 13 as described later. By laying in, the boundary between the lid 27 and the inspection port can be hidden.

Further, drainage openings 24 and 28 leading to a drain trap (not shown) are formed in each of the plate-like mount 12 and the waterproof pan 13. The drainage led to the drain trap from the drain openings 24 and 28 is drained outside the bathroom through a drain pipe (not shown).

The surface itself of the waterproof pan 13 may be the design surface of the washing floor. However, for example, when inexpensive recycled resin is used, the design may not be excellent, and the cover 27 of the inspection port may be hidden. Alternatively, the surface design sheet 14 may be laid on the surface of the waterproof pan 13. The surface design sheet 14 is also formed with a drainage opening 29 leading to the drainage trap.

As shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, a wall panel 16 constituting the wall of the washing place is erected on the edge of the waterproof pan 13. The side edge part of the wall panel 16 is supported by the column member 15 described above shown in FIG. The boundary between the surface design sheet 14 and the waterproof pan 13 is concealed by the wall panel 16, and the appearance can be prevented from deteriorating due to the boundary surface being exposed on the surface.

As described above, in the present embodiment, functions such as strength, waterproofness, and design required for a bathroom washroom floor are not satisfied by a monocoque structure (integrated structure) made of a single FRP material. By combining separate members that bear the function, the structure as a whole satisfies the strength, waterproofness, and design. Each member only needs to satisfy a single function, and it is possible to use inexpensive general-purpose products with a wide range of material choices. By combining these inexpensive general-purpose products, the overall structure is higher than that of a high-performance FRP monocoque structure. The cost can be reduced.

The frame-shaped gantry 11 and the plate-shaped gantry 12 are responsible for strength, the waterproof pan 13 is responsible for waterproofness, and the surface design sheet 14 is responsible for design. The frame-like gantry 11 and the plate-like gantry 12 are not required to be waterproof or designable, and only have to determine the material and structure in consideration of strength alone. For example, an inexpensive general-purpose structure using steel can be adopted. . The waterproof pan 13 is not required to have strength or design, and a thin molded product of general-purpose resin can be used simply considering only waterproofness. Further, when a thermoplastic resin is used as the resin, the thermoplastic resin can be re-melted and remade when it is no longer needed, and thus has an advantage that it can be easily recycled.

Moreover, since it is not a monolithic structure with a single material, it is easy to add an unprecedented added value. The surface design sheet 14 may be a general-purpose resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, or a finish material that is water resistant, has excellent design properties, and satisfies the function of the surface portion of the bathroom floor. For example, by making the surface design sheet 14 a soft finish or adding a heat insulating function, it is possible to add an added value of a soft and warm texture floor that cannot be realized by an integrated structure of a single FRP material.

In addition, since the material selectivity and the degree of freedom of design are higher than those of a single structure made of a single material, for example, there are various requirements such as low cost requirements and high strength required for building structures or usage conditions. It becomes possible to realize a flexible and optimum combination with respect to the requirements.

As a comparative example, for example, a steel material or the like may be integrated into the resin waterproof pan 13 as a reinforcing material, or the waterproof pan 13 alone may have a structure having both strength and waterproof properties by insert molding. In this case, since the waterproof pan becomes a composite of different materials and cannot be recycled unless the different materials integrated into the resin are separated, the recyclability is impaired. On the other hand, in this embodiment, each member is fixed so as to be separable from each other, for example, by screwing or bonding, and is easy to disassemble at the time of disposal and is excellent in recyclability.

In addition, in the monocoque structure using a single FRP material, the molding method is limited, and the mass production method can be selected only by the hot press manufacturing method that requires a large initial investment. On the other hand, the thermoplastic resin used for the waterproof pan 13 can adopt a low pressure molding method such as injection, vacuum, stamping, blow, etc. with a relatively small mold investment amount. In particular, if applied to a product of a type with less demand (number of shipments), an increase in the investment amount to the sales can be suppressed. The frame-like gantry 11, the plate-like gantry 12, etc. other than the waterproof pan 13 can be configured in a non-mold that basically does not require a production mold.

The floor according to the present embodiment includes a frame-shaped gantry 51, a plate-shaped gantry 52, a waterproof pan 53, and a surface design sheet 60.

The frame-like pedestal 51 is installed on a building floor where a bathroom is installed via support legs 63 (shown in FIG. 5). The frame-like pedestal 51 receives the weight of the plate-like pedestal 52, the waterproof pan 53, the wall panel 16, the ceiling panel (not shown), and the dynamic load caused by the movement of a person on the floor at the bottom of the bathroom structure. Functions as a foundation. The frame-like gantry 51 is configured by, for example, combining two arcuate steel members 51a and two straight rod-like steel members 51b vertically and horizontally.

In the present embodiment, the attachment fittings 54 for attaching the pillar members that are the framework of the bathroom are fixed to the end portions of the arched steel members 51 a located at the four corners of the frame-like pedestal 51.

On the frame-like gantry 51, for example, a plate-like gantry 52 is fixed by screwing or the like. The plate-like pedestal 52 is a deck plate formed into a waveform in which concave portions and convex portions are alternately repeated in the longitudinal direction, and plays a role of increasing the mechanical strength of the floor together with the frame-like pedestal 51, and It plays a role of increasing the surface strength (rigidity) against bending and bending.

When a single steel plate is used as the plate-like gantry 52, the rigidity can be increased by processing it into a deck plate shape as compared with the case of a flat plate. Therefore, it can be made thinner than the case of a flat plate, and the material cost can be reduced. The plate-like pedestal 52 is not limited to a single plate, and may be configured by joining a plurality of deck plates. For example, in the specific example shown in FIG. 4, three deck plates are joined together by an alternate long and short dash line a to form a plate-like pedestal 52. By changing the number of deck plates to be joined, it is possible to flexibly respond to the longitudinal dimension of the floor.

If necessary, a metal reinforcing member 62 having an L-shaped cross section may be provided along the edge of the plate-like gantry 52 so as to increase the strength.

A waterproof pan 53 is placed and supported on the plate-like mount 52. The waterproof pan 53 has a waterproof property that prevents hot water from leaking out of the bathroom. The waterproof pan 53 has a shallow vessel shape, and a drain opening 61 and an inspection port (in FIG. 4, a lid 59 for closing the inspection port is shown) are formed on the bottom surface. An inspection port 55 is also opened in the plate-like pedestal 52, and the waterproof pan 53 is placed on the plate-like pedestal 52 so that the inspection port 55 and the inspection port formed in the waterproof pan 53 are aligned with each other. Thus, the height adjustment and maintenance of the support leg 63 (shown in FIG. 5) provided on the back side of the frame-like gantry 51 can be performed.

Each of the plate-like pedestal 52 and the waterproof pan 53 is formed with drainage openings 56 and 61 leading to a drain trap (not shown). The drainage led to the drain trap from these drain openings 56 and 61 is drained outside the bathroom through a drain pipe (not shown).

Mechanical strength as the bottom of a person or a structure that supports the weight of an installation on the floor, and floor surface strength (rigidity against bending and bending) are sufficiently secured by the frame-like gantry 51 and the plate-like gantry 52. Therefore, the waterproof pan 53 only needs to have a waterproof function. For this reason, for example, a thin molded article of a general-purpose resin having a lower strength than FRP can be used as the waterproof pan 53, and the strength is increased by providing reinforcing ribs or containing a reinforcing material such as glass fiber. Therefore, it is not necessary to make various devices for the purpose. Therefore, the cost required for the waterproof pan 53 can be reduced compared to the case where FRP is used.

As the waterproof pan 53, for example, a molded product of a general-purpose thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS, or polyvinyl chloride can be used. This molded product may be newly produced from petroleum as a main raw material, or may be a recycled resin regenerated from waste plastic or the like. When the recycled resin is used, the material cost can be further reduced and the resources can be effectively used.

The surface itself of the waterproof pan 53 may be the design surface of the washing floor, but the surface design sheet 60 may be separately laid on the surface of the waterproof pan 53. As shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, the wall panel 16 constituting the wall of the washing place is erected on the edge of the waterproof pan 53. The boundary between the surface design sheet 60 and the waterproof pan 53 is hidden by the wall panel 16, and the appearance can be prevented from deteriorating due to the boundary being exposed on the surface.

Also in the present embodiment, functions such as strength, waterproofness, and design required for a bathroom washroom floor are not satisfied with a monocoque structure (integrated structure) made of a single FRP material, but separate functions for each of these functions. By combining the members, the structure as a whole satisfies the strength, waterproofness and design. Each member only needs to satisfy a single function, and it is possible to use inexpensive general-purpose products with a wide range of material choices. By combining these inexpensive general-purpose products, the overall structure is higher than that of a high-performance FRP monocoque structure. The cost can be reduced. In addition, each member is fixed so as to be separable from each other, for example, by screwing or bonding, and is easily disassembled and separated at the time of disposal and excellent in recyclability.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view of the floor according to the third embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same component as 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.

In the present embodiment, a frame-like pedestal 71 is provided as a common base on the washing area side and the bathtub side adjacent thereto. The frame-shaped pedestal 71 is configured by combining a square frame-shaped frame 73 and two rod-shaped frames 72. The frame-shaped frame 73 and the rod-shaped frame 72 are made of steel, for example.

The rod-shaped frame 72 is bent at a substantially middle portion in the longitudinal direction and has a step. The upper stage portions 72a of the two rod-shaped frames 72 are fixed to opposite sides of the frame-shaped frame 73, for example, by screwing.

On the frame-shaped frame 73 and the upper-stage portion 72a of the rod-shaped frame 72 fixed to the frame-shaped frame 73, the plate-shaped gantry 12 is placed and fixed. A waterproof pan 13 is placed and supported on the plate-like gantry 12 as in the first embodiment, and a surface design sheet 14 is laid on the surface of the waterproof pan 13 as necessary.

A bathtub-side plate-like pedestal 102 is placed and fixed on the lower part 72b of the rod-shaped frame 72, and a thin box-shaped bathtub-side waterproof pan 101 is placed and fixed on the bathtub-side plate-like pedestal 102. On the bottom surface of the side waterproof pan 101, the bathtub 100 is placed and fixed.

The bathtub-side plate-like pedestal 102 is made of, for example, a sandwich steel plate in which a core material such as gypsum board, wood-based board, or rigid polyurethane foam is sandwiched between two thin steel plates, and the like. It has sufficient rigidity against the load applied to it.

The mechanical strength as the bottom of the structure that supports the weight of the person or the installation object on the floor and the surface strength of the floor are ensured by the frame-shaped pedestal 71 and the plate-shaped pedestals 12, 102. Therefore, similarly to the waterproof pan 13 on the washing place side, the bathtub-side waterproof pan 101 only needs to have a waterproof function, and does not require high strength like FRP. Therefore, as the bathtub-side waterproof pan 101, for example, an inexpensive and excellent recyclable thermoplastic resin can be used.

In addition, by using the same (common) frame-like gantry 71 on the washing room side and the bathtub side, without using the separated bases for the washing room side and the bathtub side, the washing room side structure and the bathroom side structure Can be easily positioned relative to each other, and the relative positional relationship between them can be maintained stably. It should be noted that the frame-like pedestal 71 is also provided with support legs whose height can be adjusted as necessary.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to specific examples. However, the present invention is not limited to them, and various modifications can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention.

The waterproof pan is not limited to a bowl shape. Since the surface strength is borne by the plate-like mount under the waterproof pan, it may be in the form of a sheet like the waterproof pan 33 shown in FIG. If it is in the form of a sheet, it can be wound, for example, in the form of a roll, which increases convenience in terms of easy storage, transportation, and flexible handling of various sizes. When the waterproof pan is formed into a sheet shape, in order to prevent leakage of hot water from the edge of the waterproof pan 33, for example, it is desirable to provide a liquid-tight member 36 having an L-shaped cross section.

Further, the material of the waterproof pan is not limited to the thermoplastic resin, and a thermosetting resin, an ultraviolet curable resin, and other resins may be used. Alternatively, the material is not limited to a resin material, and any material having a waterproof property may be used. Further, FRP may be used as the waterproof pan. Even in this case, the waterproof pan is only required to be waterproof, and is not required to be strong. Therefore, the material cost can be reduced by reducing the thickness or by forming a sheet.
