Description

The present invention relates to a washroom floor.

Conventionally, as a washroom floor incorporated in a bathroom unit, one having a waterproof pan made of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) on its base material is often used. As such a washing floor, in particular, there is no surface material (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and there is also a surface provided with a surface material in order to improve appearance design or impart waterproofness ( For example, see Patent Documents 2 and 3).

The surface material disclosed in Patent Document 2 is obtained by coating a flat surface material only on the floor surface portion of the washing floor, and the surface material is not laminated on the drainage pit portion. If it is such a planar surface material, laminate molding can be employed in which a multilayer thin film material including a printed decorative layer is laminated and adhered. Since this laminate molding can efficiently produce a long sheet-like decorative sheet continuously, it is a technique capable of realizing various designs with high economic efficiency. However, the laminate molding is difficult to give a complicated three-dimensional shape such as a drain pit due to its manufacturing method. For this reason, when the waterproof pan is formed of a material that is not excellent in design and waterproof properties (for example, a foam material), the drain pit portion of the waterproof pan cannot be covered with a surface material formed by laminate molding.

Moreover, the surface material currently disclosed by patent document 3 coat | covers a surface material on both a floor surface part and a drainage pit part, and integrally forms the floor surface part and the drainage pit part by press molding. The surface material formed by such press molding is difficult to impart various designs as compared with laminate molding.

However, in the floor structure in which the floor member and the drain pit member are separately formed and integrated by some joining means, the joint portion is weaker than the conventional integrally molded product. In addition, the drainage pit member is generally placed with a cover member for blindfolding, and is also a place where the load of the user moving on the washing floor is applied, so when the load is applied, it is joined A load is applied to the part, and there is a high possibility that peeling or breakage will occur during long-term use. It can be said that the current washroom floor including such problems has a limit in the degree of freedom in designing the base material and the design as long as the molding method and structure are followed.

Therefore, the present invention can prevent the joint portion from being peeled off or damaged in the surface material obtained by joining and integrating the floor surface member and the drainage pit member. An object of the present invention is to provide a washing floor that can improve the degree of freedom.

In order to solve this problem, the present inventor has made various studies while paying attention to the structure for joining the floor surface portion and the drainage pit member. For example, all of the above-mentioned Patent Documents 1 to 3 are formed by integrally molding the floor portion and the drainage pit member, and the technique of joining and integrating the separately molded floor surface portion and the drainage pit member is the technique. In the first place, there was no problem of peeling or breakage of the joint. The present inventor, who has repeatedly studied in consideration of such conventional techniques, has come to obtain knowledge that leads to the solution of the problem.

The present invention is based on such knowledge, and is a wash floor incorporated in a bathroom unit, a floor surface member constituting a floor surface portion of the wash floor, and a drain pit member constituting a drain pit portion of the wash floor. And a base material that supports the load applied on the floor surface portion of the washroom floor, and the surface material that is integrated by joining the upper end of the drainage pit member to the back surface of the end portion of the floor surface member And a drain trap attached to the drain port formed at the bottom of the drain pit member and connected to the drain pipe, and a cover member that covers the top of the drain pit member, and the force applied to the cover member is the drain pit The present invention is characterized in that there is provided a joint protecting means for preventing transmission to the member.

In the washing floor according to the present invention, since the surface material is provided on the base material, it is possible to employ a base material (for example, a floor pan made of foam material) having low appearance design and waterproofness. According to this, the choice of the material and manufacturing method of a base material spreads, and the freedom degree of base material design can be improved.

In addition, in the washing floor according to the present invention, the floor surface portion and the drainage pit portion constituting the surface material are separately molded, so that the floor surface portion and the drainage pit portion are integrally molded, compared with a manufacturing method or product that integrally molds the floor surface portion and the drainage pit portion. The design that can be applied to the surface portion is increased, and an economically optimal decoration method can be combined, so that the degree of freedom and economics of design can be improved.

Furthermore, in the washing floor according to the present invention, since the upper end of the drainage pit member is joined to the back of the end portion of the floor member, the drainage pit from the user in the bathroom with the cover member placed The part is not visible. For this reason, also in this respect, the design of the drain pit portion and its peripheral portion is improved. Moreover, when it joins as mentioned above, since the joint of a floor surface member and a drainage pit member is not exposed to the upper surface of a washroom floor, the drainage property which flows the said floor upper surface can be improved.

Moreover, in the washing floor according to the present invention, since the joint protection means for suppressing the force applied to the cover member (such as a user's load applied on the cover member) from being transmitted to the drain pit member is provided, Can be prevented from being overloaded. Therefore, even when a surface material that joins and integrates the floor surface and the drainage pit is used, it is possible to prevent the joint from being peeled off or damaged, and to prevent the possibility of water leakage over a long period of time. Is possible.

It is preferable that the junction protection means in the washing floor is a cover member placed on the floor member. According to such a joint protection means, it is possible to reliably prevent the force in the peeling direction from being applied to the joint. Moreover, the cover member can be placed in a stable state without causing a positional shift in the vertical direction.

In addition, the washing floor has a base material positioned just below the joint between the floor member and the drain pit member, and a cover member just above the joint between the floor member and the drain pit member. It is preferable to be configured to be placed. In such a washroom floor, when a load is applied to the cover member, a force in the direction of compressing (attaching) the joint portion is applied by the cover member and the base material, so that a force in the direction of peeling the joint portion is applied. It can be suppressed more reliably. Therefore, the water stoppage in the part can be improved.

In the washing floor, the joint between the floor member and the drain pit member is preferably formed in a downwardly inclined shape so that the drain outlet side is at a low position. According to such a washroom floor, the step between the upper surface of the cover member and the upper surface of the floor member can be kept low.

In the washing floor, the side end of the cover member is more preferably formed in a shape along the inclined portion of the joint. According to such a washroom floor, the cover member can be placed on the floor member in a more stable state in which displacement in the horizontal direction is suppressed.

Furthermore, it is preferable that a stopper is provided on the washing floor to contact a part of the cover member and restrict the movement of the cover member. According to the stopper, it is possible to suppress the displacement of the cover member.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the joint portion from being peeled off or damaged in the surface material obtained by joining and integrating the floor surface portion and the drainage pit member, and the freedom of base material design and design design can be suppressed. The degree can be improved.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail based on an example of an embodiment shown in the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a washing floor according to the present invention. The washing place floor 1 according to the present invention includes a surface material 2, a base material 5, a drain trap 6, a trap cover (cover member) 7, and the like, and is further provided with a joint protection means 8.

The washroom floor 1 is incorporated in the bathroom unit 10 and forms a washroom floor adjacent to the bathtub 200 (see FIG. 1 and the like). A drain port 11 is formed at the lowest position on the washing floor 1. The surface of the washing floor 1 (surface material 2) is provided with a drainage gradient so that the drainage port 11 is the lowest, and the water on the surface material 2 flows along the drainage gradient and the drainage pit 11 (the drainage pit) Water is collected in the member 4).

The surface material 2 is a member that covers the entire surface of the substrate 5 and imparts waterproofness. The surface material 2 of the present embodiment includes a floor surface member 3 constituting the floor surface portion 1a of the washing floor 1 and a drainage pit member 4 constituting the drainage pit portion (indicated by symbol T in FIG. 5) of the washing floor 1. (See FIGS. 4 and 5). It is also preferable to employ a surface material 2 that improves the design of the washing floor 1 such as a pattern. Moreover, it is good also as providing the skin material 43 through the metal layer 42 in the drain pit member 4 (refer FIG. 8).

In the present embodiment, the floor surface member 3 and the drainage pit member 4 are integrated by joining the upper end of the drainage pit member 4 to the rear surface of the end of the floor surface member 3 (see FIGS. 4 to 6). The means for integrating them is not particularly limited, but in this embodiment, the floor member 3 and the drain pit member 4 are joined by heat fusion so as to achieve both water tightness and high joining strength ( (See FIG. 5). In this case, if the drainage pit member 4 made of a material having a melting point lower than that of the floor member 3 is employed, the fact that the surface of the floor member 3 is relatively less soluble is utilized. Thus, it is possible to prevent the drainage performance and designability (formation of drainage grooves and satin) from being affected. Further, by adopting the drainage pit member 4 having a low melting point, it is possible to melt relatively more of the drainage pit member 4 and perform more firm fusion. As the drainage pit member 4 having a low melting point, for example, there is a member having a metal layer 42 that can be processed such as welding by electromagnetic induction heating or electric resistance Joule heat at the joint (see FIG. 8).

Further, in the present embodiment, the upper end of the drainage pit member 4 is joined to the rear surface of the end portion inside the floor surface member 3 (close to the drainage port 11) (see FIGS. 5 and 6). In such a case, when the trap cover 7 is placed on the drain trap 6, the drain pit T cannot be seen by the user in the bathroom, so the design of the drain pit T and its surroundings can be improved. Can be planned. In addition, in such a case, since the joint between the floor member 3 and the drain pit member 4 is not exposed on the upper surface of the washing floor 1, it is possible to improve drainage flowing on the upper surface of the floor.

The base material 5 is a member that is disposed below the floor surface member 3 and supports a load applied on the floor surface portion 1a of the washing floor 1 and is not particularly illustrated, but includes a bathroom wall panel, a ceiling panel, a bath chair, and a wash surface. It has sufficient strength so that it will not bend or break even when subjected to static loads such as containers or dynamic loads of users. Specifically, the base material 5 may be any one of a foam floor pan, a plate-shaped frame, a frame-shaped frame, and the like. Moreover, you may interpose the cushioning material 400 between the base material 5 and the surface material 2 (refer FIG. 7). The base material 5 illustrated in the present embodiment includes a work port 51 and a drainage opening 52, and is supported by, for example, base material support legs 53 at four corners (see FIG. 3).

Further, the base material 5 is preferably provided with a waterproof property that does not allow hot water to leak out of the bathroom, but in the case of this embodiment configured to cover the entire surface of the base material 5 with the surface material 2, the base material 5 5 does not have to be sufficiently waterproof. Therefore, as a material of the base material 5, in addition to a generally used thermosetting resin such as FRP, a material obtained by reinforcing a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, and further, for example, a foam material It is possible to use a substrate with low waterproofness.

The drain trap 6 is attached to a drain port 11 formed at the bottom of the drain pit member 4 (see FIG. 3 and the like). A bathtub drain port 62 is connected to the drain trap 6 via a bathtub drain pipe 61 (see FIG. 3). Further, a drain pipe 12 for flowing drainage is connected to the drain trap 6 (see FIGS. 5 and 6).

The trap cover 7 is a cover that covers the upper portion of the drain pit member 4 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The trap cover 7 is placed on the drain pit member 4 in a detachable state. The shape of the trap cover 7 is not particularly limited, but in this embodiment, the trap cover 7 having a wall portion 71 whose four sides are bent downward is used (see FIG. 5 and the like). Further, the trap cover 7 of the present embodiment is provided with a plurality of drainage cutouts 72 for allowing water on the surface material 2 of the washing floor 1 to pass (see FIG. 10).

Moreover, on the building floor 100, the mount frame 300 which supports the bathtub 200 grade | etc., Is installed (refer FIG. 1). The gantry 300 is configured by combining, for example, columnar metal materials (steel materials) vertically and horizontally, and has sufficient strength and durability to support a bathtub load in a state where bath water is accumulated and a bather is present. Have.

Here, in the present embodiment, the drain trap 6 is fixed to the drain port 11 via a fastening flange 13 (see FIGS. 7 and 9). Further, in the present embodiment, the base material 5 is not interposed between the tightening flange 13 and the drain trap 6 in the vertical direction, and the flange tightening is one of the parts that require high water-stopping properties. Many members are prevented from being stacked on the portion (the portion to be tightened by the tightening flange 13), and the water stoppage of the tightening portion is improved (see FIG. 9).

The joint protection means 8 prevents the force (load P) applied to the trap cover 7 from being transmitted to the drain pit member 4. In addition, the load P here includes not only the load due to the weight of the trap cover 7 but also the load acting when the weight of the user or water is added.

Although the specific example of the junction protection means 8 is not particularly limited, the junction protection means 8 of the present embodiment is configured such that the trap cover 7 is placed on the floor member 3. (See FIG. 5). Explaining with a specific example, in this embodiment, a trap cover 7 having a wall portion 71 having a shape that is at least one size larger than the drain pit portion T and whose edge is bent downward is adopted. In this case, the load P acts on the floor member 3 and the base material 5 and is not transmitted to the drain pit member 4. More specifically, in the present embodiment, these are arranged so that the base material 5 is located immediately below the joint C between the floor member 3 and the drainage pit member 4, and further, just above the joint C. The trap cover 7 (the wall portion 71) is placed at or outside the position (see FIG. 5). According to such a joint protection means 8, when a load P acts on the trap cover 7, a force in a direction in which the joint C is compressed by the trap cover 7 and the base material 5 can be applied. According to this, it can suppress that the force of the direction in which the floor surface member 3 and the drainage pit member 4 are peeled off in the junction part C, and can improve the water stop property in the said part. Further, the trap cover 7 can be placed in a stable state without causing a positional shift in the vertical direction.

In such joint protection means 8, it is preferable that means for suppressing the horizontal displacement of the trap cover 7 is formed. For example, in the present embodiment, a stopper 14 that contacts the wall 71 and restricts the movement of the trap cover 7 is provided (see FIG. 5). The stopper 14 can be comprised by the edge part 31 (refer FIG. 10) etc. which were formed in the outer wall of the bathtub 200, the one side of the bathtub 200 side of the floor surface member 3, etc., for example. When the drain outlet 11 is formed in the corner of the washing floor 1, both of two vertically intersecting vertical surfaces (for example, the outer wall of the bathtub 200 and the inner wall of the bathroom unit 10) can also function as the stoppers 14, respectively. Although not shown, when a rubber member for preventing slipping is provided on the bottom surface of the trap cover 7 (the ground contact surface with the floor member 3), the function of the stopper 14 is assigned to the rubber member. You can also.

As described so far, according to the washing floor 1 of the present embodiment, since the surface material 2 is provided on the base material 5, the base material having a low appearance design and waterproofness (for example, a foam floor pan). 5 can be adopted. That is, since it is possible to construct the wash floor 1 having waterproofing without using a base material such as a conventional FRP waterproof pan, the wash floor 1 can be formed by other manufacturing methods, and the like. The choice of the material and manufacturing method of the base material 5 is expanded, and the degree of freedom in base material design is increased.

In this embodiment, since the floor member 3 and the drain pit member 4 constituting the surface material 2 of the washing floor 1 are separately formed (see FIG. 4 and the like), the floor 1a and the drain pit T Compared with the manufacturing method or product which integrally molds from the beginning, the degree of freedom in designing the floor member 3 (and the floor portion 1a constituted thereby) is also increased. Therefore, the degree of freedom in design of the surface material 2 can be improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the joint protection means 8 that suppresses the force applied to the trap cover 7 such as the load of the user from being transmitted to the drain pit member 4 is provided, an unreasonable load is applied to the joint C. It can be avoided. Therefore, even when the surface material 2 in which the floor member 3 and the drainage pit member 4 are joined and integrated is adopted, the joint C is prevented from being peeled off or damaged, which may lead to water leakage. It can be deterred for a long time.

In general, since the drain trap 6 and the drain pipe 12 connected to the drain trap 6 are arranged in the space directly below the drain pit T, the drain trap 6 is placed at a position directly below the drain pit T. If an attempt is made to protect the drainage pit member 4 by supporting it with a support material, the construction needs to be avoided while avoiding interference with the drainage pipe 12, which tends to be complicated. In this respect, since the support floor 1 of this embodiment does not require such a support material, the above-described various effects can be realized while avoiding deterioration of workability.

The above-described embodiment is an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in the present embodiment, one form of the joint protection means 8 has been shown (see FIG. 5), and the joint C of the floor surface member 3 and the drain pit member 4 is further lowered on the drain outlet 11 side. It can also be formed in a downwardly inclined shape (see FIGS. 11 and 12). In such a case, it is possible to lower the upper surface of the floor member 3 around the drain pit T, and to suppress or eliminate the step between the upper surface of the trap cover 7 and the upper surface of the floor member 3. (See FIG. 11).

Further, the side end portion 73 of the trap cover 7 can be formed in a shape along the descending slope of the joint portion C or the floor member 3. According to this, the trap cover 7 can be placed on the floor member 3 in a more stable state in which the displacement in the horizontal direction is suppressed (see FIG. 11). In this case, the joint C and the downward inclined surface of the floor member 3 can function as a stopper 14 that restricts the movement of the trap cover 7.
