Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom floor device that constitutes the floor of a bathroom.

Conventionally, a bathroom floor has been known that is composed of a floor pan that includes a bathtub floor pan on which a bathtub is placed and a washing area floor pan. Such floor pans tend to be large in size, and have the problem of being difficult to handle during transportation and construction.
For example, the following Patent Document 1 discloses a waterproof floor structure in which a waterproof surface is formed by connecting multiple panels formed into a square shape in plan view. In this waterproof floor structure, a nut with a plate is fixed to the back surface of the four corners of each panel, and support legs are provided to screw into the nut with a plate.

However, in the waterproof floor structure described in Patent Document 1, each of the multiple panels is supported by four support legs, which requires the installation of many support legs, and further improvements are desired.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and aims to provide a bathroom floor device that can improve ease of installation while also improving the ease of handling during transportation and installation.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the bathroom floor device of the present invention comprises a plurality of square, flat bathroom floor panels arranged in each of a first direction and a second direction to form a bathroom floor, and a plurality of support legs arranged to support the square corners of the bathroom floor panels and having support portions at their upper ends that support and connect the butted corners of adjacent bathroom floor panels, and is characterized in that at least one of the plurality of bathroom floor panels is provided with a drain outlet that is connected to a drain pipe .

The bathroom floor device of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, which allows for improved ease of handling during transportation and installation, while also improving ease of installation.

As shown in Fig. 1, the bathroom floor device 1 of this embodiment includes multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A in the shape of rectangular flat plates arranged in the first and second directions to form the bathroom floor, and multiple support legs 20 that support the bathroom floor panels 10, 10A. This configuration allows each bathroom floor panel 10, 10A to be made smaller, improving ease of handling during transportation and installation. In addition, by changing the number of panels arranged in the first and second directions, it is possible to flexibly accommodate bathrooms of various sizes.
This bathroom floor device 1 is not limited to use in residential buildings such as detached houses and apartment buildings, but may also be used in facilities such as medical facilities and welfare facilities.

In this embodiment, at least one of the multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A is a drain outlet panel 10A with a drain outlet 13 that is connected to the drain pipe 3 (see FIG. 3). With this configuration, the drain outlet panel 10A with the drain outlet 13 can be placed in an appropriate location on the bathroom floor, improving the freedom of placement of the drain outlet 13. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which one drain outlet panel 10A is provided, but a configuration in which two or more drain outlet panels 10A are provided may also be used. The drain outlet 13 of this drain outlet panel 10A may be partitioned by a cylindrical portion that receives an appropriate trap portion. The thickness dimension around the drain outlet 13 of this drain outlet panel 10A is the same as the thickness dimension of the other bathroom floor panels 10. The thickness dimension of the bathroom floor panel 10 may be approximately 10 mm to 50 mm. The drain outlet panel 10A and the other bathroom floor panels 10 have the same configuration except for the presence or absence of the drain outlet 13, so in the following, when no distinction is required, they will be described as bathroom floor panels 10.

The bathroom floor panel 10 has the same dimension along a first direction perpendicular to the thickness direction as the dimension along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and the thickness direction. In other words, the bathroom floor panel 10 is substantially square in plan view (viewed in the thickness direction). The dimensions of the bathroom floor panel 10 along the first and second directions may be any appropriate dimension from the viewpoint of improving ease of handling and construction, and may be, for example, about 300 mm to 1000 mm.
In addition, each of the four corners 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 may be provided with an insertion hole through which a fastener such as a screw can be inserted to fix the bathroom floor panel 10 to the support leg 20 described below.
In addition, the bathroom floor panel 10 may have a multi-layer structure in which a facing material is provided on the front and back surfaces of an appropriate base material, or it may be a synthetic resin molded product such as fiber-reinforced plastic.

The support legs 20 are arranged to support the four corners of the bathroom floor panel 10. At the upper end of the support legs 20, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, a support portion 24 is provided that supports the butted corners 12, 12 of adjacent bathroom floor panels 10, 10 so as to connect them together. With this configuration, the four corners of each bathroom floor panel 10 can be stably supported by the support legs 20, while the butted corners 12, 12 of adjacent bathroom floor panels 10, 10 can be supported by a single support leg 20. This allows multiple bathroom floor panels 10 to be supported efficiently, improving workability.
The grounding object 2 of this support leg 20 may be a slab (concrete slab) such as a foundation slab or floor slab installed between the upper and lower floors or on the ground, or it may be a sheet such as a waterproof sheet or cushioning material laid on the slab.

A pedestal 21 is provided at the lower end of the support leg 20 and is placed on the grounded object 2. In the illustrated example, the pedestal 21 is a metal plate arranged with its thickness direction aligned in the vertical direction, but it may be made of anti-vibration rubber or the like. In addition, in the illustrated example, the pedestal 21 of the support leg 20 is a disk-shaped plate, but it may be a square plate-shaped plate or the like.
The support leg 20 includes a support 22 that rises upward from a base 21. A support portion 24 is provided at the upper end of the support 22. The support portion 24 is a metal plate that is arranged along the thickness direction in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 1, the support leg 20 arranged at the corner of the bathroom floor supports the corner portion 12 of one bathroom floor panel 10 arranged at the corner. In addition, the support leg 20 arranged at the middle of the outer peripheral side edge of the bathroom floor supports the corner portions 12, 12 of two bathroom floor panels 10, 10 adjacent in the side longitudinal direction. In addition, the support leg 20 arranged at the center of the bathroom floor supports the corner portions 12, 12, 12, 12 of four bathroom floor panels 10, 10, 10, 10 that are butted together.

In the illustrated example, the support portion 24 is an approximately rectangular plate-like shape. The support portion 24 has appropriate dimensions in the first and second directions so that the corner portion 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 that is butted against the support portion 24 can be supported.
The four corners of the support portion 24 may be provided with female threaded portions into which screws that secure the corners 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 to the support portion 24 are screwed. Also, instead of being fixed to the corners 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 by screws, the support portion 24 and the corners 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 may be fixed by providing a protrusion on one of the support portion 24 and the corners 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 that fits into a recess on the other. Also, an appropriate sealant may be filled between adjacent bathroom floor panels 10 supported by the support portion 24.

The support leg 20 may be configured such that the support portion 24 is provided on the support column 22 so as to be movable up and down. With such a configuration, the height of the support portion 24 from the ground object 2 can be finely adjusted according to the unevenness of the ground object 2.
For example, at least the upper end portion of the support pillar 22 may be a male threaded portion, and an adjustment nut member 23 that supports the support portion 24 on the lower side of the support portion 24 and moves up and down relative to the male threaded portion may be screwed onto the upper end of the male threaded portion. The support pillar 22 may be made of metal. The manner in which the support portion 24 is provided on the support pillar 22 so that it can move up and down is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration, and various other configurations may be used. In addition, the support pillar 22 may be configured to have multiple types of support legs 20 with different lengths so that an appropriate gradient is formed on the bathroom floor surface formed by the bathroom floor panel 10.

The multiple support legs 20 are arranged at equal intervals (equal pitch) from each other. Figure 1 shows an example of a bathroom floor that is approximately square in plan view, constructed from 16 bathroom floor panels 10 and 25 support legs 20. These support legs 20 may be installed while adjusting the level from a point corresponding to one side of the bathroom floor toward the other side opposite to the one side.
In the above example, the bathroom floor panel 10 is shown to be approximately square in shape when viewed from above, but this is not limited to this form and may be approximately rectangular in shape when viewed from above. In addition, the number of bathroom floor panels 10 arranged in the first and second directions and the shape of the bathroom floor formed by multiple bathroom floor panels 10 are not limited to the shape shown in the figure and can be modified in various ways.

The bathroom floor device 1 is equipped with a wall support member 16 that is long in the circumferential direction of the bathroom floor and receives the lower end 5 of the wall panel 4 that is erected around the bathroom floor, which is composed of multiple bathroom floor panels 10. With this configuration, the wall support member 16 can be provided around the bathroom floor to hold the lower end 5 of the wall panel 4. Furthermore, compared to conventional devices in which a wall support portion, door support portion, etc. are provided integrally with the peripheral portion of the floor pan, by adjusting the length and location of the wall support member 16, the location where the wall panel 4 is installed and the location where the fixture 6 is installed can be freely changed. This improves the freedom of placement of the fixture 6.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, this wall support member 16 is supported on the support part 24 of the support leg 20 installed on the outermost side of the bathroom floor. In the illustrated example, the wall support member 16 is provided with a base end side piece 17 that is supported on the support part 24 and arranged along the end face of the outermost bathroom floor panel 10. Also, the wall support member 16 is provided with a mounting piece 18 that extends from the upper end of the base end side piece 17 toward the outer periphery (outside the bathroom) and on which the lower end 5 of the wall panel 4 is placed, and a rising piece 19 that rises upward from the tip of the extending direction of the mounting piece 18. The base end side piece 17 of this wall support member 16 may be fixed to the support part 24 of the support leg 20 or the bathroom floor panel 10 by an appropriate fixing device or the like. Also, a suitable seal member may be provided on the mounting piece 18 or on the inner periphery of the rising piece 19 (the surface facing the inside of the bathroom). Additionally, an appropriate sealant may be filled between the end face of the bathroom floor panel 10 and the wall support member 16.

As shown in Fig. 1, this wall support member 16 is not provided around the entire periphery of the bathroom floor, but is provided so that a space for fittings is formed on part of the periphery of the bathroom floor. The illustrated example shows an example in which fittings 6 are provided in a portion of the bathroom floor from one corner to the middle of one side without providing a wall support member 16. The fitting support member that receives fittings 6 may be supported by support parts 24 of support legs 20 that are installed on the outermost periphery of the bathroom floor.
The wall receiving member 16 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and may have various other configurations.

As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the bathroom floor device 1 is provided with sheet-like members 14, 15 that are arranged to cover the upper surface 11 of the bathroom floor, which is composed of multiple bathroom floor panels 10, and that can be rolled up into a roll. With this configuration, the upper surface 11 of the bathroom floor panel 10 can be covered with the sheet-like members 14, 15, improving waterproofing and design. In addition, since the sheet-like members 14, 15 can be rolled up into a roll, they can be transported in a rolled state and installed by spreading them out, improving handling during transportation and installation. In the illustrated example, the sheet-like members 14, 15 are a first sheet-like member 14 such as a waterproof sheet, and a second sheet-like member 15 such as a finishing sheet that is arranged to cover the first sheet-like member 14.

These sheet-like members 14, 15 may be flexible, such as polyvinyl chloride sheets or rubber sheets. Furthermore, the width dimension of these sheet-like members 14, 15 perpendicular to the winding direction and thickness direction may be larger than the dimension of one side of the bathroom floor panel 10, or may be an integer multiple of the dimension of one side of the bathroom floor panel 10.
An appropriate bathtub 7 (see FIG. 1) may be installed on the second sheet-like member 15. The bathroom floor device 1 may also be configured as a bathroom unit by the wall panel 4, fittings 6, a ceiling panel (not shown), the bathtub 7, etc.
Furthermore, the number of sheet-like members 14, 15 covering the upper surface 11 of the bathroom floor panel 10 is not limited to two, but may be one, or three or more. Also, instead of providing such sheet-like members 14, 15, an appropriate waterproof coating or the like may be applied to the upper surface 11 of the bathroom floor panel 10. The configuration of each part and member of the bathroom floor device 1 described above is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration, and various other modifications are possible.

The bathroom floor system comprises a plurality of rectangular flat bathroom floor panels arranged in a first direction and a second direction to form a bathroom floor, and a plurality of support legs arranged to support the four corners of the bathroom floor panels and having support portions at their upper ends that support the butted corners of adjacent bathroom floor panels to connect them together.
