Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom floor device that constitutes the floor of a bathroom.

Conventionally, a bathroom floor has been known that is composed of a floor pan that includes a bathtub floor pan on which a bathtub is placed and a washing area floor pan. Such floor pans tend to be large in size, and have the problem of being difficult to handle during transportation and construction.
For example, the following Patent Document 1 discloses a bathroom floor material that is constructed by connecting multiple floor material bodies. This bathroom floor material has support legs whose upper ends are screwed into nuts in recesses in the underside of the floor material bodies.

Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-50451

However, the bathroom flooring material described in the above Patent Document 1 is configured so that the height can be adjusted by the screw-in dimensions of the rods of each support leg of the flooring body into the nuts in order to tilt the floor drain. Therefore, there was a concern that if the bathroom floor area becomes larger, it will be necessary to increase the depth dimension of the recess in the flooring body to increase the height adjustment allowance.

The present invention was made in consideration of the above situation, and aims to provide a bathroom floor device that can create a slope on the floor surface without complicating the panel structure, while improving ease of handling during transportation and installation.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In some drawings, some of the detailed reference numerals used in other drawings are omitted.
In addition, in the following embodiments, directions such as the up and down directions are described based on the state in which the bathroom floor device of this embodiment is installed.
1 to 8 are diagrams that show an example of a bathroom floor device according to this embodiment.

As shown in Figures 1(b) and 5, the bathroom floor device 1 of this embodiment includes multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A arranged in the first and second directions to form the bathroom floor, and multiple support legs 20, 20D that support the bathroom floor panels 10, 10A. This configuration allows each bathroom floor panel 10, 10A to be made smaller, improving ease of handling during transportation and installation. In addition, by changing the number of panels arranged in the first and second directions, it is possible to flexibly accommodate bathrooms of various sizes.
This bathroom floor device 1 is not limited to use in residential buildings such as detached houses and apartment buildings, but may also be used in facilities such as medical facilities and welfare facilities.

In the example of FIG. 1(b), the multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A include a flat bathroom floor panel 10 that is rectangular and has a flat surface (upper surface) 11. The multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A also include a valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A that is rectangular and has a valley-shaped inclined surface 11A that slopes downward from each corner 12 that constitutes the diagonal of one set toward the diagonal line connecting the diagonal of the other set. With this configuration, as will be described in detail later, by combining the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A, the lowest part can be formed in the middle of both or one of the first and second directions.

The flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A are of the same thickness. The thickness of the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A may be approximately 10 mm to 50 mm. The flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A are also of the same dimensions along a first direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. The flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A are also of the same dimensions along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and the thickness direction. In this embodiment, the dimensions along the first direction and the second direction of the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A are the same. In other words, the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A are approximately square in plan view (thickness direction).

The dimensions of the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A along the first and second directions may be appropriate from the viewpoint of improving ease of handling and construction, and may be, for example, about 300 mm to 1000 mm. The dimensions along the first and second directions of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10A arranged at the outermost periphery and corners may be smaller than the dimensions along the first and second directions of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10A on the inner periphery, taking into account the thickness dimension of the wall panel 7 (see Figure 1 (a)) described below. In other words, the bathroom floor panels 10, 10A arranged at the outermost periphery and corners may be designed so that the dimension of one side, including the thickness dimension of the wall panel 7 arranged on these sides, is the same as the dimension of one side of the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A on the inner periphery.

Each of the four corners 12 of the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A has a through hole through which fasteners such as screws can be inserted to fix the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A to the support legs 20, 20D described below, as shown in Figures 1(b) and 2(b).
As shown in FIG. 2(a), the flat bathroom floor panel 10 includes a surface material 14 on one side in the thickness direction, a back material 15 on the other side in the thickness direction, a base material 16 arranged between the surface material 14 and the back material 15, and an edge member 17 provided around the base material 16. The surface material 14 and the back material 15 are thin plates. The surface material 14 and the back material 15 are folded so that the edges of the four sides cover the outer surface of the edge member 17 to form the end faces 13 of the four sides of the flat bathroom floor panel 10. The surface material 14 and the back material 15 may be formed from a metal plate such as a steel plate that has been subjected to an appropriate surface treatment. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2(c), an example is shown in which a gap is provided between the edges of the surface material 14 and the back material 15 that form the end faces 13 of the four sides, but this is not limited to such an embodiment, and the edges of each may be abutted against each other or overlapped. In addition, the area where the front surface material 14 and the back surface material 15 are folded and butted together at the four corners may be filled with an appropriate sealing material (caulking material) or provided with a sealing material.

The substrate 16 is in the shape of a substantially rectangular flat plate. The substrate 16 may be made of a wood-based material. Examples of the wood-based material include wood laminates such as plywood and LVL (laminated veneer lumber), wood boards such as PB (particle board), and wood fiber boards such as MDF (medium density fiberboard) and hardboard. The wood-based material may also be a wood flour-plastic composite (WPC) in which a synthetic resin material contains wood flour, inorganic fillers, compatibilizers, colorants, and the like at a predetermined content ratio.
The edge member 17 is provided so as to surround the entire four periphery of the base material 16 so as to cover the end faces of the four periphery of the base material 16. The edge member 17 may be made of a waterproof rubber material or a synthetic resin foam. The width dimension (dimension along the first direction or the second direction) of the edge member 17 may be approximately the same as the thickness dimension of the wall panel 7. In this case, if the dimensions of the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A arranged at the outermost periphery or corner are smaller than the dimensions of the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A on the inner periphery side, the edge member 17 may not be provided on one or two sides. With such a configuration, a common base material 16 can be used.

The valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A has the same layer structure as the flat bathroom floor panel 10. The valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A has a diagonal line connecting the corners 12, 12 that form one pair of diagonals as the bottom of the groove, and the valley-shaped inclined surface 11A is an inclined surface that rises from the bottom of the groove toward each corner 12 that forms the other pair of diagonals. The inclination angle of this valley-shaped inclined surface 11A is an angle according to the gradient of the bathroom floor surface formed by the support legs 20, 20D described below. This valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A may be one in which the surface material 14 is folded so that the surface (upper surface) becomes the valley-shaped inclined surface 11A, and the surface sides of the base material 16 and the edge member 17 are also appropriately processed. In addition, the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A may be one in which the back surface (lower surface) is formed parallel to the valley-shaped inclined surface 11A. In other words, the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A may have a ridge (ridge) on its back surface, with the diagonal line connecting the corners 12, 12 that make up one set of diagonals, and a sloping surface that slopes downward from this ridge toward each corner 12 that makes up the other set of diagonals.
In addition, the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A are not limited to those having the layered structure described above, and may be synthetic resin molded products such as fiber-reinforced plastic. In the following, when there is no need to distinguish between the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A, they will be described as bathroom floor panel 10 or bathroom floor panel 10, 10A.

As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the support legs 20, 20D are equipped with support posts 22, 22A and height-adjusting spacers 26 selectively arranged between the support posts 22, 22A and the bathroom floor panel 10. With this configuration, the height dimension from the grounding object 2 of each support leg 20, 20D to the bathroom floor panel 10 can be adjusted by selectively arranging the spacers 26 between the bathroom floor panel 10 and the support posts 22, 22A. This allows a gradient to be formed on the bathroom floor surface without complicating the structure of the bathroom floor panel side, such as by increasing the depth dimension of the recess in the bathroom floor panel as in the conventional method. In addition, the support posts 22, 22A, which are the main body of the support legs 20, 20D, are common parts, and height adjustment can be performed by selectively providing the spacers 26, so that the ease of handling can be improved compared to, for example, those that require many types of support legs with different lengths of support posts.

The support legs 20, 20D are configured to support the butted corners 12 of adjacent bathroom floor panels 10. With this configuration, the four corners of each bathroom floor panel 10 can be stably supported by the support legs 20, 20D, while the butted corners 12 of adjacent bathroom floor panels 10 can be supported by a single support leg 20, 20D. This allows multiple bathroom floor panels 10 to be supported efficiently, improving workability.
In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the support legs 20, 20D include a first support leg 20 and a second support leg 20D in which the lengths of the supports 22, 22A are different from each other. The grounding target 2 of the first support leg 20 and the second support leg 20D may be a slab (concrete slab) such as a foundation slab or a floor slab provided between an upper floor and a lower floor or on the ground, or may be a sheet such as a waterproof sheet or a cushioning material laid on the slab.

Pedestals 21, 21A are provided at the lower ends of the first support leg 20 and the second support leg 20D, and are arranged on the grounded object 2. In the illustrated example, the pedestals 21, 21A are shown as metal plates arranged with their thickness direction aligned in the vertical direction, but they may be made of anti-vibration rubber or the like. In addition, in the illustrated example, the pedestal 21 of the first support leg 20 is shown as a disk-shaped plate, and the pedestal 21A of the second support leg 20D is shown as a square plate-shaped plate larger than the pedestal 21 of the first support leg 20, but this is not limited to the above.

The pillars 22, 22A of the first support leg 20 and the second support leg 20D are arranged to rise upward from the base 21, 21A. Plate-shaped support parts 25, 25 are provided at the upper ends of the pillars 22, 22A. The support parts 25, 25 are made of metal and arranged with their thickness direction aligned in the vertical direction. The illustration shows an example in which the support parts 25, 25 are made in a substantially rectangular plate shape. The square corners of the support parts 25, 25 are provided with female threaded parts into which screws that fix the bathroom floor panel 10 to the support parts 25, 25 are screwed.
In this embodiment, the first support leg 20 and the second support leg 20D are configured such that the support parts 25, 25 are provided on the posts 22, 22A so as to be movable up and down. With such a configuration, the heights of the support parts 25, 25, which should be at the same height according to the unevenness of the ground target 2, can be finely adjusted so that they are at the same height.

At least the upper end portion of the support 22, 22A is a male threaded portion. An adjustment nut member 23, 23 that supports the support 25, 25 on the lower side of the support 25, 25 and moves up and down relative to the male threaded portion is screwed to the upper end of the male threaded portion. In addition, an example is shown in which a cylindrical portion 24, 24 that receives the upper end of the male threaded portion is provided on the lower surface side of the support 25, 25. If the adjustment nut member 23, 23 is moved up and down relative to the male threaded portion of the support 22, 22A, the support 25, 25 is moved up and down, and level adjustment is possible. Note that the support 22, 22A, the adjustment nut member 23, and the cylindrical portion 24 may be made of metal. In addition, the mode in which the support 25, 25 is provided to the support 22, 22A so as to be able to move up and down is not limited to the above configuration, and various other configurations may be used.

As shown in FIG. 4(a) and FIG. 5(a)-(c), the first support leg 20 is configured so that its height can be adjusted by changing the number of stacked spacers 26 that have the same thickness. With such a configuration, the number of parts can be reduced, for example, compared to when spacers with different thicknesses are required. FIG. 4(a) shows an example in which two spacers 26, 26 that are configured similarly to each other are provided on the upper side of the support 22. Note that the upper limit number of spacers 26 that can be stacked on the support part 25 is not limited to two, and may be three or more. Also, since each spacer 26, 26 has the same configuration, the following explanation will be given using one spacer as an example.

The spacer 26 is placed on the support portion 25. The spacer 26 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view corresponding to the shape of the support portion 25. As shown in FIG. 6(b), the spacer 26 has a spacer body 26a arranged to cover the upper side of the support portion 25, and an engagement piece portion 26b provided on the peripheral portion of the spacer body 26a and engaging with the peripheral portion of the support portion 25. With this configuration, horizontal positional deviation of the spacer 26 relative to the support portion 25 can be suppressed.

The spacer body 26a is approximately rectangular in plan view. The square corners of the spacer body 26a are provided with insertion holes through which screws are inserted to secure the bathroom floor panel 10 to the support portion 25. The thickness of the spacer body 26a may be an appropriate dimension depending on the pitch at which the first support legs 20 are provided and the gradient to be formed on the bathroom floor surface, and may be, for example, approximately 5 mm to 20 mm. In the example shown, the spacer body 26a is a thin cylindrical shape that opens downward, and has multiple reinforcing ribs that abut from the bottom against the support portion 25, but is not limited to this shape.

The engaging piece 26b has an upper surface piece that runs from the lower end side of the peripheral portion of the spacer main body 26a along the upper surface of the support part 25, and a hanging piece that hangs down from the upper surface piece, with the hanging piece coming into contact with or close to the four peripheral end surfaces of the support part 25. The hanging piece of the engaging piece 26b is provided so as not to interfere with the spacer main body 26a of the lower spacer 26 when multiple spacers 26, 26 are stacked.
As shown in Fig. 4(a), the engaging pieces 26b are not provided all around the spacer body 26a, but are provided at the four corners and their adjacent areas. The four sides of the spacer 26 are provided with engaging recesses 26c defined by the engaging pieces 26b, 26b on both sides in the circumferential direction. The spacer 26 is not limited to the above configuration, and may have various other configurations.

As shown in Figures 4(a) and 6(b), the first support leg 20 is provided with a receiving member 27 that receives the bathroom floor panel 10 on the upper side of the support 22. This receiving member 27 is provided with a downwardly opening receiving recess 28 that receives the support portion 25 and the spacer 26 placed on the support portion 25. With this configuration, the support portion 25 and the spacer 26 placed on the support portion 25 can be received in the receiving recess 28, thereby preventing the receiving member 27 and the spacer 26 from shifting position relative to the support portion 25.

As shown in FIG. 6, the receiving member 27 is provided with a positioning protrusion 29 that abuts against the end faces 13, 13 of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10 so that a gap is formed between the end faces 13, 13 of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10 that are butted together. With this configuration, a gap can be secured between the end faces 13, 13 of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10, and the creaking noise that occurs when stepping on the panel can be suppressed compared to when the end faces 13, 13 of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10 abut against each other. In addition, the bathroom floor panel 10 can be easily positioned horizontally relative to the support 22. In addition, by abutting the end faces 13 of each bathroom floor panel 10 against the positioning protrusion 29, the gap between the end faces 13, 13 can be made uniform, and a sealant can be stably filled or a sealant can be provided in this gap.

The receiving member 27 is formed into a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view corresponding to the shapes of the support portion 25 and the spacer 26. The receiving member 27 includes a bottom plate-like portion 27a that defines the bottom side of the receiving recess 28, and side wall portions 27b that are provided so as to hang down from the peripheral portion of the bottom plate-like portion 27a and that define the four periphery of the receiving recess 28. The depth dimension of the receiving recess 28 may be an appropriate dimension so as to be able to receive a plurality of spacers 26 and the support portion 25 that are stacked on the support portion 25.
The positioning protrusion 29 is provided so as to protrude upward from the upper surface on one side of the thickness direction of the bottom plate-shaped portion 27a. This positioning protrusion 29 is provided so as to abut the butted end faces 13, 13 of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10 adjacent to each other in the first direction, and to abut the butted end faces 13, 13 of the bathroom floor panels 10, 10 adjacent to each other in the second direction. In the illustrated example, the positioning protrusion 29 is provided in a substantially + shape in a plan view, but is not limited to such an embodiment.

The four corners of the bottom plate portion 27a are provided with insertion holes through which screws are inserted to fix the bathroom floor panel 10 to the support portion 25. As shown in FIG. 6(a), the bathroom floor panel 10 described above is fixed to the support portion 25 by screws that are screwed into the female threads of the support portion 25 through the insertion holes of the corner portions 12 placed on the support portion 25 (receiving member 27). In other words, the support portion 25 is configured to support the butted corner portions 12, 12 of adjacent bathroom floor panels 10, 10 so as to connect them together. Note that the insertion holes of the corner portions 12 of the bathroom floor panel 10 may be filled with an appropriate sealant before and after the screws are inserted.

The side wall portion 27b is provided so that the outer circumferential surface of the engagement piece portion 26b of the spacer 26 abuts against or is close to the inner circumferential surface.
As shown in Fig. 6(b), an engagement protrusion 27c is provided on the inner peripheral side of the side wall portion 27b of the receiving member 27 so as to protrude toward the axis and extend in the vertical direction, which is the depth direction of the receiving recess 28. The engagement protrusion 27c is provided on the four peripheral side wall portions 27b so as to be fitted into the engagement recesses 26c provided on each of the four sides of the spacer 26 described above. With this configuration, when a plurality of spacers 26, 26 are provided on the support portion 25, it is possible to suppress the positional deviation of each spacer 26, 26. The engagement protrusion 27c is provided so as to abut against or be close to the support portion 25.

The figure shows an example in which a claw-shaped anti-detachment protrusion 27d that protrudes toward the axis is provided at the lower end of the engagement protrusion 27c. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the receiving member 27 from unintentionally falling off from the support portion 25. The receiving member 27 may also be understood as the spacer 26. The receiving member 27 and the spacer 26 may be made of metal or may be a synthetic resin molded product. Instead of a configuration in which the receiving member 27 is provided, the spacer 26 may be provided with a receiving recess that receives a member that is arranged on the lower side similar to the receiving member 27, or with a positioning protrusion. When the spacer 26 is provided with a positioning protrusion, a receiving recess that receives the positioning protrusion of the spacer 26 arranged on the lower side may be provided on the underside of the spacer 26.

Figures 5(a) to (c) show an example in which a spacer 26 is selectively provided on the first support leg 20 to form a first level support leg 20A on the first level L1, a second level support leg 20B on the second level L2, and a third level support leg 20C on the third level L3 (see also Figure 3).
The first level support leg 20A is configured such that the first support leg 20 is provided with only the receiving member 27 without providing the spacer 26. The second level support leg 20B is configured such that the first support leg 20 is provided with one spacer 26 and the receiving member 27. The third level support leg 20C is configured such that the first support leg 20 is provided with two spacers 26, 26 and the receiving member 27. The height difference between the first level L1, which is the height from the ground target 2 to the top surface of the receiving member 27 of the first level support leg 20A, and the second level L2, which is the height from the ground target 2 to the top surface of the receiving member 27 of the second level support leg 20B, corresponds to the thickness of one spacer body 26a. Similarly, the height difference between the second level L2 and the third level L3, which is the height from the ground target 2 to the top surface of the receiving member 27 of the third level support leg 20C, corresponds to the thickness of one spacer body 26a.

5(d) shows an example in which the second support leg 20D is not provided with the spacer 26 and the receiving member 27, and this second support leg 20D is a fourth level support leg in which the height from the grounding object 2 to the upper surface of the support part 25 is a fourth level L4 (see also FIG. 3). The length dimension of the support column 22A of this second support leg 20D is appropriately set so that the height difference with the above-mentioned third level L3 corresponds to the thickness of one spacer main body 26a.
3 shows an example of the arrangement of the first level support leg 20A, the second level support leg 20B, the third level support leg 20C, and the second support leg 20D, which are set to various heights (levels). In the example shown, the first level support leg 20A, the second level support leg 20B, the third level support leg 20C, and the second support leg 20D are arranged so that the center of the bathroom floor is the lowest in a plan view. Also, an example is shown in which the first level support leg 20A, the second level support leg 20B, the third level support leg 20C, and the second support leg 20D are arranged at equal intervals (equal pitch) so that the bathroom floor is square in a plan view (see FIG. 1(b)).

Specifically, the first level support leg 20A is placed in the center of the bathroom floor when viewed from above, and eight second level support legs 20B are placed around it. Four bathroom floor panels 10, 10A are supported by these first level support legs 20A and second level support legs 20B (see FIG. 1(b)). In addition, an example is shown in which 16 third level support legs 20C are placed on the outer periphery of the second level support leg 20B. Twelve bathroom floor panels 10, 10A are supported by these second level support legs 20B and third level support legs 20B (see FIG. 1(b)). In addition, an example is shown in which 24 second support legs 20D are placed on the outer periphery of the third level support leg 20C. Twenty bathroom floor panels 10, 10A are supported by these third level support legs 20C and second support legs 20D (see FIG. 1(b)).

These first level support leg 20A, second level support leg 20B, third level support leg 20C and second support leg 20D may be installed sequentially while adjusting the level from a point corresponding to one side of the bathroom floor toward the other side opposite to this side.
In addition, Fig. 1(b) shows an example in which the bathroom floor panels 10, 10A are arranged diagonally from each corner toward the center of the bathroom floor formed by multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A, that is, the valley-shaped bathroom floor panels 10A are arranged diagonally, and flat bathroom floor panels 10 are arranged in other places. With this configuration, it is possible to form an inclined surface that slopes downward from the four sides of the bathroom floor toward the center. In addition, it is also possible to provide an appropriate drain in the center of the bathroom floor or in a nearby area, or to provide a drain panel 10C (see Fig. 8(a)) as described later.

In addition, in the above example, the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A and the flat bathroom floor panel 10 are shown as being approximately square-shaped in plan view, but this is not limited to this form and may be approximately rectangular in plan view. Also, for example, instead of the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A, a valley-shaped inclined surface may be formed by two bathroom floor panels that are approximately right-angled triangular in plan view. In this case, it is also possible for the entire bathroom floor to be constructed by bathroom floor panels that are approximately right-angled triangular in shape. In addition, the number of bathroom floor panels 10, 10A arranged in the first and second directions, and the shape of the bathroom floor formed by multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A are not limited to the shape shown in the example, and various modifications are possible, as will be explained in the modified examples described below.

In addition, as shown in Figures 1 and 7 (a), a long wall support member 6 may be provided around the bathroom floor to receive the lower end portion 8 of a wall panel 7 erected around the bathroom floor composed of multiple bathroom floor panels 10, 10A.
As shown in Fig. 7(a), the wall support member 6 has a fixed piece 6a fixed to a support leg (in the illustrated example, the second support leg 20D) installed on the outermost side of the bathroom floor, and a rising piece 6b provided to rise from the fixed piece 6a. A groove for receiving the lower end 8 of the wall panel 7 is defined by the rising piece 6b, the fixed piece 6a, and the end surface 13 of the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A arranged on the outermost side. An appropriate sealant may be filled between the wall panel 7 and the end surface 13 of the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A.

As shown in FIG. 1(b), the wall support member 6 is not provided around the entire periphery of the bathroom floor, but is provided so that a space for fittings is formed on part of the periphery of the bathroom floor. The illustrated example shows an example in which a fitting support member 5 is provided instead of a wall support member 6 in a portion of the bathroom floor from one corner to the middle of one side. This fitting support member 5 is provided in an elongated shape from the adjacent wall support member 6 toward the one corner. As shown in FIG. 7(b), this fitting support member 5 has a fixed piece portion 5a that is fixed to a support leg (in the illustrated example, the second support leg 20D) installed on the outermost periphery of the bathroom floor, and a hanging piece portion 5b that is provided to hang down from this fixed piece portion 5a. The lower frame of the fitting frame is installed on the fixed piece portion 5a of this fitting support member 5.

In the illustrated example, the fixing pieces 5a, 6a of the fitting receiving member 5 and the wall receiving member 6 are shown to be butted against the end surface 13 of the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A arranged on the outermost periphery, but this is not limited to this configuration. The width dimension of the fixing pieces 5a, 6a of the fitting receiving member 5 and the wall receiving member 6 may be made larger, and a portion may be provided that is sandwiched between the support portion 25 and the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A. The fitting receiving member 5 and the wall receiving member 6 are not limited to the above configuration, and may have various other configurations.

As shown in Fig. 1(a) and Fig. 7, sheet-like members 3, 4 may be provided to cover the bathroom floor panel 10, 10A. The illustrated example shows an example in which a first sheet-like member 3 such as a waterproof sheet and a second sheet-like member 4 such as a finishing sheet arranged to cover the first sheet-like member 3 are provided. Note that these sheet-like members 3, 4 may be configured to be wound up into a roll for ease of handling during transportation and construction. Also, an appropriate bathtub may be installed on the second sheet-like member 4.

FIG. 8(a) illustrates a bathroom floor device 1A according to one modified example. In this modified example, the bathroom floor device 1A includes, in addition to the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A similar to those described above,
It is equipped with a mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B and a drain outlet panel 10C with a drain outlet 18. With this configuration, it is possible to form an appropriate gradient toward the drain outlet 18 by arranging the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A and the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B in any position according to the shape of the bathroom floor and the number and position of the drain outlets 18.
The dimensions of these mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B and drain panel 10C along the first and second directions are the same as the dimensions of the flat bathroom floor panel 10 and the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A along the first and second directions.

The mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B has a mountain-shaped inclined surface 11B that slopes upward from each corner 12 that constitutes the diagonal of one pair as it approaches the diagonal line connecting the diagonal of one pair. In other words, the mountain-shaped inclined surface 11B of this mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B has a diagonal line connecting the corners 12, 12 that constitute the diagonal of one pair as a ridge (ridge), and is an inclined surface that slopes downward as it approaches each corner 12 that constitutes the diagonal of the other pair. The inclination angle of this mountain-shaped inclined surface 11B is an angle that corresponds to the gradient of the bathroom floor surface formed by the support legs 20, 20D, as described above. In addition, this mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B may have a diagonal line connecting the corners 12, 12 that constitute the diagonal of one pair as a groove bottom, and is an inclined surface that slopes upward as it approaches each corner 12 that constitutes the diagonal of the other pair from the groove bottom.

A drain pipe arranged in the underfloor space is connected to the drain 18 of the drain panel 10C. The drain 18 may be defined by a cylindrical portion that receives an appropriate trap portion.
The illustrated example shows a bathroom floor formed by using the flat bathroom floor panel 10, the valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A, the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B, and the drain panel 10C, with one corner of the square shape missing in plan view, and a recessed portion recessed into the inner periphery at this corner. Also shown is an example in which the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B is installed in the center in plan view, and the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B is installed with its corner 12 adjacent to the corner 12 on the recessed side of the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B. Also shown is an example in which three drain panels 10C, 10C, 10C are installed with their respective corners 12 adjacent to the remaining three corners 12 of the central mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B.

The four corners of these drain panels 10C, 10C, 10C may be supported by the first support leg 20 (second level support leg 20B in the illustrated example) which is the lowest level. In other words, the three corners 12 of the central mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B which are butted against the corners 12 of these drain panels 10C may be supported by the second level support leg 20B. In addition, the remaining corner 12 on the recessed side of this central mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B and the corner 12 of the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B which is butted against it, and the two corners 12, 12 excluding the diagonal of this corner 12, may be supported by the third level support leg 20C. In addition, the remaining corner 12 on the outermost side of the bathroom floor of the mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B on the recessed side may be supported by the second support leg 20D.

Also, an example is shown in which two valley-shaped bathroom floor panels 10A, 10A are installed so that they are lined up from each drain panel 10C toward each corner other than the recessed part of the bathroom floor. Also, an example is shown in which two valley-shaped bathroom floor panels 10A, 10A are installed from two corners formed by the recessed part of the bathroom floor toward each drain panel 10C. The two adjacent valley-shaped bathroom floor panels 10A, 10A may be supported by the second support leg 20D at the corner 12 on the outermost side of the bathroom floor, and supported by the third level support leg 20C at the corner 12 that is butted against each other.
Other flat bathroom floor panels 10 may have a corner 12 on the outermost circumference of the bathroom floor supported by a second support leg 20D, a corner 12 on the inner circumference supported by a third level support leg 20C, and a corner 12 on the inner circumference supported by a second level support leg 20B.
In addition, the arrangement of the flat bathroom floor panel 10, valley-shaped bathroom floor panel 10A, mountain-shaped bathroom floor panel 10B and drain panel 10C is not limited to the above-mentioned configuration, and various other variations are possible.

Figure 8 (b) illustrates a first support leg 20E according to one modified example. In this modified example, the first support leg 20E is configured without a receiving member 27. Even when using a first support leg 20E without a receiving member 27, it is possible to selectively provide a spacer 26 on the support portion 25 in a manner similar to that described above to form a gradient on the bathroom floor surface. Note that the configuration of each part and each member of the bathroom floor device 1, 1A described above is not limited to the above-described form, and various other modifications are possible.
