従来の浴室ユニットは、方形の底部に周囲を立設して側壁を形成するとともに、その先端を水平に折曲して壁付け面を形成し、更に、その先端を立ち上がらせて立上り壁を形成し、一方に洗い場、他方に浴槽載置場を設けてSMC等の合成樹脂によって防水床を形成するとともに、図3に示すように、防水床1周囲の壁付け面に支柱である複数のコーナーフレーム6,フラットフレーム7及びドア枠8を立設し、該支柱間に側壁パネル12を取り付け、天井パネル13の周囲に天井フレーム14を介してコーナーフレーム6,フラットフレーム7及びドア枠8を上部に取り付けて天井パネル13を組み立てていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来行なわれている天井パネル13の組立て構造は、作業現場において、天井パネル13に天井フレーム14を取り付けなければならず、作業に長時間を要するとの課題がある。

また、天井パネル13の組み立てには、天井フレーム14、ネジ等の部品点数が多く必要であり、コスト高になるとともに、部品梱包数が多くなるとの課題もあった。

更に、従来使用されていた鋼板製天井パネル,真空成形による樹脂製天井パネルにおいては、断熱性が優れているとはいえず、且つ耐久性や軽量化等の諸機能を満足するものではなかった。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、天井フレーム14を廃止でき、浴室ユニットのコーナーフレーム6やフラットフレーム7に直接天井パネル13を取り付ける構造を採用することにより、浴室ユニットの組立て作業の短縮化を図るとともに、荷扱いを容易にし、しかも、安価に、且つ断熱性,耐久性,軽量化等の諸機能を満足できる浴室ユニットを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、図1及び図2に示すように、一方に洗い場、他方に浴槽載置場を設置した防水床1、あるいは洗い場付き浴槽の周囲壁付け面4に複数の支柱6,7(コーナーフレーム6,フラットフレーム7)を立設し、この支柱(コーナーフレーム6,フラットフレーム7)間に側壁パネルを取り付けるとともに、支柱上部に天井パネル9を固定してなる浴室ユニットにおいて、上記天井パネル9が、上面11と、側面10と、この側面10周縁に形成されるフランジ15とを一体成形され、このフランジ15に支柱上部を直接固定したことを特徴とする。

そして、本発明に使用される天井パネル9は、発泡樹脂により成形されることが好ましい。

ここで、本発明の発泡樹脂は、発泡ポリスチレン(以下発泡PSという)が軽量化,成形性,断熱性の点で優れており、発泡ポリプロピレン(PP),発泡ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)等、発泡性樹脂材料であれば使用が可能であり、また、成形工法としては、射出成形,冷間プレス成形,モールドプレス成形等の熱成形一般が使用されて良いが、成形性を考慮すると、射出成形が好ましい。

以下、本発明に係る浴室ユニットの実施形態について、添付図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
