Description

The present invention relates to a connection structure between bathroom floors when the bathroom floor is divided and formed, and more particularly to a connection structure of a bathroom floor composed of a waterproof pan formed of a relatively flexible material.

In unit baths used in ordinary houses, a waterproof pan is further installed on the building floor to prevent water leaking downstairs.

(JIS A 4419)。   Since this waterproof pan needs to support the weight of the bather in the washing area and the weight of the hot water stored in the bathtub and the bathtub in addition to the bather in the bathtub mounting portion, it is usually a sheet-like unsaturated polyester resin. It has a certain level of strength and hardness, such as those formed by compression molding using sheet molding compound (SMC), a molding material, and those formed using thermosetting plastic (FRP) blended with fiber reinforcement. It is molded using the material (JIS A 4419).

By the way, with the improvement of the standard of living, the demand for a bathroom with a large floor area has increased in ordinary houses and the unit baths have responded to this demand by the development of technology.

Nevertheless, forming a wide bathroom floor with a single waterproof pan not only increases the cost of forming molds for molding, but is also inconvenient to carry, especially in limited spaces. This interferes with the installation work. Therefore, a construction method is widely adopted in which the waterproof pan is divided and formed into a bathtub mounting portion and a washing place portion, and this is connected at the installation site.

However, connecting the waterproof pan at the site causes problems such as an increase in the work process at the site, a decrease in waterproofness at the connection part, and a deterioration in the design of the connection part. It has been proposed (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-40073 JP-A-8-117136 JP-A-10-273923

On the other hand, as long as it has a special function as a material for the waterproof pan, it may be outside the standard of JIS A 4419, but it may be desired to use a material other than FRP or SMC. Even if it is a material that is flexible to some extent, the load per unit area is not so great if the entire bottom surface of the bathtub is received by the surface, and such a material can be supported. Alternatively, even if such a load is supported on a separately installed stand and no load is applied to the waterproof pan, a somewhat flexible material can be used as the waterproof pan material.

However, in the case of screwing using a screw or the like in order to connect the connection parts made of such a flexible material, in the connection structure described in Patent Literatures 1 to 3, when the screw is screwed, the thread is There is a possibility that it will break and become foolish and the connection part cannot be firmly fixed. Or although a screw thread does not collapse, there is a possibility that the screw will advance to any extent and the waterproof pan around the inspection port may be pressed and deformed.

In addition, the load generated on the bathtub side and the load generated on the washroom side are usually borne by the bathtub floor and the washroom side floor, respectively, and no force is applied to the connection part. If the connecting portion is made of a flexible material, the connecting portion may be greatly deformed.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and even if a material that is flexible to some extent is used for the waterproof pan, the bathroom can be fixed without rattling without causing deformation of the waterproof pan. The object is to provide a floor connection structure.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the bathtub floor connection structure according to the present invention extends substantially horizontally outward from the first floor surface to the upper end of the first floor, which is bent upright. A first connection portion having a first flange provided with a screw hole, and an insertion hole extending substantially horizontally outward from an upper end bent up from the second floor surface. A second connecting portion having a second flange abutting on the upper surface of the first flange, and covering and reinforcing at least a side surface and an upper surface of the second flange, and a second screw hole is provided at a position corresponding to the insertion hole. A support member, a first screw hole, an insertion hole, and a second screw hole that are continuously fitted and inserted, and a screw that tightly connects the first flange and the second flange. is there. The first and second flanges may have a configuration in which the vertical relationship is reversed.

Preferably, as described in claim 3, the support material is formed in a substantially U-shape and covers the upper surface, the side surface, and the lower surface of the second support material. Alternatively, as described in claim 4, the second support member is formed so as to be bent substantially in an L shape and covers the upper surface and the side surface of the second support member. When the vertical relationship between the first and second flanges is reversed, the support material formed in a bent shape on the substantially L shape has the second support material as described in claim 5. The lower and side surfaces will be covered.

According to the bathtub floor connection structure according to the present invention, it is possible to fix the connection portion without rattling without causing deformation of the waterproof pan, even if a somewhat flexible material is used for the waterproof pan. .

An embodiment of a bathroom floor connection structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an overall outline of a waterproof pan 1 of a unit bath provided with connection portions 30 and 40 according to the present invention. FIG. It is sectional drawing seen from the -A direction. The waterproof pan 1 shown in this embodiment is broadly divided into a washing place side floor 10 and a bathtub side floor 20.

The washroom side floor 10 is formed of FRP or SMC, and the three outer edges other than the side facing the bathtub side floor 20 are formed at the same level so that a wall panel (not shown) can be placed, and faces the bathtub side floor 20. A downward slope is formed toward the drain recess 14 to which the trap unit 12 provided at the center of the side is attached. A trap cover 13 is placed on the drain recess 14 for blinding. The washing place side floor 10 is fixedly installed on a washing place side gantry 11 having a plurality of legs that are rigidly joined to each other and whose level is adjustable. Note that a heat insulating material obtained by foaming a plastic material such as expanded polypropylene (EPP), expanded polyethylene (EPE), or expanded polystyrene (EPS) is attached to the back surface of the wash floor 10. In addition, reinforcing ribs 10a are arranged vertically and horizontally on the back surface of the washing floor 10 to reinforce it.

The bathtub-side floor 20 is formed of a heat insulating material obtained by foaming a plastic material such as EPP or EPE, and prevents heat leakage and conducts and radiates the heat of hot water stored in the bathtub from the back of the bathtub. To prevent. The bathtub-side floor 20 includes a bottom portion that is located on the bottom surface of the bathtub 23 and side portions that are erected up to the height of the upper portion of the bathtub in three directions excluding the side facing the washing floor.

Floor inspection ports 26 and 26 are provided at both ends of one side of the bathtub-side floor 20 facing the washing place-side floor 10. One of the floor inspection ports 26 functions as an inspection port for inspecting the situation under the floor, and the other functions as an insertion hole such as a water supply pipe or a hot water supply pipe to the bathtub 23. These are properly used according to the L type and R type of the bathtub 23. In addition, a hole in which the drain valve cover 27 is fitted is provided at the center of the side. The drain valve cover 27 connects the drain port of the bathtub and the bathtub-side drain elbow 30 of the trap unit 12.

The bathtub 23 is placed on the bottom of the bathtub-side floor 20 as an outer heat insulating layer through a bathtub bottom surface heat insulating material 24 as an inner heat insulating layer, which is molded from a material having heat insulation properties. Here, the bathtub bottom surface heat insulating material 24 is in contact with the entire bottom surface of the bathtub 23, and the bottom of the bathtub side floor 20 is formed in contact with the entire bottom surface of the bathtub bottom surface heat insulating material 24. Therefore, the weight of the bathtub 23, the pooled hot water, and the bather is not supported on the waterproof pan by a plurality of support legs as in the conventional bathtub, but is supported by the surface. The load is not so large, and even EPP or EPE can sufficiently support this weight.

Thus, since the bathtub side floor 20 supports the load of the bathtub 23 and the like over the entire surface, it is necessary to receive this load on the back surface of the bathtub side floor 20 as wide as possible. Is transmitted to the bathtub-side pedestal 21 through a plurality of bathtub-side receiving frames 22.

On the side surface of the bathtub 23, a bathtub side heat insulating material 28, which is molded from a material having heat insulation properties, is attached as an inner heat insulating layer to further enhance the heat insulating performance.

The bath apron 25 that covers the side surface of the washing floor 10 of the bathtub 23 and is detachable is made of polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), ABS resin, or the like, as well as the FRP and SMC. It is formed, and the back surface is lined with a material of the same quality as the bathtub side floor 20 and insulated. In order to facilitate access to the floor inspection port 26, a small bus apron 25a that can be easily attached and detached is formed separately on the end portion of the bus apron 25 that functions as the inspection port. .

In this way, the wash floor side floor 10 and the bathtub side floor 20 are formed separately because of different materials, and the wash areas facing each other on the connected wash field side frame 11 and bathtub side frame 21 are connected. The side connection part 30 and the bathtub side connection part 40 are connected and integrated in a watertight manner, so that the waterproof pan 1 with no risk of water leakage is formed.

FIG. 3, which is an enlarged view of part B in FIG. 2, shows a connection structure between the washing place side connection part 30 and the bathtub side connection part 40. The washroom-side connecting portion 30 is a flange that folds up from the floor surface over the entire length of the side where the washroom-side floor 10 faces the bathtub-side floor 20 and extends substantially horizontally in the bathtub-side floor 20 direction near the upper end thereof. 30a. On the upper surface of the flange 30a, a water-stopping packing 32 such as an elastomer is placed over the entire length.

Similarly, the bathtub side connection part 40 is bent up from the floor surface over the entire length of the side where the bathtub side floor 20 faces the washing place side floor 10, near the upper end thereof, from the flange 30 a of the washing place side connection part 30. At a high position, a heel portion 40a extending substantially horizontally in the direction of the wash floor 10 is provided. A support material 41 in which a stainless steel plate or the like is bent in a substantially U shape is fitted on the flange 40a over its entire length.

A plurality of screw holes 30b are formed at predetermined intervals in the flange 30a, insertion holes 40b, 41a, 41b are formed in the flange 40a and the support member 41, and insertion holes 31a are formed in the water-stopping packing 31, respectively. A plurality of holes are formed at intervals. Then, the screw 32 is inserted into the screw hole 30b and the insertion holes 41a, 41b, 40b, and 31a, and the flange 30a of the washing side connection part 30 and the flange 40a of the bathtub side connection part 40 are tightly connected.

The screw 32 is screwed only into the screw hole 30b of the flange 30a, and is loosely inserted without screwing into the insertion hole 40b of the flange 40a and the insertion holes 41a and 41b of the support member 41. Therefore, even if the flange 40a is formed of a flexible material, the insertion hole 40b is not damaged as the screw 32 advances. Further, since the flange 40a is sandwiched between the upper and lower sides of the rigid support member 41, the wash floor side floor 10 and the bathtub side floor 20 are firmly fixed without being pressed and deformed as the screw 32 is screwed. Connected.

4 is a view showing a load receiver of a bath apron in a section different from that of the screw coupling portion shown in FIG. 3 of the bathroom floor connecting portion according to the present invention. This load receiver includes a bolt receiver 42 fixed to the support member and a bolt 43 through which a clip 44 is inserted. The clip 44 is screwed into the bolt 43 by a female screw 44a which is formed by bending a narrow plate material such as stainless steel so that the upper and lower plate materials are separated by the thickness of the bottom portion of the bath apron 25 and screwed. In addition, the bolt receiver 42 is provided with a fool hole 42a into which the bolt 43 can be loosely inserted.

As shown in FIG. 5, the bolt 43 is inserted into a slit 25a provided at the bottom of the bus apron 25 so that the clip 44 sandwiches the bottom of the bus apron 25, and the bus apron 25 is brought to a predetermined height. Hold. Below, the attachment method of the bus apron 25 is demonstrated.

First, the bolt 43 into which the clip 44 is screwed is inserted into the slit 25b provided on the bottom surface of the bus apron 25 so that the upper and lower plate members of the clip 44 sandwich the bottom surface of the bus apron 25. Then, the level of the bus apron 25 is adjusted by adjusting the level of the clip 44 by moving the female screw 44a screwed into the clip 44 up and down with respect to the bolt 43. In addition, in the same figure, illustration of the heat insulating material affixed on the bus apron 26 back surface is abbreviate | omitted. Moreover, in this embodiment, although the external shape of the bolt receiver 42 is formed in the rectangular parallelepiped, the shape is not limited to this.

Next, the top portion of the bath apron 25 is fitted into the rim of the top portion of the bathtub 23 obliquely from below, and the lower portion of the bath apron 25 is rotated so that the bolt 43 is positioned above the bolt receiver 42. The bus apron 25 is dropped into the bolt so that it can be inserted into the bolt receiver 42.

Finally, the joint material 45 is inserted between the rim between the top of the bath apron 25 and the bathtub 23 and between the bottom of the bath apron 25 and the upper end of the washing station side connection portion 30 to stop water.

Thereby, since the load of the bath apron 25 is transmitted to the washroom side connection part via the support material 41 without passing through the flange 40a of the bathroom side connection part 40, the bathroom side connection part 40 is pressed by the load. It will not be deformed. Therefore, a certain amount of heavy objects can be placed on a connecting member made of a flexible material such as the bathroom side connecting portion 40.

FIG. 6 shows a modified example of such a bathroom floor connection structure. In this modified example, the vertical relationship between the flange 30a of the washroom side connection part 30 and the flange 40a of the bathroom side connection part 40 is reversed. However, the other configuration is substantially the same as that of the present embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.

Along with the reversal of the vertical relationship, a plurality of screw holes 41 c are formed at predetermined intervals on the lower side of the support member 41, the insertion holes 30 c are formed in the flange 30 a, the insertion holes 40 b are formed in the flange 40 a, and A plurality of insertion holes 41a are formed in the upper side, and a plurality of insertion holes 31a are formed in the water-stop packing 31 at predetermined intervals. Then, the screw 32 is inserted into and inserted into the insertion holes 30c, 31a, 41a and the screw hole 41c, and the flange 30a of the washing place side connection portion 30 and the flange 40a of the bathtub side connection portion 40 are tightly coupled.

Thus, even if the flange 40a is located under the flange 30a, the flange 40a is sandwiched between the upper side and the lower side of the rigid support member 41, so that it is pressed and deformed as the screw 32 is screwed. Rather, the washroom side floor 10 and the bathtub side floor 20 are firmly connected. In this case, the bolt receiver 42 of the load receiver is provided on the flange 30a.

Next, another modified example of the bathroom floor connection structure according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this modification, unlike the support material 41, the support material 41A is bent into an L shape. A plurality of insertion holes 41 c are formed at predetermined intervals on the upper side of the support member 41, screw holes 30 b are formed in the flange 30 a, insertion holes 40 b are formed in the flange 40 a, and insertion holes are formed in the water stop packing 31. A plurality of holes 31a are formed at predetermined intervals. Then, the screw 32 is inserted into the insertion holes 41c and 31a and the screw hole 30b, and the flange 30a of the washing field side connection part 30 and the flange 40a of the bathtub side connection part 40 are tightly coupled.

In this shape, the L-shaped short side end is in contact with the upper surface of the flange 30a, and the flange 40a is sandwiched between the upper side of the support member 41A and the flange 30a. The washing floor 10 and the bathtub 20 are firmly connected.

FIG. 8 shows a further modification of such a bathroom floor connection structure. In this modification, the flange 30a of the washroom side connection part 30 and the flange 40a of the bathroom side connection part 40 are shown. The vertical relationship is reversed. Along with this, the support member 41A is also installed vertically symmetrically.

Along with the reversal of the vertical relationship, a plurality of screw holes 41c are formed at predetermined intervals on the lower side of the support member 41, the insertion holes 30c are formed in the flange 30a, the insertion holes 40b are formed in the flange 40a, A plurality of insertion holes 31a are formed in the packing 31 at predetermined intervals. The screw 32 is inserted into and inserted into the insertion holes 30c and 31a and the screw hole 41c, and the flange 30a of the washing field side connection part 30 and the flange 40a of the bathtub side connection part 40 are tightly coupled.

Thus, even if the flange 40a is positioned below the flange 30a, the L-shaped short side end abuts the upper surface of the flange 30a, and the flange 40a is sandwiched between the lower side of the support member 41A and the flange 30a. The washing floor side floor 10 and the bathtub side floor 20 are firmly connected to each other without being pressed and deformed as the screw 32 is screwed. In this case, the bolt receiver 42 of the load receiver is provided on the flange 30a.

Next, a modification of the bus apron load receiver according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The load receiver of this modification is configured by a bolt 43A fixed to the support member 41A and a disk 46 screwed to the bolt 43A.

Hereinafter, a method for attaching the bus apron 25 will be described. First, the disk 46 is lowered to a sufficiently low position of the bolt 43A. Then, the bath apron 25 is leaned substantially vertically and is advanced toward the bath 23 until the top is positioned below the rim of the bath 23 top and the bottom slit 25b engages with the bolt 43A. Is placed on the disc 46.

Next, the disk 46 is rotated to raise the height of the bath apron 25 until the top of the bath apron 25 fits within the rim of the bathtub 23. Finally, the joint material 45 is inserted between the rim between the top of the bath apron 25 and the bathtub 23 and between the bottom of the bath apron 25 and the upper end of the washing station side connection portion 30 to stop water.

Even in this configuration, the load of the bath apron 25 is transmitted to the washroom side connection portion via the support member 41 without passing through the flange 40a of the bathroom side connection portion 40. It will not be deformed by being pressed by. Therefore, a certain amount of heavy objects can be placed on a connecting member made of a flexible material such as the bathroom side connecting portion 40.
