Description
図1は燃料噴射弁10の全体断面図、図2は図1の拡大図である。燃料噴射弁10は、エンジンのシリンダヘッドE2に挿入搭載され、コモンレールから供給される燃料をエンジンの各気筒の燃焼室E1へ直接噴射するものである。
上記第1実施形態では、ステム81を本体ボデー40と別体に形成するのに対し、図5に示す本実施形態では、ステム81を廃止して、歪ゲージ82を本体ボデー40に直接取り付けている。
本発明は上記実施形態の記載内容に限定されず、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。また、各実施形態の特徴的構成をそれぞれ任意に組み合わせるようにしてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 内燃機関のシリンダヘッドに挿入配置され、高圧燃料を噴射する噴孔が形成されたノズルボデーと、
前記挿入の方向に延びる円柱形状であり、円柱側面に高圧燃料の供給口が形成された本体ボデーと、
前記本体ボデーの円柱側面に取り付けられ、高圧燃料の圧力を検出する燃圧センサと、を備え、
前記本体ボデーの内部には、前記供給口から前記噴孔へ向けて高圧燃料を流通させる高圧通路、及び前記高圧通路から分岐して前記燃圧センサへ高圧燃料を導くセンサ通路が形成され、
前記高圧通路は、前記供給口から前記本体ボデーの円柱径方向に延びる第1通路、及び前記第1通路の下流端部から前記噴孔へ向けて前記挿入の方向に延びる第2通路を備えて構成され、
前記本体ボデーの円柱側面のうち、前記本体ボデーの円柱軸に対して前記供給口の反対側に前記燃圧センサを配置するとともに、前記第1通路の下流端部から前記第1通路の延長線上に延びるよう前記センサ通路を形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記第1通路のうち前記第2通路が接続される部分の直径を、前記第2通路の直径より大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記本体ボデーのうち反噴孔側の円柱端面に、高圧燃料の余剰分を排出する排出口が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
