水1.5kg、ペリンドプリル328g、およびL−アルギニン155gを、反応器内に常温で撹拌しつつ、導入した。清澄な溶液が得られたとき、メチルシクロヘキサン630gを加え、次いでジメチルスルホキシド4.7kgを徐々に加えた。次いで、混合物を、均質な混合物の温度が20.0℃前後で安定化するまで撹拌し、その後、混合物を濾過し、得られた固体を、洗浄し、乾燥した。
ペリンドプリルアルギニン塩のα形態の粉末X線回折プロフィール(回折角)を、強さおよび相対強さ(最も強いラインの百分率として表す)と一緒に下表に並記した有意ラインによって示す。
それぞれ、活性成分4mgを含有する、1,000錠のための調合処方:

Claims (8)
- 請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物のα結晶を製造する方法であって、ペリンドプリルをL−アルギニンとともに水に溶解し、次いでメチルシクロヘキサンおよびジメチルスルホキシドを加え、得られた結晶を濾取し、洗浄し、次いで乾燥する方法。
- 活性成分としての請求項1に記載の式(I)の化合物のα結晶を、薬学的に許容され得る1種類またはそれ以上の、不活性かつ無毒の担体と組み合わせて含む、薬学的組成物(ここで、α結晶は、銅対陰極を備えた回折計を用いて測定され、ブラッグ角2θ(°):4.5、7.9および13.5で表される、該粉末X線回折ピークを特徴とする)。
- α結晶が、銅対陰極を備えた回折計を用いて測定され、ブラッグ角2θ(°):4.5、7.9、13.5、17.5および20.6で表される、該粉末X線回折ピークを特徴とする、請求項3記載の薬学的組成物。
- 利尿剤も含有することを特徴とする、請求項3または4記載の薬学的組成物。
- 利尿剤がインダパミドであることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の薬学的組成物。
- アンギオテンシンI変換酵素のインヒビターとして用いるための医薬の製造における、請求項1に記載の化合物の使用。
- 心血管系疾患の処置に用いるための医薬の製造における、請求項1に記載の化合物の使用。
