Description
Claims (3)
- 直径100ナノメートル未満のカーボンナノチューブからなるナノ粒子と、フッ化ビニリデンの単量体反復単位を含有する少なくとも一つのポリマーとを、シングルスクリュー又はツインスクリューの押出機を用いて押し出すことによりコンポジットを作製するための分散混合工程であって、コンポジット中のナノ粒子は実質的に凝塊形成せず実質的に均一に分散される分散混合工程と、
懸濁液を作製するため、コンポジットを有効溶剤中に分散する分散工程と、
懸濁液を融着部材に被覆する被覆工程と、
溶剤を蒸散させる蒸発工程と、
融着部材の被覆を硬化させる硬化工程と、を有することを特徴とする融着部材に被覆を形成する方法。 - 請求項1の融着部材に被覆を形成する方法において、
ポリマーコンポジットは、コンポジットに対して重量比で0.5〜10%の量のナノ粒子を含有し、
ポリマーは、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、テトラフルオロエチレン、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択した別のモノマーを含むフッ化ビニリデンのコポリマーを含有することを特徴とする融着部材に被覆を形成する方法。 - 請求項2の融着部材に被覆を形成する方法において、被覆前の懸濁液に架橋剤を添加することを特徴とする融着部材に被覆を形成する方法。
