Claims (3)
- コア基材と、
前記コア基材上に形成されたトップコート層と、
を備えた静電複写法における定着機構部材であって、
前記トップコート層は、
テトラフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンのモノマー繰り返し単位を有する硬化性フルオロエラストマーをビスフェノール化合物で硬化させてなるポリマーマトリックスと、
前記ポリマーマトリックス中に、前記トップコート層の重量に対して0.1〜25重量で分散された複数のカーボンナノチューブと、
前記ポリマーマトリックス中に、前記トップコート層の重量に対して2〜50重量で分散された複数のフッ素含有樹脂充填剤と、
を有し、前記ポリマーマトリックスと、当該ポリマー中に分散した前記カーボンナノチューブ及び前記フッ素含有樹脂充填剤と、を含むコーティング組成物を用いて形成され、
前記フッ素含有樹脂充填剤は、少なくとも約58重量%のフッ素含有量を有するポリテトラフルオロエチレン又はパーフルオロアルコキシポリマーである、静電複写法における定着機構部材。 - 請求項1に記載の静電複写法における定着機構部材において、
前記カーボンナノチューブの各々は、
パーフルオロカーボン、パーフルオロポリエーテル、及びポリジメチルシロキサンの1以上により表面改質されている静電複写法における定着機構部材。 - 請求項1に記載の静電複写法における定着機構部材において、
約1×108Ω・cm以下の体積電気抵抗値を有する静電複写法における定着機構部材。
